If it wasnt for the prices that went up, I like the open space they have to come drop off ur fam to take their bus line

This my first time using them I think they did great . No problems or issues .

Takes too long to get to San Luis Potosi because of your drivers stopping in places just to free meals and dont care if the passengers in the bus dont count

The ONLY positive thing about this bus line is that most buses are fairly new . Everything else from departure and arrival times are insane, especially in Mexico. The choferes drive extremely slow and rude . Customer Services have very poor communication skills and lack much information. If you can take another bus line do it. How is it that a departure time is at 3:30 pm but end up leaving at 5:15 ? Makes no sense.

One of the drivers, a bit rude, badly humorous, with a senior man at a stop to buy something, the driver goes up and the senior senior after him and the driver is angry. Departure at 6 pm from dallas..Venian.2 drivers.one younger than the other the oldest driver was the disrespectful.without passage there is no salary.they are due to the passenger ...

I traveled in December 2019 and right now in March 2020 on time when I left alone on my way to slp I stop about 4 times 😔 that makes the trip longer .. adding the mx customs review, and back all super well despite the virus .. spacious clean.

Good afternoon I already have time traveling in this line my bus excellent service of the drivers excellent maintenance to the units and I think they are striving to have an excellent work team ... but I just had a bad experience I dont know from who is the decision ... I left Dallas matehuala slp round trip which tries to secure the return ticket an unforeseen arises and I have to return but now bound for Houston tx and they refuse to make valid the ticket that buys other than the ticket It is valid that the route cannot be changed. I comment to the lady it is low season the buses are not full if I have to pay any difference the payment nobody can solve me .. I feel so absurd that they prefer that empty seats go by a bad decision I do not know who competes

It is the favorite line of my brother, he loves to travel on My Bus, very safe and reliable.

Lousy customer service, wait two and a half hours because there was a delay, pay $ 51 x the only price that was available on route 2022 Laredo TX. to Katy TX. I was assigned seat number 44. and when I boarded the bus it was completely full. I had to sit in the pass until the end. traveling many hours in a very bad comfort situation. I demand my rights as a consumer because I paid for a service that was not given to me ... and I want the company to pay attention to these types of situations as customers pay for receiving a good service. We do not arrive at the offices to ask for gifts or charity when buying a ticket ... or the company does not instruct its employees not to overpopulate the units if all the seats are already sold. or the employees are doing their business under the table ..

Very unpunctual to leave and today May 27, 2019 are asking 15 dollars x person to pay the border that so they do not check and leave there soon. sad that entering Mexico begin with bites and damn corruption

Bus driver was disrespectful in his way of asking me to sit down when he was going to go down the aisle and count people, he said feel it because Im going to tell people instead of Mrs. please sit down all Mexican people know what feel it refers to (a vulgar word in Spanish)In response to your request for information about the particular driver, I will tell you that perhaps it will not make much difference to call attention to him only, but better to send a message to all the drivers that disrespect to the public who helps them is not tolerated keep a job that they and their families live off of. Perhaps in Mexico it is different, but here in the United States there is a very strong movement to end this attitude, especially against women, and drivers must know that if they want to continue working here, they HAVE to behave in the most professional manner. I have not traveled with these monsters but the owner should pay special attention.the drivers are despotic and the secretaries who sell the tickets are despotic, my friends had a terrible experience, they were told to be there before 7:30 pm and the academy in Austin spent almost two hours and they never arrived but the money was already there have.It should be used by people committed to quality, especially customer service, they should be kind. Its a job.terrible service and experience.
