I would highly suggest go anywhere but here! From a $50 acrylic set that didn’t even last 2 days before they came apart. Tried to come back and get it fixed the next day, but I was told I had to wait multiple days until I was able to schedule an appointment due to the nail tech being overbooked. After I finally got an appointment I still had to wait for a long period of time to receive my service. They wanted to charge me for the repair of the nail which didn’t even last for 2 DAYS!! Their products have been over used and you can tell they do not replace worn out products which creates poor quality work. Also, they are not there to satisfy their customers... if you complain about anything, they might offer to fix it but what is there to fix? They done ruined your entire set. There is no full refund should you dispute why you felt the job wasn’t done correctly, they simply tell the tech who worked on your nails to repay what they think the client “deserves” since they also need to get “paid” a portion for the work that they supposedly have done. Wanted to give this place the benefit of doubt but after having these poor experiences I advise anyone looking into getting their nails done here to save themselves the trouble. Esto causará un set mal hecho que no dura ni una semana. Falta de experiencia de las “técnicas de uñas” es muy notable cuando necesitan ayuda de sus compañeras a cada rato y no pueden completar un set. Luego tienes que esperar hasta que se desocupe la persona con experiencia para que arregle el daño causado por la otra. Una cita hecha antes de tiempo no sirve porque siempre te van hacer esperar este salón. Nunca terminan a tiempo y hace esperar a las clientas por mucho tiempo. Esto no es un lugar donde los clientes son prioridad simplemente es un negocio de dinero.

Asked for a dip manicure and they clearly didnt know what I meant. Used gel, dipped in powder, then UV light. Bumpy, thin finish. Chipped on day 2. Second worse manicure ever (in the worst, I literally bled).

I am new to the area so I am looking for a great nail shop. After driving past this place a few times and then reading the reviews I decided to try this place. The review comments were nice and I thought okay lets do this.Here are a few things...I walked in and my first inpression was it was a hair salon. The place is a mess and there is stuff everywhere, but based on the comments I read I decided to keep pushing forward.After 3.5 hours, I got a full set. The technician took forever and I dont think has ever did nails before. She cut me so many times, she left the acrylic bumpy and it showed especially once the think uneven polish was applied, I requested coffin shape but got some coffin and some nails looking like a block. The technician had to keep asking someone else, who came later in the 3.5 hours session that I was there, what to do next.Now in the picture I did scuff the nail polish and they offered to fix but I just wanted to get out of there and find a salon that knew what they were doing.All this for $50!!! The first picture was of the work done at the Nail Villa salon, the second is of the new place, KNN, I found that fixed my nail disaster and what nails should look like.Stay away and go around the corner to KNN...thanks so much for rescuing my nails...

Fast, friendly and the best services out of any nail salon in Virginia. I actually drive from south Carolina every month to have a pedicure

It is an excellent and pleasant place with a staff with a qualified staff the best there is in the DMV area and very comfortable prices I recommend it for both hair and nails.
