I’ve been going here for almost 4 years, every time i come i’m very satisfied with the outcome.. they always do it perfectly. some people are really hard on nail techs but you have to understand they are humans too. lucky nails always does a good job with my nails. i just left there and Jessica did my nails wonderfully! love this place

The few times Ive been there theyve done a good job but I feel they over schedule and even tough they advertise walk ins they never have time. Knowing this I call ahead and get an appointment for the next day and when I show up they said I missed my appointment. I was not late!!! I was 5 minutes early. I got an apology only because she noticed I was upset otherwise it seemed she thought I was lying. Then proceeded to offer an appointment for another day! Smh. I didnt appreciate that all.

This is my spot! Ive been going here for over 8 years now and Kelly is my girl she does my nails! The reason why I rated it four stars is because I wish that they were just more up-to-date with nail designs, but whatever I ask for she truly does try her hardest and they come out looking good!

I go here once every 3 weeks and they do an awesome job with the pedicure. The chairs are very comfortable and the environment is relaxing. The prices are good and the service is very professional. Definitely recommend this place for pedicures.

Went there for some time and got my nails done by Cindy, she’s awesome but the person that answers they’re phone ain’t!! She needs people skills! Will miss getting my nails done by Cindy, but I’m all set with the rudeness.

Always a great experience! All of the ladies are so friendly. Tools are kept sanitized along with the stations which is a huge plus for me. Salon is in the middle of updating their decor which shows a commitment to its customers.I’m not sure why so many people had complaints? I’ve never seen nor heard any of the staff respond rudely when I am there. Or treat customers in a bad manner. And I’m usually there every 2-3 weeks for a fill and pedicure. If you don’t like the way something is coming out then say something. The staff are awesome about your wishes and ideas. I always bring in pics from Pinterest and my girl does her best to accommodate me.Thanks so much!

Have been working with Jessica a long time, so Awesome and does beautiful work and designs. Really takes great care of me. Coming here is my time and therapy.I dont understand the complaints either. Better off making appointments.Thats the chance being a Walk-In, everyone does their best in taking care of their customerswho may have a Pedi and Mani with Gel, Designs etc. That alone takes an hour or more.And now with COVID-19, things will be different. I have been going to salon for 10 years...and have always been a very loyal and understanding customer. I usually walk in and am warned if it’s an excessive wait so I can choose to wait or come another day... today NO ONE COMMUNICATED with me when I arrived, and not until another customer asked how much longer did they express that the person taking walking was now taking appointments instead due to the excessive amount of appointments they had booked! I was really upset and left immediately...It’s really sad that after a decade of loyalty and thousands of dollars that I have to find another place, it was truly unacceptable and rude to not at least give the walk ins a heads up about the wait...never going back.

I have been here several times over the years and there certainly are some talented technicians at the salon. I also bought many gift certificates there.I received a gift certificate for Christmas and after a very busy week with an ill relative,I thought I’d treat myself to a pedicure with my gift. I went in shortly after 10 without an appointment. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes for a technician . I saw several women come in after me. I was careful to observe that they did not have appointments, and they were taken well before me. I am assuming that they were getting more treatments than me, spending more $. I would have left but I wanted to use my certificate. I saw another elderly lady experience the same thing as me. She observed what I had and we spoke about it. She left without service, and if I did not have a gift certificate, I would have followed her. It’s too bad because it is a clean salon and the staff has always provided good service . For some reason, my business wasn’t valued.

Prices need to be put in more detail on display and when someone comes in instead of just going right to work ask what the client is getting.

I like that they were very gentle and conscious of not cutting me with the electric file. But I had lifting on multiple nails the first week after having gel nails on. Then when I went for a fill they had low points in the gel. And they are not smooth at all even after the top gel coat. I will now have to clean and buff them to do my own gel top coat! I will be trying somewhere else next time Im due for a fill. I guess its a case of you get what you pay for. Too sad because I didnt mind the salon and the employees were nice. But Id rather pay a couple extra bucks for a better end resul .

This place is horrible don’t waste your money here. I got my nails filled with gel and within 20 min one of my nails broke so I went back the guy fixed it then the next day another nail broke (I didn’t hit it on anything it just cracked and peeled right off) now it’s a week later and four have broken in the same manner and two of them simply grabbing a blanket I called them and told them they told me to come in so I did I live 45 min away and I get there for them to tell me I have to pay for them to be fixed.... I have never had nails only last me a week do yourself a favor and pick a different place I was charged 60$ for a fill to only last a week

Very poor customer service. Im waiting for an email from a manager since there was no manager available when I requested one while I was at the nail salon. Long story short, they have a reward system where if you spend over $17 ten times, you can get a free pedicure or manicure. They stamp your card each time. I had 7 stamps on one card and 3 on another which is a total amount of stamps needed for the discount. They would not accept it because it was on 2 separate cards. I will never go back. They lost a loyal customer. I would still like a response from a manager or the owner. I spent a lot of money with this business and one woman in particular was very rude and disrespectful. She made a scene in the salon over the issue. She refused to give me contact information for a manager and stated she doesnt know the owners name. She said, you can leave or stay. Theres no manager here. Then as I walked out she said finally or something similar. The crazy thing is I asked 5 people and they all stated they didnt know the managers name. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I told my friends, family, coworkers, and business associates about my experience. The worst part about my experience was how rude this woman was to a PAYING customer. I paid with no issue and just simply asked for a manager so I can resolve the issue since no one there had athority. I would give it a zero if that was an option. Looking for a new nail salon.

