First time going to Glossy Nails, I needed my nails done for my wedding and they were amazing. I wanted an ombré and showed me lots of pink shades until I found the right one. Clean, professional, and fast service. I love my wedding nails!!!

I booked my appointment for two spa pedicures. The manager Helen is always super welcoming & friendly. She treats every customer like family. She takes the time to get to know her customers & she gives everyone VIP treatment! Ive been coming here for two years & Im always amazed at the quality of work.

My favorite nail salon ever!! Everyone there is so nice and Helen is always striving to help customers and give them the best experience!! I have always left this place loving the job they did on my nails. I will never go to another nail place because I know I can’t get service and quality results anywhere else compared to glossy nails. All their services are quality at a fair price and they always pay a great amount of attention to detail!! Love you glossy nails!

Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. They dont properly clean their instruments between customers. They just rinsed them with soap in a nearby sink. Helen was just awful to my cousin. Helen made faces of disgust while removing the callouses on her feet. My cousin was already self conscious about her feet, and it almost made her cry. Attached is a picture of Helen, the owner.

Glossy Nails is hands-down the best nail salon Ive ever been to! As soon as I walked in, I felt welcome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most nail salons smell strongly of chemicals, but Glossy Nails smells great. I got acrylics done with Robby. He was patient and fun to talk to, and he really cared about making my nails look the best they could be. An overall amazing experience!

This place is a step above other salons. I came in as a walk-in today and got a full set of gel acrylic. Helen did my nails and did an excellent job. I did pink and white french. She used the pink powder and then used acrylic polish with a top coat of acrylic. She also rubbed lotion into my arms and hands at the end which was really nice. I observed them doing pedicures and they use stones as well as exfoliating salt scrubs on your legs and feet. What a wonderful relaxing way to spend a day! Theyve got all the latest ways to color nails too. Apparently, theyve improved on nail acrylics among other things. She was very friendly and the salon doesnt smell at all like your typical nail salon with chemical smells. Its decorated more like a spa too. Very nice experience - I will be back!

I’m becoming a regular customer of Glossy Nails in the Lotte plaza! I had my nails done by different ladies here, and they were all good: attention to detail, thorough cuticle cleaning, friendliness. I recommend you check them out if you’re looking for a new nail salon.

The best nail salon ever! Helen is fantastic...always does a wonderful French manicure. The employees are very professional and give great pedicures. I was Terribly disappointed. I had made a 4:20 appointment for my daughter and I to have a pedicure and nails done. We were there on time and seated. They began on my feet first. Whom I assume was the manager indicated to my daughter that it would be 2 minutes. My poor daughter sat there patiently for 40 minutes. I made several comments in the time we were there with no reply. We finally left with even my own pedicure unfinished. My daughter cried the whole way home because we had other plans and did not have time to go elsewhere. How sad for a 6 year old that had talked nonstop for a week about getting her toes and nails done.

This is hands down my favorite place to get my nails done. The pedicure is exceptional, they massage your legs for the perfect amount of time. Its also perfectly priced! The women are wonderful and the owner is very attentive! Go today...you wont be disappointed.

Went here today and my goodness, this salon is a tucked away gem! I had a regular manicure and this lady Joy did an amazing job. Shes very sweet and attentive. The salon has this charming and relaxing feel. The price was actually cheap for a good service like this. I couldnt be happier and more satisfied. Thumbs up!

Came in on a whim. Joy took care of me - she was incredibly thorough and attentive, even as people starting coming in and waiting she continued to take her time with my manicure. The pedicure was the best I’ve had in a while and included a hot stone massage. She never tried to up sell me. My nails are perfectly shaped. I will definitely be back, well worth the trip.

They do great work, but always find a way to charge you extra...ON EVERY VISIT! I went in for a fill-in. No nails needed to be repaired, didnt change the shape, length or anything. There were no additional services provided! Just when I went to pay, they suddenly decided to charged me an extra $5. When I asked why, the girl spoke to the older lady in their native language. The older one came up and said it because of the shape of my nail THAT I ALREADY HAD! I explained to her that I walked in with that shape and the girl barely filed it! I shouldve only been paying for the fill-in I got. The older lady was determined to get the extra $5 out of me, so I paid it and vowed to never return. Id been going there about 6 months because their work is great, but theyve overcharged me too many times.

This is hands down the best Nail salon I have to encountered! The staff was efficient and detailed oriented. It was very clean and respecting! My gel full set is lovely and cuticles are trimmed nicely!

Helen is always great making my nails look like million dollar nails. You have to be patient when you go there because they Take their time to make sure that you get the best quality service.

