Great equipment, great staff. This gym only gets 4 out of 5 stars, which is not entirely its fault but there is some blame, due to the gym patrons not knowing1) what a mask is2) how to wear a maskIt isn’t hard. I think it’s the general attitude of gym rats (me being one myself for 15 years) that they think they’re above rules and stuff? Entitlement? Who knows. A club that promotes health and wellness sure doesn’t enforce basic public health protection measures.

Pursue is the best gym Ive been a member of. My wife and I have been going since they first opened up. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is high quality and there is a ton of it, the prices are VERY affordable and the classes are outstanding! I think the most underrated part of Pursue is its classes, especially cycle. The instructors are awesome and really know how to push you without being pushy. Its a welcoming environment for every body type and fitness level. If you feel intimidated, reach out to a staff member for instruction! Highly recommend Pursue.

This gym is fantastic! I have been a member of many other gyms that cost more but dont have equipment nearly as nice. The staff are also very knowledgeable if you need advice or if a piece of equipment needs to be fixed. The staff for the child care are also well above average. Usually when its time to leave my kids dont want to go.

Great place to work out. Clean and open space makes it comfortable for gym goer. Everyone working there seems to really like their job and it makes the whole gym experience better.

Me and my husband visited pursue fitness and did a free week trail while visiting from out of town. The employees were very helpful and kind. The gym has everything me and my husband look for in a gym.. good deadlift bars, enough free weights, and good equipment. I highly recommend checking them out!

It was great. I just needed a place that had a pool and showers. I do really like the 24 hour part though!

Hands down best gym Ive been to! Clean, never crazy busy and I feel 100% comfortable working out there even after hours!

My daily gym, great equipment and staff. Solid gym prices for what they offer. My only reason for a 4 star is there is a bunch of equipment they could have to make it better. However they’d need to expand as well.

Pretty good facility with great, friendly staff.Equipment ranges from plate loaded to pin loaded to free weights and facility is a decent size and always clean and well kept.It’s nice that during covid they are offering free weights to be used out front for members to provide them something to train with, even when conditions aren’t optimal.

I have not yet visited this fitness Center but from what Ive observed it looks to be quite large and full of many many varied exercise equipment to accommodate many individuals. I noticed that they have not been open specific hours which is expected during this pandemic, yet just recently I did read that once everything is under control they will be 24 hours as they had originally intended. Theyre located in an ideal spot, both convenient and easily accessed by residents living in Eugene OR Springfield, and especially close to the kinsrow street area where a lot of college students reside at Chase Village, Park Place, Duck Village, The Commons, Etc.

It’s a decent gym; the best I’ve found in the area for one whose focus is on weights. It can get crowded at times, and the Sunday hours leave much to be desired: closes at 1pm instead of 5pm like on Saturdays, so it gets REALLY packed. The cable station is not the best and they could use a greater variety of attachments. Also, their entire assorted of plate loaded machines are just from one company-Matrix, and the quality/ROM is noticeably inferior to Hammer Strength, Cybex, and Nautilus. Still, it is a decent, fairly priced gym, with plenty of free weights and a great dumbbell rack.

It is with great reluctance that I ended my membership today. I am just not ready to return to the gym during these times. Why was I reluctant? Because I finally found a gym with excellent equipment and classes. Of equal importance is the superb customer service. Professional and caring. And they are continually cleaning the premises. I never thought Id find such a high-quality fitness center at a very reasonable price. Ill be back.

This gym has the best customer service I have ever seen at a gym. I love that they allow you to bring a guest for free; and the owner is very friendly, approachable and always in the gym with a smile on his face. We have had nothing but good experiences here. The group fitness instructors are personable and highly skilled, the equipment is well-cared for. And the price absolutely cannot be beat.

Huge gym. $15 A month for floor use. No contract or hidden costs. Two higher tiers for X-fitness room and tanning booths if that is your thing. Love it!

Great gym. Husband and I joined recently. All machines are properly distanced apart. Cleaning stations all over easily accessible and employees consistently spraying down equipment. Doors marked separately for entrance and exit. Definitely would recommend.

So far I am enjoyong it. I was at Oakway Fitness for years but it is now Elements Gym and not desirable any longer. Pursue is just what I need. People are friendly, clean environment. And I am only on a complimentary membership bit will join this week

This gym has been a place of solace and finding inner peace and letting off steam for me for over a year, and I had the best gym experience I’ve ever had of any gym I’ve ever been to before. The staff are super genuinely friendly and helpful and even remembered my name. The gym equipment available and amenities are absolutely superb. Very clean, and a positive environment. I love the different workout rooms, the massage chair, the free tanning, the seca measurements, the 24 hr workout access. I don’t usually do classes but I tried a few and they were great, and heard from my neighbors that they loved several of the classes here. I love this place and I would drive across town for this amazing gym. I went from being overweight and losing muscle mass, to super strong lean healthy and fit, thanks to this gym.

