Absolutely phenomenal experience, I cannot recommend them enough. During my new patient appointment they were quick to identify my problems and provide multiple solutions. They then took some detailed x-rays before handing me over to Mady, who I think was their hygienist? She was incredibly gentle while inspecting my teeth, gave her expert opinion in a manner that was easy for me to understand, and even helped walk me through some of the insurance stuff.Brenna who made sure I had everything I needed in my first appointment, also helped me through my second appointment: A root canal. Her and Dr. White (Preston) were both magnificent, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the procedure. Every decision was explained to me in a way that eased my anxiety, and I felt rest assured by their obvious expertise. I genuinely felt every staff member cared about my well-being, I could not have had a better experience. Thank you.

Dr White is a wonderful dentist. He is gentle and kind. He always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed prior to treatment. They have always been on time and prepared for my appointments, and they always seem happy to see me. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a dentist visit their office!

My family and I have been amazed with the service and compassion from Dr. White and his entire staff. Weve had a fair number of dental issues over the past few years, and some have been quite extensive, and Dr. White and his team have been phenomenal throughout. My daughter has some sensory issues that can make her treatment a bit challenging, but everyone there has incredible patience and compassion. (And Jamie is the best dental assistant on the planet!) -- Weve had everything from routine cleanings, fillings, invisalign, root canals, crowns, and everything in between. Well never go anywhere else!

I have been fearful of dentists my whole life and I can actually say I look forward to going to the dentist now. Maddie did an amazing job cleaning and flossing my teeth. She took her time with me, knowing how nervous I was. Dr. Preston explained everything I needed done and was very personable.

My family and I have been patients of the Whites since they came to Springfield. We have always been taken very good care of. Dr Preston is very knowledgeable and treats us like friends while we are there asking questions and sharing stories. It makes going to the dentist very enjoyable. My kids like going to the dentist!

My 7 year old had to have 2 teeth pulled due to some extreme crowding. Dr. Whites office was amazing and made a potentially traumatic experience super pleasant! She was able to talk to her through out the entire procedure and even got a few giggles out of her. Highly recommend her and her office!!

I took my 5-year old son in for a check up and cleaning, and it was a great experience. The hygienist was awesome with kids. She showed him all the cool tools and made sure he was comfortable before doing each procedure. Dr. Preston was positive, professional and personable. We will definitely be back!

Dr. Shannon and Dr. Preston have an amazing practice. I was very nervous going in because I had not been to the dentist in so long and needed a lot of work done. The dental hygienist Andrea that I was scheduled with was very nice and answered all of of my questions and really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Amazing experience!! Ok so White Smiles is amazing!! Setting our appointments was awesome they worked really hard to get us all in without having to wait for months!!! My kids loved Everyone!! Had our teeth cleaned as well as cavities filled! My son had a crown on his front tooth which made me nervous because I wanted it to look natural!! They did such a great job of matching it!! I am impressed with all of their professionalism and kindness!! Love this place!!

Really had a positive experience at my recent appointment at White Smiles Dental. The staff was friendly and professional. They were honest as they discussed my treatment options and helpful in filing my insurance.

Ive been to this dentistry twice now. Both times Ive experienced good service from Dr. Preston. He is very knowledgable and kind. Recently I had to call them to refer me to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I called them three times to send it and they never sent it. Finally they sent it but it was the wrong format. So I asked them to see what they could do, because sending my X-ray saved a lot of money. I finally went into the office to verbalize my frustration and figure out a solution. Both the receptionists told me that they were sent along (which cant be true because why would the oral surgeon lie to me? They are making money out of me going there to get my wisdom teeth out). I think that Dr. Preston is very good doctor, but his receptionist staff is poor and clearly do not perform the tasks that they are supposed to do for their clients. I did not receive an apology at all. I have never experienced service like that ever in the medical field. Very disappointed and will never return here because of the lack of service.I just received a call from Dr. Preston apologizing. He is a very professional doctor. I now understand that there was some technical difficulties sending X-rays. He resolved the situation and helped me greatly. I appreciate his apology. I think he is a great dentist.

Outstanding! The staff is very friendly and knows each one of by name. They always take the time to explain procedure and insurance coverage. Dr. Preston is conservative with the treatment of childrens teeth, which I greatly appreciate. My children all love going to the dentist. Over all, I couldnt ask for a better dentist.
