The W Nail Bar has opened inside a few select DSW stores across the country and this location is one of them. I was quite surprised to learn about a salon opening inside the shoe store and decided to check it out. Making an appointment through the website was quite easy. The salon is located at the back of the store and there are plenty of signs outside and inside to guide you.The salon is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The lady at the reception was sweet and I enjoyed talking to her while I waited for my appointment. I opted for The Lulu mani service, which includes manicure and a regular nail polish. While I was selecting the nail polish, she made me peppermint tea and brought it to a small, but cozy waiting area for me. I had to wait about half an hour for my service, which the lady acknowledged and offered 20% discount. My service was with Mavis, who was such a delight. She took her time shaping my nails and made sure that I was satisfied, followed by hand scrub with their house made sugar scrub and lotion massage. She finished off with the nail polish and their home made cuticle oil. All their in-house products are also available for purchase.This salon claims to be customer focused, which I agree with. This new salon on the block is definitely worth checking out!

This was the first time visiting this salon. I was impressed by the overall ambience and spectacular hospitality. I left there feeling refreshed and pleased with my manicure. The technician name was Chantay and she was so pleasant and patient with me. She also did a fabulous job with my nails. I loved the design, I will be returning.

The atmosphere and people are really nice and sweet, but unfortunately the work wasn’t to par nor lasted long. Maybe they have been busy and tired because of the mani special, but nevertheless the standard for the work should be there.I got a gel mani and regular pedi on a Friday. By Monday the gel mani was gone, peeling, or cracked. Even leaving the place on Friday my pedi was better than my hands, thought maybe it looked odd because it has been a while due to covid - no the workmanship showed 3 days later.Just take the place with a grain of salt.

I got a gel mani/pedi with Chantay! She was great! Extremely patient and took her time. Did a awesome job! I was very pleased with the service.

Visited for the first time with my 3 yo daughter for Mommy & Me manis and pedis (BOGO promo for one week in January). Ajai & Jaycie both did a phenomenal job! Both girls have great skills and personalities.We discussed sanitation and I learned that the copper bowls are one of the most sanitary options because they do not include jets (which take 20 minutes to de-sanitize btw), and copper is a natural antiseptic. This was a plus for me because my daughter actually received real services.Great concept and kid-friendly company! The owners should definitely consider running this promotion more than once a year.

Chantay K. did my manicure and pedicure. She was very meticulous and attentive to detail. I was very satisfied. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. It was extremely relaxing.

This past weekend (Feb), I decided to trying this place out and saw online they had open spots. Tish and Lauren did an amazing job. Was greeted promptly and attended to right away. Tish listened to my concerns about what I couldnt use and Lauren did a great job with my feet. I brought my own polish since Im sensitive to other types and they accommodated for it. Definitely will come back. The scrubs were amazing and I ended up buying the cuticle oil pens which have been a lifesaver since this weather hasnt been nice to my hands.

This place is amazing. It is so clean and the staff is so friendly. The manager is super nice and hands on it’s hard not to like her. I love this place it’s super clean and a relaxing environment. They do an amazing job on nails and are always thinking of new creative designs. Definitely would recommend and have them do something fun with your nails!

This was my first time visiting this salon, and i would have to say i am impressed. I believe i got my nails done by Lauren, and she was amazing! Reasonably priced and she made me feel very comfortable. I will def. tell all my friends about the nail bar! Thanks a bunch Lauren!!

I love The W! Everyone is nice, however Taylor was really helpful. She got me hooked on Gel X! No acrylic, no drilling, no smell. Just natural nail care with the best scrubs!! I got the Dew Effect Gel X and pedi and my feet/hands are the softest they’ve ever been. I’m never going back to the regular shops. Tell them Emma sent you!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to, hands down! If you haven’t done so already, I highly suggest treating yourself to any one of their incredibly pampering services! Staff was so great as well. Wish i could give this place more than 5 stars!

I went in for a Pedicure last Friday and absolutely loved The W! The staff was friendly and the whole vibe was so relaxing. My tech was thorough. They offer a lot more for their customers as far as scrubs and skin care then I’ve seen on other nail salons. I loved it!

Chantay is a professional and wonderful nail tech. Beautiful design which are executed nicely, definitely my favorite!!

I got my Gel mani-pedi done by Chantay. She took her time and did a phenomenal job. They lasted a good while too. She was very professional and made me feel like royalty. 🙃

This was the best nail experience I’ve had in a long time! I will be a regular moving forward. A big bonus is you get DSW reward points as well.

I was a little disappointed w/the service not sure if COVID19 has anything to do w/it but for the $$ there was no massage of feet or hands my nail technician was nice but very slow....the setup was cute & comfortable great place for a girls day treat but not happy w/service

First time visiting the area and thrilled with the creativity of DSW collaborating with a nail bar. I obtained a gel mani and pedi and was amazed by the time and patience the nail tech took to ensure that I had a delightful experience. The prices correlates with the dedication the nail tech took to provide an excellent service. The pedicure scrub and massage was very much needed and worthy. I will be coming again next time I am in town!