My friend recommended this salon to me the other day. I finally went in and got my manicure done. Honestly very pleased with this salon! Every corner of this place is spotless. Also, no bugs flying or crawling anywhere. The nail techs working here are also pleasant and sociable. Didnt had to wait long (Even through it was really packed and I didnt have a appointment) till a nail tech, Joy, came and walked me to her station. Throughout the manicure she was very gentle with me and would listen to all my requests without a single problem. She removed the cuticles from my nails very skillfully. Not once did I bleed at all. She also reshaped my nails nicely too. When she was done, I was very pleased with how exquisite my nails looked! Just how I envision them to look! A real pity I dont live here. Probably one of the best services Ive ever received from a nail salon. But, I HIGHLY recommend coming to this salon if you live in the area! Also, ask for Joy to work on your manicure!

I relocated here about a month ago from Chicago, and I have been looking for a great place to get nails done. I googled nail salons near me, and this place popped up. I went in and HELEN took care of me. I highly recommend her. She is very good, with good customer service skills. My nails turned out great

This isnt your typical neighborhood nail salon on every corner; I drive out of my way for the best customer service, and their quality gel manicures/pedicures. Helen and her staff are attentive, detail oriented, genuinely friendly, and have always gone far above and beyond even when busy. Theyve most definitely earned my loyalty, and I bring my visiting friends and family in, too!

Was excited to go to get my nails done with my sisters, it was my youngest sisters first time at a nail salon and we were so excited for her to experience it. It was unfortunately a horrible experience. Bad service and even worse treatment. The lady who did my nails didn’t seem to be properly trained on how to paint nails. She put the coats of polish on too close together so when it started to dry, it immediately wrinkled. I asked her to fix it and she gave me a very rude looked and looked at another employee there and then laughed. The same thing happened again. At this point the lady who painted my nails first had gone on break so I went to another lady and she had me pick another color and she painted my nails quickly and not very carefully. We left and my sister and I were so upset that that was my youngest sisters first experience at a nail salon. Later that day I noticed that my manicure was already chipping which is ridiculous, but I couldn’t go back in at the time so today I decided to go back in and ask for my money back. Most of the polish was chipped and it was extremely dull.. honestly i could do better than that if I painted my nails myself but I went to the salon so a professional could paint them, so that’s what I wanted. I get there and walk in and the first Lady who painted my nails yesterday glanced at me and rolled her eyes and asked me what I needed without even looking at me (and she wasn’t doing anything except sitting with her feet up) I told her I wanted my money back and every single employee in the place was snickering and she turns around and laughs then looks back at me and tries to hide it. I said I wanted my money back again and showed her the receipt and she sulks over to the register and slowly starts getting money out, then she takes my hands and takes my polish off, which I get, I’m getting my money back so it’s within her rights to take the polish off but it felt very spiteful. It was already ruined, I wasn’t trying to play them or something. This whole time every employee in the place was glaring at me. I won’t be back there. I am disappointed beyond words. I was treated badly and I don’t think I did anything to deserve that treatment except ask for her to fix my manicure twice yesterday. I’m even more upset that my youngest sister didn’t have a good experience because the employees were so rude. Going to get our nails done is supposed to be fun and she didn’t get to experience any fun during it due to rude employees

I went here because of the good rating, and I can say, they are very nice, Amy is so sweet, the work is neat,And the place is very clean..... I did my gel manicure, and haven’t try it with wax, super cool and leave your hands very soft, and I think it’s a good price.... I’ll come again..... thank you

Shady people, rip you off especially if you a man. 39$ for a mani pedi but charge me 49$Another time I said no spa pedi and they still did it and charged me over 60$ never again

I called and made an appointment for noon. Arrived a few minutes early and was told to have a seat in the pedicure chair with NO nail technician available. The lady in the front started the water and I asked her to make the water hotter please and she agreed and attempted to adjust and the best I could get was room temperature. How is this sanitary with NO hot water???? Then she proceeds back to her station to service her client who had walked in seconds behind me. So, Ive been left to sit with my feet in the tub until a tech becomes available. I made the appointment for a reason. I would have NO complaint if I had just been a walk-in. I chose this place because of the great reviews! I wont be back.

Ive been getting tips for 10 years. I know what I want, and I judge work over the course of 3-4 weeks, and Helen is a master of her trade. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see her.

Great staff, great service, and great results. Got a french mani and spa pedi--truly worth every penny! I would suggest going to this salon any day. Only advice: go in the morning because no one was there. After noon, it gets quite busy for walk-ins.

Have been sitting waiting for 30 min past my appointment time for mani pedi. No water in my pedicure basin... just sitting. What’s the point of appointments if you are going to take walkins ahead of them?

I moved to Springfield and didnt have a good experience from the first Springfield nail salon. I foind a salon that works for me now that I moved to MD now... I was loyal to my salon in Fairfax but to drive there I had to make it worth my while. I was serviced by least who was great at both pedi and mani. The best was the parffin for my hands afterwards. My hands were in bad shape after moving and cleaning but Lee made them look and feel great. Im not in VA currently but when I get back this will be my salon.
