I had to get about 5 fillings done, fix a chipped tooth, and a bleaching. Dr. Ijadi literally made my teeth look perfect again. Everything was painless. I will continue to come here for years to come. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Ijadi!!

This place is very cozy, starting with the two girls at the front; They are very kind and cute so Dr. Navid Asgard is very professional and loving. He treats me very well! The truth is that this is a place where you feel very comfortable. Elizabeth is very kind! I recommend it to 💯

Dr. Asgari and his assistants are unexperienced. I took my mom to see Dr. Asgari and after seeing my mom he recommended her to make a new dentures, per him the old dentures were worn out. He went ahead and made a new dentures and one of his assistant took the impression which was too loose. So therefore the dentures came out too big because he should have taken the impression not his unexperienced assistant. So we were going back and forth to his office for 8 months for adjustment still nothing was fixed. So he didnt take the responsibility and blamed her for not having enough gums. So every time when we went for adjustment his assistants tried to push the dentures harshly towards the gums on a 82 year old woman which her gums are fragile. So since then my mom developed aphthous ulcer which is really painful and not healing because the dentures are not fitting correctly and too loose. So I wasted my big money, time, and caused so much pain and suffering to mom. If I could I would give zero star to this doc.

Oh my goodness I had the most gentle hygienist clean my teeth this time. She was so nice and the doc was so funny. He always jokes with me when I see him. They also are so careful to keep my gums in shape. Very very very caring atmosphere. Love this dentist and you will too.

My second visit ever was for a deep clean and I must say the facility is clean...the staff is nice...I felt welcomed and taken care of by professionals...I hope to continue ue forward with this practice.

My family and I love Dr. Kim. He is the best dentist we have ever had. He is honest and caring and very patient. I have 2 special needs children and they love him. I also take another high functioning autistic young adult and he loves him as well. I will never change to another dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

I think it’s fair to say that no one gets excited to go to the dentist BUT with that being said, Family Dentistry has been one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the exceptional customer service as soon as I walked in the door to my amazing dentist, Dr. Odisho and dental technician Irma. They made me feel extremely comfortable, informed and supported the entire time.Family is in the name for a reason!!

Dr. Navid was very personable and professional. Office was clean and the music during the cleaning procedure was welcome. Also took the time to properly answer any questions that I had.

Dr Kim’s staff is top notch. From the seamless sign in process, to the friendliness of everyone, to how quickly I was able to get my teeth cleaned, it’s the best experience I’ve had. I trust Dr Kim more than any dentist I’ve had- and I’ve seen dentists all over Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina. He is thoughtful and thorough and does not recommend unnecessary procedures, unlike other places I have been. I will always recommend him and his wonderful staff!

I have been waiting since December 5th to set an appointment that the dentist recommend “I book immediately”. Receptionists pass me off consistently saying they are waiting for snail mail pre authorization. 3 months is absurd.

Dec. 21st I had an appt. with Dr. Kim. I was nervous when I got there but Dr. Kim and his asst. were very nice and soon I relaxed. It was a good appt.

I want everyone to watch their account, I have had problem with them charging me more and I asked them several times till they returned my money. They also charge your insurance without your authorization and then they blame it on each other or their new hired company or person. always match the charges with your insurance. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT

I always hate going to the dentist since Ive had to have major work since I was young from a fight I had with my brother .. it was always painful when I went to the dentist back in Ohio but when i came here I asked if it would hurt and the dentist said no you should be fine but I had doublts.. so when he started working I was waiting for the pain but after a little bit he was like ok have a good day Im finished.It was painless. First times Ive had to have work done and it didnt hurt.My back tooth got chipped pretty bad and it looked like a root canal but its been 2 or 3 weeks since they fixed it and everything is all good .

The staff are great 👍 payments are also less than other dentists!

Dr Kim performed an exam and recommended a root canal to ease the pain of the exposed, infected nerve under an old temporary cap on a wisdom tooth. Full course of Penicillin prescribed along with Tylenol 3 to help with pain management. Full course lasts 10 days, but less than 3 days of pain meds and will not refill the pain meds. Even lied to me and said it was due to a pharmacy restriction. I spoke with the pharmacist in Target who filled the prescription to confirm the dentist office lied. Their office came up with the schedule with root canal scheduled for 3 August, still 8 full days left and I run out of pain meds this afternoon. Time to explore a new dentist... You might want to rethink using this dental office in light of my treatment...UPDATE: I went back by Target and they called the dentist office and got a refill in 5 minutes. The Target text notification did not work and I was not aware until later in the day.So, either the receptionist who spoke in person with me is racist against whites, prejudiced against veterans, unable to communicate with a dentist and patient or the dental office is completely incompetent.Went by today to cancel all appointments, as I certainly cannot trust my dental care to this practice...If I could give them 0 stars I would. I would not send my worst enemy there unless you enjoy torture and being put into a situation with constant tooth pain and denied relief of pain medications.
