I called to ask if I could book an appointment and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Glad I didn’t go in and give them my business.

Xols Nails is the best professional business for nails and pedicures.. I highly recommend her and I have known the quality of work that she does.. Been a satisfied customer from the beginning!!

She does nails very well and you won’t need a fill in for a long time. She’s passionate about what she does so she focuses more on the nails.

There was no one inside and I asked if they had any appointments or walk ins and they said no, didnt give me any information on how to make one just straight up told me no, and said nothing else. They just stared at me until I left. I never felt so uncomfortable.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time because she said that was her next available appointment (July 11th), got to the store on time and she spent 40 minutes into my appointment on another woman and her friend and then continued telling me how she didn’t have time to do anything I asked, a new set, gel, anything... unprofessional and a nasty attitude

She has a very nasty attitude. Son was running around the entire time she kept stopping and my nails showed that she rushed through. When I asked her to redo a crooked nail and sloppy paint she tried to charge me for a fill in when I had just sat there and got the sloppy set from her for 50 dollars
