My wife came here to get 1 nail replaced that broke on her from when she got her nails done a couple days ago in Columbus and had a very bad experience.. she was even given a file in case she still needed to file her nails I guess?? Which she did have to.. but not with that little cheapo one.. she used one of her own... And still trying to get it to look like her other ones.. But she will never go to this hole in the wall place again.

My son and I went in for facials. Ms Pat was so sweet! She got our faces smooth as watered silk. She offers other services as well as skin care, although I havent tried them yet. I would imagine she does just as well with her other services, though.

I went a few days ago & just wanted a full set with an initial on my ring finger. the set it self is beautiful but the initial, not so much. i ended up being so torn for paying that much money to receive this, so i ended up taking everything off ☹️ now i wish i would have said something. but on the other hand, lena is a very sweet person !!

Lena was excellent! First time going and will definitely be coming back. Got a facial, hot stone message and brow wax. Even took before and after photos which shows my redness gone and cheeks lifted. Lena truly knows what she is doing and us super friendly.

Oh my goodness! If you want the sweetest person ever to do amazing nails, I seriously suggest coming here!! She went above and beyond and my nails are absolutely gorgeous ❤️ Love this place!!!!

She was so friendly and funny. Was reluctant initially but once I was getting my nails done she made me feel comfortable. I went ahead and booked a follow up appointment.

I had the best time. It was a last minute decision to treat myself. I walked in with out an appointment. Pat was able to get me in for a full set of nails and a pedicure. My job makes having nails difficult but he managed to get an active length that I can work in. Lena did my pedicure and my feet feel so much better. It’s always better to schedule an appointment but they were very accommodating. I am going back. Thank you for great service.

I called in the morning and was able to get an appt an hour later, I am so happy with my nails they look so good and at a reasonable price! Will definitely be coming again. Lena was so polite and did a great job :)

Leena did my pedicure in oct 2020. I’m diabetic and suffer from diabetic neuropathy and my toes and both feet are numb. She was filing off calluses on my big toe of my right foot, when I felt a burning and said ouch! She looked and had filed down so far she made my foot bleed. She said oh I did that, I’m sorry, she put some goo on a cotton ball And said it will heal. Doctors always warn about being careful with your feet when diabetic. Do nail professionals know about diabetes? 😢

The pedicure I received was very poor. Ive had pedicures for many years and this is my one and only time at Pats. She cut into to inside of my nail bed. Very painful.. I asked her stop two times, she said she was getting ingrown nail. I did not nor ever have had an ingrown toenail. Asked why she didnt smooth my heels, she wanted to sell me lotion. Now three weeks later I still have pain redness at the nail she dug into. Need a doctors appt for the damage she caused. Never again!

Took my wife to get her nails done about 5pm today and most places were closed and even the few that said they were open til 6 were closed, the lady at the place at the mall was very rude. we drove to Pats and the door was locked but google said they were open til 6. this was at 5:45. we called the number and the voicemail says to call another number for immediate help. called the number and Lena answered, i said I was calling to see about getting my wifes nails done. She said you can come now. I told her we were in the parking lot. She said she would be right down, she lives upstairs. She did an amazing job and spent over an over making sure the nails were perfect and my wife was happy. She was very nice and was happy we were there even though she ended up working until after 7 pm. My wifes nails look amazing. So do yourself a favor and support this lovely woman..

So amazing here! We came to get our nails done for my best friend’s wedding. It was a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, but they brought us pizza and wine! Tried selling lots of product, which was kinda pushy and awkward, but everything else was awesome ❤️

I was so glad to see they were back. If you need nails, pedicure, eye lash extensions, spa treatment. They do it all. Pat and Lena are great. Theyll treat you like family. Ive been going to Pat for years for acrylics and I have never been disappointed. Check them out.

My boyfriend treated myself and him to a spa day. I have to say we both enjoyed ourselves. Pat and Lena totally rock! They are so friendly, kind and professional. The atmosphere of pat’s is not like a normal nail salon.. in the best way possible! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel so great and so welcomed. There are lots of selection of gel polish and dip powder and of course regular nail polish. You can tell that they care about their work and they show it through their work! Will be going back. Highly recommend!

WOW!! My first time there was amazing!! I had a standard Manicure and Pedicure! Worth every Penny! Pat did my nails while his wife took care of my toes. The color looks great and the service was amazing. The glass of wine didnt hurt either. If you are looking for a place to go, look no further! I was beyond happy! I had my nails done on Sunday today is Wednesday and my nails look reasonably well- I have a toddler that I chase after so I do not expect them to stay perfect!!

I loved my time at Pats Spa and Day Salon. Excellent customer service and very nice prices! Wish I found this place sooner. Lenas nail designs are incredible! She can do anything you ask and more (Lena is the sweetest too. Such a talented lady!) Their place is very chic Inside. I highly recommend this place 10/10. I will be returning asap.

I had an amazing first experience at Pat’s Salon! I called ahead and they worked my friend and I in that day. Very friendly, very talkative, and funny. The salon has a very open and welcoming lobby with comfy chairs and a tv. Lena took her time with my nails and made me feel very comfortable. My nails look amazing and thin! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job recreating it for me. I also got my eyebrows cleaned up by Lena and she was just wonderful. Looking forward to go back in 2 weeks! I visited this office with the Dayton Hearts of Valor group. We had an amazing time and they treated my daughter amazing. Highly recommend this place and we will be visiting again soon.

So when I went to get my nails done the woman kept making me wait so she could go help other people. When another customer came in, the nail tech told me to go to the man. (She only did my acrylic barely any filing) so when I went over there he was filing them & they were uneven lengths & the acrylic was on my skin. When I went to was them the woman rudely told me to come back to her so she could make sure they look “good” she had me sit in a chair without the table in front of me so she could “fix” the length & shape. When the male nail tech was painting them he put two large globing coats on followed by a topcoat with no drying time in between. Then only had me under the light for a few minutes then they basically told me to leave. Definitely not worth the time or money.

I love going to Pats salon & day spa. Lena is an awesome nail technician. I love the dipping powder they have there because you dont have to deal with the chemical smell that you have to deal with at other salons.

This is the first time me, my sister and my sister-in-law have ever went to Pats Salon & Day Spa and we had the most wonderful experience and I give them a five star rating. I usually go to Walmart Regal Nails, however after the wonderful experience we had here at Pats Salon & Day Spa I wont be going back to Regal Nails. Pat and Lena Dinh were so very nice and friendly and treated you like you were a queen. It is a very clean and relaxing environment. The all natural products they used made my feet and legs so very soft, softer than with any other pedicure I have had. They also dont rush you out the door they take there time and there attention is dedicated to you only and you get a full half an hour of pampering. They actually conversate with you and ask you how many kids you have, there ages if you have grandkids which makes you feel at home. I will be there customer for life. I wont be going any were else. Thank you Pat and Lena for making us feel so special that day. Thank you Kris Denton.
