Spoke with Mike early Sat morning needed to tow my Dads 71 Charger drag car. He sent a driver ASAP all the way to Sugar Land to get it and bring it to my house in Spring. His driver was fast, courteous and took great care of our 50yr car. Highly recommended.

Dont waste your time or money. Called Saturday morning to schedule a 07:00 appointment for a residential unload off a semi. Was assured they would be here. Didnt show up until 09:30. Meanwhile, the entire moving crew had to wait.

My daughters car broke down this morning so I called 8 towing services and most of them didnt even answer the phone, or their prices were crazy, ...then I called Champion Auto Towing and they beat all the other prices! Mike was very nice, took the info and had my daughters car towed to the shop! Quickly & smoothly. So glad I found them.. next time Ill know who to call.

I called 9:00 the confirmed they would tow my car. Didn’t see any tow truck then I called at 10:30 still nothing then agin 12:49 saying the driver spoke to me and I didn’t need him anymore which was not the case.. still waiting he said he’ll said someone else and still nothing he then made up a story about how I called him to cancel the pick up 1:30. Really it’s unbelievable I wasted all day waiting for irresponsible business owners. Stand by your word and deliver on your commitments. That’s all we ask for as a customer.

My son blew out his tire in the middle of the night. Champions auto towing was the only company who answered the phone and Im glad they did! The driver responded quickly, gave us a good rate and was a professional. I will use them for future needs and most definitely recommend them!

This is my third time to get a tow and from my experience this company basically was the fastest, i only waited for 20 min and they were very professional that they loaded my 2013 z06 on flat bed without scratching anything on my car especially cause it is a very low car and i had a flat... as far as pricing they beat the 4 companies that i called before them. i would highly recommend this company.

Husbands truck broke down i. Road call just after 7am was told 30 mins for a tow truck driver called back an hour later was told guy was almost there called back after an hour and half no one answered called again no one answered left message saying we got some one else. No one showed up or called me back. Horrible customer service

Easy to get on phone and text, nice enough and got a good quote. After making the reservation for the tow, driver did not show at all, did not answer any of my phone calls, did not answer any of my texts.. just disappeared without any further word -- all while two separate mechanics were waiting to load / unload the car. Very unprofessional.

Had a 10 am tow set up, at 10:15 still no driver, I called and was told driver would be there in 10 - 15 minutes,. I called back 30 minutes later and was told driver was almost there, driver called and was still at least 5 minutes away.Canceled tow do not recommend this tow company they never had the decency to call me.

The towing guy showed up within 20 min. We had called other towing services but they charged wayyyy too much and said they get to us by an hour and a half. Overall great service and experience!
