Good experience for the most part. Maintenance requests take longer than they should, still waiting on our free carpet cleaning from august 2020 lease renewal. Have had a mouse problem for over a month and only response I received was “hope you catch him”. “Assigned” parking is basically first come first serve so sometimes you have a neighbor either in your spot or blocking your door so you cannot get into your car. Rent continues to go up annually and not worth the cost due to lack of assistance and parking issue. Would love to see some of that money going toward installing a small dog park up front in the huge open lot instead of an unused playground.

When I was first starting off looking for an apartment I found Ashton Meadows. I was looking for a place to accommodate my needs and Ashton Meadows was it. Flawless office staff with honesty and what to expect. Excellent Maintenance staff in repairing anything in a timely manner. In fact I enjoyed living here so much I offered my services and knowledge of Maintenance and found myself employed with T&R Properties! If your looking for a wonderful, peaceful, home bound environment then you need to look no further because Ashton Meadows will provide everything mentioned and more along the way! Will recommend everyone to live here!

My husband and I were looking for a place after selling our house and found Ashton Meadows. Our situation changed and we no longer needed the apartment we signed for, but the ladies at the front office were VERY accommodating and spent long hours looking for someone to take over our lease! We cant thank them enough and will recommend Ashton Meadows to friends/family in the future!

When I was looking for my first apartment, they were a perfect fit. They’re affordable for anyone just starting out, they are a little dated but very nice, and the staff in the front office is always pleasant and wonderful! The apartments have some issues as any do, but the maintenance team is wonderful and sure to fix the problems. As long as you pay your rent and follow the rules, you won’t have any problems. They were very understanding of my situation starting out and very kind and considerate when getting me in. The only time I was ever late on rent, they were incredibly kind and understanding. I hope to live here until I can afford a house!

My girlfriend and I have lived here for the past few years and we are renewing our lease this year! The office staff are amazing! So accommodating and helpful. We have children and it’s a wonderful place for them as well! Friendly neighbors. As we wait for the ability to buy our own house one day, we will stick with Ashton Meadows.

This is a wonderful place to live and definitely the best complex I have rented from in Springfield! The staff is so friendly and very caring! Quick to get you in to tour the complex and pretty quick to get you in a place! The maintenance crew is also a 10/10, very quick to get things fixed and fixed correctly and AMAZING when it comes to emergency calls through the night! They always have something going on in the office for the community to gather and get to know one another also!

I visited family here in December for Christmas and it was so nice, seeing peoples lights up and the staff even put some Santa mailbox outside for the kids was so awesome and sweet. Since I was here for the holidays I had a package get delivered which happened to be delivered to the office and when I went to go get it the 2 ladys inside were the best. They told me about places to go and tryout and visit I took information with me since I am relocating this summer and look forward to moving to this beautiful place.

We love living here ☺️ the staff is the best part!! Always welcoming! This place is 100 times better than a couple years ago when it was under the old property manager. It’s more positive and “homey.” I’m excited to see what other things may be added here!

Ive been a resident for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it. The property is very clean and quiet, on top of the staff being absolutely phenomenal and extremely helpful. Out of the 2 years Ive maybe only had maintenance 2 times which says a lot about how well they take care of the apartments. I will be here for another year and look forward to every minute of it.

We decided to move into an apartment while we built a house and chose Ashton Meadows. The front office staff were friendly and responsive and the neighborhood is friendly. We never had any issues with the neighbors. The apartments are set in an area where you can take nice walks and there are plenty of parks for the kids. The apartment we rented was three bedrooms and served our needs well. The office engages with the community regularly, conducting contests and other feel good activities which were appreciated. Maintenance was trustworthy and addressed problems quickly. We enjoyed our time there and would suggest it to anybody looking to rent temporarily or permanently.

I have lived here with my kids for a few years now and we love how well maintained the staff keeps the place. They are friendly and responsive when you have questions. We also love how clean they keep the pool, we go to it every nice day in summer. With all the recent snow they have even kept the parking lot cleared.

