A great medical fitness facility. There are no Phase 3 Cardiac Rehab Centers open so I just brought my exercise prescription and am able to complete my own Phase 3 Rehab here.

This place was clean but ER different story. Very dirty. I hope I never have to take my mom to North Cox ER again . Wouldnt recommend give it 0

Ive been going to this Gym for several years. I dont know how it compares to other gyms when it comes to equipment, but, the workers here are all very friendly and nice. I go to a class at the gym and I would say it is one of my favorite parts of life.

You never have to fight for a machine and the equipment is well maintained and cleaned. Much better than some other fitness centers Ive seen in town. Plus theyre open 24/7.

Very good sports studio, however, a mask must be worn. Not exactly good when working with heavy weights! Has pretty much everything you need to train! Especially very clean.
