This service center is a true diamond in the rough. My car overheated and I called for a tow through my insurance company. Rapid Auto showed up, was very professional, and had the car hooked up to town in about two minutes. After I what the problem was to the truck driver he recommended that the mechanics at the shop look at it. After we arrived the owner and a mechanic checked it out, drove it around, and fixed my problem in less than an hour - and right in front of me! They answered every question I asked, were very courteous and knowledgeable, and turned a bad situation into a much better one. They went the extra mile to help me out, and I will drive across town to see them in the future. Thanks so much to the whole team!

Nick picked up my car this afternoon like a boss. He navigated around a moving truck, then managed to put my car into neutral (which I havent been able to do since it died), rolled it out and set it up on his truck in like 1 minute flat. Blown away. 5 stars.

I used this tow truck company for the very time today to tow my truck to a Dealership in Conroe. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and how quickly Jean showed up at my resident to tow my vehicle. He was very careful and he took his time with everything. He was even careful on the road on his way to the Dealership. This company is honest too and their prices are very competitive and even better than other tow truck companies. My 95 Chevy would not crank and after attempting to boost it a couple of times I had to call USAA. They sent Jason with Rapid Towing and he took the time to check the battery, remove and adjust the negative cable before determining the battery was bad. Jason was so professional and kind. He got down to check underneath my sister’s truck before service, and saw right away the rod that switches gears in the transmission was broken and out. His truck didn’t have a wheel lift and dollies, so he gave us the option to wait on a different truck that did, even though it would mean he went on a call he didn’t get paid for. He cared enough to give us the option to minimize possible additional damage from having it dragged out of the parking space while stuck in drive. He is a truly nice guy and five star employee. Rapid Auto Rescue was dispatched through my auto warranty company. After waiting almost 2 hours, they never showed up and never answered or returned my calls.

My car stopped working because of the starter I called them at 10pm on Saturday and they replied fast and came for my aid. While others were trying to squeeze every penny from me because of my situation, they gave me a very fair deal and the people were great!

Dispatch gave an eta of 20 minutes. Thirty-five minutes later, I called back and got the same answer, 20 more minutes. No phone call, no communication saying they were going to be late. Twenty minutes later the driver called and said it would be another 20 minutes. Pretty bad services, especially when its 100 degree outside.

The were on time and honored my request for a flatbed to prevent damage to my car. I will definitely use them again.

Had to have my car towed. I had done it through my insurance service which is normally going to be a subpar experience. But Rapid Auto was punctual and communicative sent pictures, as i was at work. Gave me an onsite quote if i wanted to use them for the repair which, i wont this time, but i definitely will in future instances. 10/10 great job and i appreciate them greatly.

Had a dead battery at work, they showed up ahead of time, gave me a jump without needing a tow, followed me to the auto parts to get a new battery, and then took me back to their shop, where they installed the battery for a very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful.

I was assigned to this company through State Farm Roadside Assistance. I waited for 2 hours, in between which I called multiple times and was told “driver is on the way, be there in 10 or 20 min” each time. I also could not track the driver in route to me through the app since it was never updated by the company.2 hours in a finally get a call that from the driver that is on the way, so I felt they were being dishonest the other times I called. It’s poor customer service.

Broke college kid that broke down and they reduced the bill and very understanding. Hope I never need y’all again but if I do I know where to go.