Wonderful place to live. It’s quiet everyone keeps to themselves. I’ve been really impressed and thankful for how involved with the community management has been in the midst of this crisis and how they’ve reached out to offer help to anyone who has been affected by this national crisis. All around it’s a great place to live with a fantastic staff in charge of it. Would recommend living here if you’re looking for a great place to move your family.

Moved here in May during a very trying time. Had a little maintenance issue which caused me a little stress. What made things so much better was the attentiveness of the staff caring for my family and getting everything back on track. They left their homes rushing to our aide. My children love the maintenance man and call him Mr. Wilson lol. He talks to them and shows he cares about how we feel.

I have lived at Ashton Meadows for over a year now and I love it. I rented previously in Columbus but living in Ashton meadows has by far been the best experience. Overall, the community is quiet, clean and safe. My interactions with neighbors and overall office staff have all been positive. The staff and maintenance department have been very accommodating, proactive, and when situations arise they are quick to fix the problem. Additionally, I feel like they are very invested in the property and the individuals who live here.Honestly, I am shocked to see the negative reviews. It is like they are living in a completely different apartment complex. I never had ANY problems. Overall, I am so happy with my apartment and overall experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve lived in Ashton Meadows for a year and am moving because I’m relocating out of state for work. I’ve loved living in Ashton Meadows! After living in OH for six years in several different apartment complexes (mostly in Columbus, this is the only place I’ve lived in Springfield after looking at several other places) I can say by far that the office staff (Mandy and Micki) has been the most attentive and easiest to work with. Maintenance has been prompt in my experience, and the grounds have been maintained well. It’s a safe community with good people living in it. My apartment is comfortable and has been a great value for the cost of rent. The quality of appliances, as well as the overall upkeep of the place (plumping, paint, window fixtures, etc) was great upon move in, they clearly put work into the place to make ready for a new tenant. I can’t say anything bad about Ashton Meadows, I really am sad to leave here, and would recommend it to anyone looking to relocate to the Springfield area.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would! This place is extremely outdated and overpriced! Almost $1200 for a townhouse that is falling apart. No updates have been made in years. We were placed beside the worst neighbors ever! One side constantly bumped music through the walls at all hours. The other side screamed and cussed at their kids non stop!! When management was told they didnt care. I was told to call the police if i was that concerned. Maintenance is a revolving door and extremely lazy.I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Honestly the nicest place to live, the neighbors are great and look out for one another, the maintenance is reliable and available 24/7. The property manager will make sure you have exactly what you’re looking for with size and comfort. Everyone here seems like a friend.

A friend of mine just recently moved from Ashton Meadows. She said it was not that great. I dont know where some of these other 5 star people lived but when she lived there it was not so great. Her air conditioning went out when she first moved in and then the maintenance man quit in mid repair. So she didnt have air conditioning for almost 2 weeks in september. And when you move out you might as well not clean because you will be charged a cleaning fee. Parking is a hot commodity. If you get a good parking place cherish it because people fight for parking. It is not very clean and there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. If you need to use them, good luck. Mandy and Micki are very nice. But other than that its not as great as they make it out to be.

We lived there for 3 years. We has a nice townhouse. The management team knew our kids very well and helped us with getting the kids off the bus when unforeseen events happened. We took care of our place pretty well and got our deposit back.

I absolutely love our apartment!!! The management staff here is always goes above and beyond and are Top Notch! The maintenance crew are amazing and are available 24/7 for any emergency. All staff are so friendly and engaging. The complex is well kept, the apartments are well kept and maintained. Great place to live!

It can be nice depending on what youre looking for. A tip is make sure you have the space you want because at times if you dont it will be very small. It is VERY safe and calm. Lots of 7-13 year olds but mostly in the younger group. One problem though is the workers say they will do stuff then dont and that gets aggitating.

Only 1 or 2 maintenance workers. Move-in sheet expects residents to do own inspection of oven / other utilities. Why is there not some type of inspection before these places are put on the market? Our AC barely works and the first maintenance man indicated that he wasnt even certified to fix it. Oven gets way too hot and the stove smokes! Everytime we use it our smoke alarm goes off (which had a low battery when we moved in). Cant install baby gate up at the top of the stairs at the half wall because it is so unsteady. These among other issues were put in for a work order but maintenance does not show up unless you continue to call. The ladies at the desk are very nice as the reviews indicate but it doesnt change the fact that this place is not up to par with safety and property maintenance. Outrages rent for an extremely outdated unit.