DO NOT LET NANCY TOUCH YOU. I used to love this place. But one lady painted my nails and they looked terrible. I couldnt wait for her to do the again so I called the next day to get them fixed. All she kept saying was Why didnt you get them fixed yesterday over and over I couldnt get a word in. Taking my business else where. * added note* I had a dr appointment after this horrible experience so no I couldnt of stayed and gotten them fixed. And what have the same horrible person do my nails again. Ill not waste my time again. Thank you.

I went in for a full set. Told the tech the shape I wanted. She then proceeded to do her own thing. I then asked what she was doing and reminded her of the shape I wanted. She then tells me well this is her shape. And started to do my nails wrong. I asked her to stop and went elsewhere.

Linda did an amazing job on my nails! I asked for a specific shape and she nailed it. They look beautiful! I am impressed.

I had my gels done there several times before. The first two times I was satisfied, the third time I was a bit upset that the job wasnt as well done and they got damaged within a day of getting them done. This last time however I was beyond disappointed with the service I received. I brought my own color with me because I had a specific look in mind and when the girl sat me down she saw I had my color and knew I just wanted to get my gels filled and have them painted. While I was getting them done she kept pressuring me to get soak-off gels. I repeatedly told her no and yet she kept asking, which was rude and made me uncomfortable. Another thing I found weird about them is that they require you to pay before they are done with your nails. It allows them to provide poor service and you cant even do anything about it because youve already given them the money. When they are shaping them and filing them down they also dont check to make sure the nails are the same length on each hand so now my nails are longer on one hand than the other.I will not be going back and now I have to have my nails redone because they look utterly disgusting. It was a waste of money.

I used to love it here, had the same tech every time and no problems. That tech is now gone so I get whoever is available, which is fine except the prices that are listed all over the salon are never what they charge me, its always $5-$10 more for the same thing I get done every time.

Prices are similar to other salons. Technicians are so pleasant. They take same day appointments (which I suggest as the wait sometimes...🙄). Free WiFi is also available. Ive never been disappointed with a Mani or Pedi.

Best to make an appointment. They get pretty busy. I have my regular people who I try to get in with. It does get crowded.

This salon has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My nail tech said nothing to me throughout my fill, but was very chatty with the nail tech beside us in their native language. Despite several signs around the salon stating they all speak English, I would beg to differ, as every single sign is in broken English and looks like it was written by a third grader. My suggestion: have someone proof read your signs because they all make you look unprofessional and lazy.

Small shop, the girls always are busy, but stretching out to get everyone done, so make sure your not in a rush! They do a good job, I drive in out of State to have them do my nails, always friendly and respectful and accountable, but dont be in a hurry!

They were great but will not accept coupons on your phone. Salon could use some sprucing up.

First time great experience

Today I went in to have the same set id nails they put on taken off needless to say, after the acrylic was taken off, I have 2 nails that can easily get infected, but being im a licensed cosmologist, I know how to take care of it so it doesnt. There are 2 AWESOME nail techs here Angie an Amy, but some of the other ones I believe are practicing WITHOUT a nail license. Lets just hope these nails heal the proper wat because if not, they WILL see me soon with a legal representative on my side. Very disappointed with my service today. Oh an I forgot to mention when I told her she clipped too deep into my skin, she continued to do so like she didnt care making me have to snatch my hands away from her in order for her to stop.

Ive gone twice now and each time everyone did an incredible job (I got a gel manicure). There is a wait if you dont have an appointment, worth it though for an affordable manicure, and kind service.

This place has gone down hill fast...my husband and I visited this place for years for pedicures, and I would get fills all the time. They have cards you stamp after service to get money off after 10 visits. We visited at least over 50 times and would always lose our Cards and never made a full one. My husband asked one of the nail techs can you leave my card in the box since I always lose it. The owner stood up right away and said absolutely not he is not special. Well guess what these non special customers will never step foot into your salon again. Not to mention if they mess up someone’s nails they find a way to blame it on the customer. Awful place and it’s starting to look shabby as well, just like their customer service.

It took 2 hours to get my nails done. The guy there said 20 minutes because someone was coming to the salon to do my nails... A lady came but took customers that walked in after me. My nails were uneven and crooked. The paint job was terrible. I would not recommend this place at all.

This place is fast and efficient. You also get your own service box.

The girl who did my pedi didnt even look at me or acknowledge my existence and seemed like she had no personality whatsoever. She put super thin layers of paint on my toes and so it chipped off- the very next day! Generally my pedis last about a month. The leg massage was .. Nothing. I left her a good top bc maybe she was having an off day?? My moms girl was FABULOUS tho. Think her name was Kayla. Overall.. I wouldnt return. Too many other places available. 2.9 out of 5 stars says it all I guess.

Very dissatisfied, My nail tech did not pay attention to what I wanted and refused to change the color she put on my nails, that was the wrong one from which I chose. My pervious nail color was still visible all near my cuticles after my service, and the shape that I wanted ( and used a reference picture) was completely ignored! Long story short..I spent 50 dollars on nails that I will have to soak off tomorrow. I usually do not complain, but this service was the worst I have ever been too

They kept pressuring me to get the soak off gel polish and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I waited over an hour before I walked out. People that came in after me were taken before me. I finally checked the list to see how many more before me, and I wasn’t even on there anymore, yet no one had called my name. Very annoyed to say the least. I will not be returning.