I very much appreciated them staying open during pandemic by moving equipment outside! Keeping me somewhat sain! Lol

Unfortunately, Pursue is not enforcing their mask policy within compliance to OHA mandate. Despite signage indicating the requirement of using a mask to cover both nose and mouth, employees are not enforcing it. There have been multiple occasions where I see more than one person blatantly working out without wearing their mask properly. When I was going to go inform the employees, I saw them talking with one of the repeat offenders casually at the front desk, while he was wearing his mask with his nose out. In a fitness environment, even one person not wearing their mask properly significantly increases the risk of infection for everyone else, and there has been no evidence to support the claim that mask usage impedes ability to work out. Please be respectful to all of us who are there working out and complying with the mask policy, and actually enforce it on those who are not. Ive seen employees walking around and looking directly at them without saying anything.Note: I will happily update my review when mask usage is enforced, I have overall been happy with this gym except for these past few weeks.

This place is absolutely perfect for everyone from old to young they got everything that you need for workout. If you want to find a place to workout, having fun and fit your budget PURSUE is the answer for you plus bring your kids they got a place for kids so you not worried about the staff will take care of them. So come and join us have fun and workout get sweat.

Love it here! I recently cancelled my membership to save some extra money, but will eventually be back. Great gym, great service, and in general just a great place to workout at!

Signed both my adult son and I up. Son moved, called to cancel - didnt get done - caught the charges on my statement - called again, someone was supposed to call back, never happened. Just called to cancel my membership and basically got hung up on. Love the facility itself (minus junk food vending machines), super clean and has lots of options.

I love this gym. It’s clean, has a variety of different classes to choose from, the people are nice and I love that it is open for use after hours. There are other services like tanning beds and massage chairs but I don’t use them too often. It seems like the massage chairs are broken a lot.

I want to love this gym. But. They are not taking proper COVID precautions. While there are sanitizer stations in the gym, ALL the machines are open and placed so physical distancing is not always possible. There is no noticeable singage about social distancing or sanitizing. No sort of distancing being monitored even when it busy. I have seen no staff wiping down anything any of the times I’ve been. I seriously hope they improve because the machines are nice and it’s well-located. Please Pursue fitness, space out your machines and designate a staff member or two to rove around at all times cleaning and reminding people to distance.

I travel a lot so Im in a lot of different gyms. Pursue Fitness gives you everything you could need in a clean and well organized environment. Hands down, this is probably one of the best gyms I’ve worked out in. They have sanitizing stations to clean off equipment, the machines themselves are well maintained and they have a vast selection to choose from (i.e., cable weights, free weights, cardio, classes and everything in between). I really like that they have day passes for $5 but would love to see them add, paid-in-full, weekly passes and even month passes, for traveling individuals. All the interactions I’ve had with the staff have been nothing short of amazing as well. Highly recommend.

I was not looking for a political experience. On a regular basis 50 % of the TVs are tuned to right wing wacko news and the remote is nowhere to be found. Switched to a gym where staff controls the TVs and only one is tuned into the wacko news network which is more then enough. So nice to just work out in an apolitical environment.

Starting with a 7 day free trial. (Coming from Planet Fitness.)I like the variety of equipment, and hubby likes that there are much heavier free weights. Locker rooms are nice but I do miss lockers that are full size. (I come from work and have dress clothes and boots etc to store while Im working out.) Its nice for parents that they have childcare.Havent tried the tanning beds or massage chairs. I heard theyre going to have a co-ed sauna up front, but it sounds like it might be a bit cramped or awkward - trying to imagine a changing room, or just having to sit in your workout clothes, then running across the whole gym after to take a shower.Theres a bit of dust gathered under weight racks, and they dont have a water bottle filler. Other negative its that theyre not open 24 hours (yet), so the after work hours are super crowded, with folks that dont seem like resolutioners.Staff is nice. Equipment is new so in great shape.

The facility management takes great pride in this business and the staff is friendly. Nice equipment options and plenty of floor space.

Friendly staff, equipment is clean and well maintained with lots of variety. The general space and locker room is maintained throughout the day and its usually not too busy. Overall positive and friendly atmosphere among other gym users as well.

People are amazing there! Very real, down-to-earth, no sales pitch and always willing to share their humble opinion band knowledge. I love how clean clean clean the gym is! Outstanding!

Love their equipment. The tanning beds are great. They have a girl working their named Anika. She was very nice and very helpful. Its nice to see people who smile and like their job. I would highly recommend this gym.