Im not sure whos writing these 5 star reviews but do not believe them. Before I moved in we talked about the fact that a window was broken. I was told it would be fixed before I moved in. 8 months later it was finally fixed. This was a broken window. Let that sink in. Management acts sweet and makes promises and doesnt keep them. At one point after promising my wife that someone would come to fix the window with no one ever showing up, I called and management apologized saying the window was on back order but that it was in and someone would be there the following Tuesday at 10:30 AM to fix the window. This lie (or if not a lie, complete disinterest in taking care of their customers) was that specific. No one ever showed up. This was in October. I moved in, in September. It finally got fixed in May. This is one example of many things that were promised to be fixed and never were.My wife and I are neat freaks. I trapped 9 mice in our apartment over the winter. This was another issue that my wife and I spoke to management about many times about with no resolution. If youd like pictures of dead mice and mouse feces under our stove top I can provide them.If you do insist on living here, like another poster mentioned, make sure you video tape the whole walk through of your apartment because come time to move out, management will try to charge you for anything and everything. Management told me I could hang up curtains. When we moved out, they insisted on charging us for hanging up curtains. If management makes such a promise to you, get it in writing and signed, lest you want to lose your deposit and then some.This could be a fine place to live if management managed. The surrounding area is quiet and clean but inside Aston Meadows, you will find no inclination to accommodate even the simplest and straightforward of requests (eg fix a broken window that was broke before you moved in). It is not cheap and the nonexistence of service is appalling.

Not sure what we are paying over $900 a month for. Maintenance is pretty much nonexistent. Some dangerous issues have not been addressed since we reported them a month ago. Driveways are full of potholes and parking is way overpacked. AC doesnt work consistantly. Apartment was dirty upon move in. I wish there had been more honest reviews before we decided to move here...

My friend lives here still and says the place has roaches I’ve even seen them for myself she said it’s hard to get a parking space she said the neighbors beside her is very noisy which I’ve heard them before all hours of the night they’re noisy she told me she complain to the office but they haven’t done anything can’t really have company over because there’s no places to park and if you do find one then you have to walk A pretty far distance to get to her apartment.

I lived here between 2015-2018 and have always been satisfied with the complex. The office staff knew who my kids were and informed us of any issues when they were walking home from the bus. The maintenance staff was quick to repair anything wrong with the apartment.

Terrible! The staff was very rude and snarky. Found roaches and bed bugs within the first month of living there.

If you are looking for a SAFE, CARING, RESPONSIBLE, HEALTHY environment ( the apartment was for our 2 daughters while attending Cedarville University), this is THE PLACE FOR YOU! (Our one daughter got married and moved into ANOTHER T&R property (in Bellbrook) due to the proximity of her husband’s job...that says A LOT for the fantastic appartment experience we had at Ashton Meadows. BTW, the address is SPRINGFIELD, but it’s IN THE BEAUTIFUL RURAL OUTSKIRTS! Well done and thanks again!

Ive literally never been here so why is Google telling me that I have?

This place is money hungry!!. Lived there for 11 months, got my car window busted nothing was done! Talked with the manager about leaving due to family emergency an that they could have my 1900 deposit for the 1 month i was not goin to be there an she was fine with it an we signed the papers the rent there for me an my husband was 750 a month which my 1900 deposit covered the rent an what ever else needed to be done. Wit that being said i even deeped cleaned the whole house and redid the holes from the pictures on the wall. Well now they are charging me with 620 dollars that is now on my credit and a eviction on my record when i was never even evicted!!! Beware of renting thru this place! Absoultey horrible of what i half to go thru now to get another house or place to live!!! Idk how they have 5 stars that must be ppl who kno ppl... because i was done dirty!

I had to sign a paper saying i did not have bugs prior to moving in,I did not have them till i moved here.I cant stand roaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!However due to there lack of care on the property, I am able to call a breach of contract on there partand get out of my lease and move out of here....Hate to leave we only been here for 4 months.Damn roaches!!!!The office dont seem to care about your problems
