I got my eyebrows and lip waxed by Crystal. She was personable, kind and took the time to make sure I loved the results along the way always checking in. I used to be a regular in CA so was so excited to hear about one opening in Seattle. Will definitely be returning and trying out other services.

So happy I found this place. The atmosphere is beautiful and extremely clean. The technicians Crystal and Julia are friendly and helpful. The technician I saw was Julia. She’s really nice, very professional, and gave me a sample of a scrub to try. The process was painless and efficient. It’s way better than sugaring and more sanitary. I’m am so so happy I made this switch back. And Starbucks Reserve around the corner. You must try, they have a buy one get one for your first visit. And an affordable monthly subscription.

Was here for waxing after reading reviews online. The space is clean and bright, and the staff were friendly upon arrival. I was taken in promptly for my service, and the girl was efficient and kind. However upon getting dressed I noticed that there were several spots that had been missed, and I had to request that she come back and complete areas for a total hair removal. She was kind and willing to do that without issue.There was tons of extra time in my appointment, so I requested an add-on service of an eyebrow wax. She checked the schedule and happily accommodated me. The wax is quite painful which was new for me, and I noticed a ton of redness above one eye When she held up the mirror for me to check. The next day I realized that she had burned me and the skin had begun bubbling and peeling. I’m just hoping it doesn’t leave a permanent scar.Although I will not return, it seems like a perfectly good spot for body waxing, reasonably priced, clean, and kind staff.

This was my third time going to lunchbox wax on pine and I’m officially a convert. I used to go to a different national chain for waxing, but much prefer the service, quality and prices here. Julia, in particular, is awesome! She’s easy to talk to, professional and takes into account the special needs of my skin. I’ve also had another waxer there before and she was great as well. Definitely recommend!

I went in for my very first Brazilian EVER and was treated to an amazing experience. Chloe was informative, professional and most of all, personable. The conversation was great and she helped me to relax whilst gently band efficiently tearing at the fibers of my beloved (wink). I will definitely be back!!!

Much less painful, and rotates areas for relief but they way she did it I really didn’t need relief.Definitely will book with her again!

Lunchbox wax is very clean and they’re very covid safe (you wash your hands upon entering, require a mask the whole time, wiped down services, even pens you use are cleaned!). They are very sanitary too and don’t reuse sticks in the wax which is a big indicator for me. Their location is so convenient for people living in Capital Hill. I definitely recommend to family and friends.

I got a brow makeover here which is a tint & wax. They were all so friendly, the room was clean, and the process was fast! The wax & gauze they used seemed very high quality- it definitely hurt less then previous waxes.

I scheduled an appointment after seeing their BOGO advertising on Instagram, and I am glad that I did; they temp and make sure you have a 😷 before you even enter the establishment and require you to wash your hands before your appointment, which I love. The rooms are clean and ready for your appointment after you fill out simple paperwork. Chelsea made me feel very comfortable and kept things very professional and sanitary while I was waxed. I got my eyebrows done by Chelsea and I’m so happy with them!! My brows are generally pretty flat and uneven so I went in expecting that not much could be done to save them but Chelsea managed to bring out their shape and even them out while keeping them looking natural! What an amazing experience I had today! Chelsea was so professional and nice as she took care of me during my wax appointment. I tried out Lunchbox Wax after moving to Seattle a few weeks ago and had a great experience! They have strict COVID safety procedures, and my appointment was on time and comfortable. They use soft wax, which honestly was less painful than what I’m used to! I would definitely recommend. Right now they also have BOGO specials for new customers.
