I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a nail salon closer to where I now live. I went in for a new set of acrylics. This was a horrible experience. My nails are crooked and shaped oddly. They look terrible. In addition, she drenched my fingers in the stuff she dipped the brush in. I had to ask if I could wash my hands and this stuff wouldn’t come off. I asked her how to remove it and she took a nail file and “sanded” my fingers and it still didn’t all come off. I left without allowing her to polish my nails. She wasn’t going to use a base coat. I just wanted to get home and get that peeling junk off of my fingers. I don’t recommend and if this is the best Springfield has to offer I will drive 30 minutes to my former nail place in Madison.

Each nail is different sizes, way shorter than what i wanted. Then the dip powder isnt as think as its supposed to be. My nails were long and pretty now they are ugly and short.

Just had an awesome pedicure! Everything was very clean, the music was relaxing, the technican was great and they did everything to make our visit great!

I called to see if they were busy, the lady said i’d be waiting 30 minutes . Got there at 5:10pm and she asked if i could come tomorrow, i said i was leaving for the beach in the morning, i couldn’t come back . She then told me to sit and wait, i didn’t get to soak my nails till around 6pm, she left my hands to soak for over and hour, she was rude, and kept pulling my hands to “relax” them. So rude . The lady who did me, her name was Annie, i do not recommend this place to anyone. if i could i wouldn’t even give them one star. i didn’t leave out of there until 8:10pm . i will not be back, and overall the customer service is terrible . i’d rather wait 2 hours for Elite Nails . I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Ive been going to D&N for the last 6 months, but my mom has been going for 2 years. Both of us have been extremely happy and satisfied every time we have visited this salon. All of the technicians doing really great jobs, but our two favorites are Lee and Tony! (Both of which do an awesome job on pink & whites !) Thank you guys!

Owner was extremely rude and was screaming at customers in her own language. She would roll her eyes when customers would walk in telling her what they wanted done and would then proceed to ignore them. On top of that, the actual service was terrible. I got my nails done and they chipped the next day. I would highly recommend that you all go elsewhere, this place is highly unprofessional!

Oh my God, the place is filthy! They are understaffed and took a reservation that they were not able to cover for my family and me. The owner is horrible with customers. She was throwing towels around and yelling at customers and talking about them in her own language. Se is awful. Then she double charges me and refuses to undo the second charge without me coming into her store again and showing her my receipt. I did explain that I was visiting Springfield and was no longer in the area but she hung up on me. Do not use the awful womans services. If you work there, find another job, you deserve better.

Went in for a set of nails and pedicure. Was charged$120! Prices were not payed and I was told it was an extra $20 for gel after the fact. My nails are crooked. Was definitely not worth what they charged. I believe they make up their prices.

I came on a saturday morning with my appointment being at 11am and was not even acknowledged when I walked in until about 11:30. They sat me down and ran my water and when i put my feet in it was ICE cold. I couldn’t even withstand it. After another 10 minutes of no one coming over to even start my pedicure I just got up and left. Other customers inside were also irritated with the service. DO NOT GO!!!

I showed the lady at the desk a picture of exactly what I wanted and she said yes they can do it. Then the man that did my nails says NO, he was very unfriendly and I left with a set of acrylic nails that I could have done myself way better. Terrible experience. Would not even give the one star if I didn’t have to.

Overall Im happy with the result, not many place in Springfield that does a good job!

Made an appointment, still waited 45 min to be taken back to a chair. That was after me having to speak up. I asked for the same color on my nails (gel polish) and toes( regular polish). My toes are pink my nails are orange. She rushed painting my nails and they looks awful . Dont even waste your money or time. I would give no stars if I could.

My last experience at this salon was AWFUL! I had a beautiful design picked out for my nails. I had found my own colors for it but needed help for one. When I told her the colors I picked, she decided to pick her own without telling me. When I realized a color was where I did not want I, I tried to correct her but she wouldn’t fix it. I have never been more upset about my nails in my life. When I got to my car I sat there and cried for a straight 5 minutes. I will never come back again and I advise you to never go there!!!!

Got my nails done.

They are very polite and assisted me with my mom. I told them my concerns with my mom and they provided 2 chairs immediately. Provided her with a free sprite and redid my toe nail before I left since I messed it up putting on my sandals. Awesome foot massage!!!! Very clean

This is where I go to get my nails done all the time. My nails are done right now and they look great. I love all the people there they are so nice. I definitely think you should go it is great.

Very good prices for the service you get . Got an extremely good gel manicure and eyebrows. Did feel as though they were rushing, but a lot better than some places I have been to. Definitely going to keep going here

Didnt have to wait too long. Just got a pedicure for me, my daughter and Mom. All looked great and they even fixed my nail that I messed up trying to put my shoes on and also have my daughter a free bottle of her favorite color polish!

They are never opened on time. They never answer the phone during “ open hours.”If you’re lucky and she is there, or it’s open. You will be rushed and regretful.Never would recommend this place. Save yourself the torture

Danny was fantastic! My feet feel fantastic and my nails look great. He is very friendly and personable as well.

My first visit and impression was great, until i received a $45 pedicure without my permission and the worlds worst paint job. I also had my nails trimmed and shaped while I was here ( I originally selected the $45 mani/pedi combo) what a mistake. I have a finger that has skin buffed off, and 7/10 of my toes are missing nail polish/have huge gaps/runs. I will say that the massage and scrub portion of the pedicure was one of the longest and best around, but that will not persuade me to visit this location again. I wanted to love this place because it looked very clean when I walked in, but now I am out $60 and have ugly nails.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I went to get my natural nails painted and he was very rude and rushed doing my nails. He was rough on my fingers and cut my cuticles all up. My nails looked awful afterwards. Will not be going back.

Very happy with the service here! Was taken back for a pedicure immediately. Offered a drink (water, soda & wine is complimentary and free!) as the water was started. Exceptional job, very comfortable with the chair massage. Flat screen tvs on both walls. Separate area for pedicures, another for manicures, and peaceful private rooms for waxing. They even offer hot stone foot massage! Glad I found this place on my vacation, will be back!

My daughter was told 30 min to get 2 nails fixed been here hour and half they have taken people over my child. She is waiting to get them fixed for her prom and when I asked as the adult they said taking people before only some can do nails and some can do pedicures. But the lady doing pedicures is who usually does her nails.

Every time Ive been here it has been a great experience. I have received some of the best pedicures Ive ever had.

Overcharged my cousin she called day before got a quote for $53 and got charged $75 the only thing different is the shape of her nails but i know shaping isnt $20 we called after she got home (was just curious what the extra $20 was for) the guy said hed refund her the $20 but when we got there he over the prices he then stated that when my cousin called to make her appointment someone didnt know what they were doing and quoted her wrong would never come again and i recommend asking for prices again before they start because they will try and scam you

Love this place

I loved going here. Sadly they started rushing and the nails wouldnt look as good as they did. After having 3 awful experiences I will not be back. It will only get worse. They are overpriced for the service you get.