If you love to dance your butt off I highly recommend taking the dance class on Tue and Thur nights at 7-8pm so much fun and get ready to sweat

Great gym! Great equipment looks clean! The reason for my 3 star rating is because the employees seem like they don’t wanna be bothered. I never get a have a good night or hello. They stand at the front desk chatting with each other my question is where’s the manager. Why hire employees to stand around and ignore your customers

Clean, bright and organized gym with several flexible classes dependant on your fitness goals. Lots of equipment. Staff is helpful and always courteous with smiles. I really feel like I belong.

Nice, open gym. I love the morning core and spin classes. Access to cleaning materials everywhere. Staff is very nice.

Love the dance class on Thursdays and the massage chairs to relax.

Fantastic gym at an unbeatable price. An ideal set up for powerlifters, bodybuilders, or even those just getting into fitness. Good amount of squat racks and bench presses, lots of free weights and plates (bumpers too), and a vast plethora of machines and workout assistance gear like bands and foam rollers.I dropped in for a month pass and they were great. No contracts, no joining fees, just $15 a month. HOWEVER, just be sure that you talk to them about how long before the next billing cycle you need to cancel (I think its 7 days) if youre dropping in for a month like I did - this will prevent you from being charged for another month.

Been going for a while. Love the atmosphere. I go with a group of friends after work to blow off steam. Good place to lift heavy. Just hate that the wifi never connects. Its been a year long problem. You cant really get music to load

Clean gym means happy gym members and this place has lots of smiling faces. Plenty of equipment. My favorite is the endless amount of pull up bars, kettlebells and accessories (resistance bands, weight belts, handles for cable systems).

I love it. Lots of equipment, and the staff is always friendly. No pressure to buy more then you need. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is there are only 4 showers and no shelves in the shower.

Im an overweight mid-50s woman and I love this gym! Its clean, there is a huge variety of weights, cardio; the other people there are not intimidating. I like the massage chairs & tanning.

Could use a sauna. Plenty of weights but no legit stretching or sauna. Ill live but would be a nice addition to a great location.

Motivating atmosphere with a plethora of machinery to work out on.

I guess well have to see. I went to sign up for a 7 day trial today and the girl behind the desk appeared to be completely disinterested in helping, to the point where I had to ask if she was okay. Didnt want to help with the computer issues with the sign up and then when it finally went through she walked away. When I asked how does it work when I come in she looked at me like she hadnt just been working with me for the past ten minutes and asked my name?? to look up in the system. Bizarre introduction to the place. Like I said, well have to see. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired so far.

I hate this fitness center. Too many fake friends amd wheat eaters.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Very nice staff! Great selection of equipment, and equipment is new. Bathrooms are clean, and bodybuilding and Powerlifting weight selection is better than other gyms I have seen thus far. Great monthly prices with no contract, with option of tanning beds, scanners, and message chairs. I did not give 5 stars as their low prices have led to consistent gym crowding. This makes getting to use their great equipment hard most of the time, at least not on a consistent basis. Supersets and serious bodybuilding can be problematic in free weigh section before work and after work hours. Expect to wait on 1st and 2nd option for a given muscle group.

I really like the variety of equipment, the friendly staff, the cleanliness and roominess of the facility; but most of all, I like the big window view. I dont feel like Im in a fish bowl.

The Entire Staff is Amazing! Encouraging, and knowledgeable from the front desk staff all the way up to management .Gym enviornment is the perfect median of beginner style equipment and machines to items and weight for the most advanced individual .You are able to do general exercise, resistance band training, use a powerlifting platform and seperate open room HIIT training area .They also have two large cycle, yoga, and body pump group training rooms. Spacing is phenonomonal and I never feel like someone is intruding in my personal space.They also occasionally showcase local buisnesses and have truly never observed any biased actions from staff to members or among members themselves .I could go on honeslty. By far the best gym I have entered in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Atmosphere reminds me a lot like Planet Fitness, the gym goers and gym set up. The staff could be considered worse than international fitness staff.

Excellent gym equipment, everything is brand new! Staff are very nice and helpful. The people that go there are really nice and easy to talk too. Although it seems like a hotspot for autistic fellows, especielly in the lifting area. Mostly around 6:00 or 7:00. For example there is this guy with short black hair with no facial hair and a smallish head walk by me regularly. He would often stare at me and oddly enough he would follow me to the bathroom for whatever reason. Also he would get in your space while you were exercising while there was plenty of room to spare. He would often wear this child-like smug smile. It was somthing my autistic younger cousin who was 14 would do. Fortunately I could tell he recieved a bit of support from the other gym goer’s, especielly from bigger dudes that go there on a daily basis. Overall great gym to go too!

Good gym nice equipment friendly staff but it would be nice if the wifi would work at some point its been 3 months of it will be working soon .. or there fixing it now... or next week ... sighh
