Amazing with my pedicure, she did an overlay set as request and did the most amazing job. I let her know she did the best nails I’ve ever had on my toes. Definitely will be going back & highly recommend 10/10 (did a second review with pictures this time)

Friendly staff and tidy place. Service was wonderfully perfect and the finish product was 100% perfect. I got acrylics and they gave them to me just the way I wanted with no inconveniences. I 100% recommend going.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Super friendly people and did an extraordinary job on my dip nails!!I got my nails done at a place in the woodlands but they did not clean up anything, they didnt paint my nail all the way, but Ladue.. my goodness, Ladue blew them out of the water, my nails look absolutely STUNNING.She was patient with the length, shape, and color I wanted (i was pretty indecisive) and made sure the end result was as smoothe, even, and beautiful as it could be. Best nails Ive ever gotten, hands down (pun intended)😊

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! Their work is impeccable and they go above and beyond to make us feel like family during each and every visit! I have mommy and me Mani-Pedis with my 9 year old daughter and they treat us both with the BEST care. They are welcoming and friendly and super talented! My nails and feet are always on point! Nancy is the absolute best at doing my nails. They always come out perfect and very natural. Jimmy is the only person I let do my pedicure. They both take their time and give you perfect results! I drive over 35 minutes from Energy Corridor just to get my nails and feet done! If you are looking for a nail salon I recommend them 100%!

We’re a family of 3. Me, my daughter and granddaughter. I’m happy to say that we’re able to make an appointment or walk in and we don’t have to wait long to be seen. Everyone that works there are very kind and professional. I recommend this place.

For a year and a half now I have been to many many different nail salons and I was not as satisfied there as I was here. This place is absolutely amazing. Nice, clean, great customer service, and my nail guy is very talented. Only problem was we called for an appointment for 2, my best friend and I, and only 1 nail tech to help us so we had to take turns. We both were getting full sets so we spent about a good 2 and a half hours there. Would have really like us to get them done together at the same time, as I would expect making a call for 2, but other than that, it was amazing and I have found my place and I will be coming back! Thank you to the gentleman that did my nails today! Im obsessed!!

Took an 1.5 hours for acrilic nails with a shellac top color. Nails look good but not the shape or the color I wanted. I picked a dark pink glitter and they had this as the undercoat and refused to use the color I picked. They said This shape and color better, this you will like, look better. The nails look great if that was what I wanted but almost the opposite. I felt like I was getting rushed out of the door because they wanted to close early. They did take their time which I dont mind as much if it was what I wanted. I will go back maybe one more to try for a redemption but annoyed that it wasnt what I wanted or asked for multiple times.

I am devastated by my nails.I showed a picture to the nail tech from the salon page- I have since seen the same photo on Pinterest and Etsy without the nail salon name on it- and asked if this could be done with dip instead of acrylic. I was told yes, great! so this is what I want.It was done with acrylic after I was adamant I did not want acrylic, I wanted dip.Once I realized the acrylic was being used, I started crying and continued to tell my nail tech that is not what I wanted, I was ignored.I cried for an hour as she did my nails wrong.I told her they were too long but she didn’t shorten them and then she charged me extra for the length. I asked for an ombré glitter tip, she put pink powder on the entire nail and then PAINTED glitter on the tips with a harsh line.I am most devastated by her using acrylic and not the dip. Had she used dip powder instead, I would be able to live with my nails and would probably give 3 stars. I am so disappointed that my main concern was totally ignored after I had already asked her to start over once she was two nails in.

I went here yesterday for the first time and I absolutely love the nails I got here. They also did a great job on my pedicure! I am super picky and I would highly recommend this place! It is clean the staff is so friendly and their work is great! This was my first visit but I will definitely go back!

Love this place! Super clean, tons of color options, designs are great, pedicures are well done, and they care so much about you. Ive asked for so much extraness every time Ive gone and they are fairly priced. Other places add $3-$5 for every little thing. Once you become a customer, they text you discounts to use Mon-Wed.

Clean shop, descent prices. They do beautiful service but removal process of powder nails was extremely harsh and more damaging than necessary.My 1st visit here was a while back for basic pedicure/manicure and that visit was 5 star. My 2nd visit (2 weeks ago) was not. I came in for removal for powder nails and manicure (which I let them sell me on shellac to avoid breakage, not true). The part I was unhappy with was the removal process. The powder nails could have been soaked off but my tech was not patient and drilled them to death leaving my nails lumpy and thin. They broke even with the shellac. I thought this place was different in that they care about the health of the nail, but its just like any other shop. Maybe it depends on whos working that day, but I know this last visit just left me disappointed and my nails in poor condition that Id expect after removal of tips or something like that, not powder.

Everyone was very friendly and personable but I didn’t like the way they removed my fake nails. They used another nail and scraped them off and caused part of my nail on my thumb to rip off and bleed. I asked for a soak off on the other hand and they happily did so. It was just a very painful process but not all their fault because the person who had done my fake nails (elsewhere) were way too thick and hard to take off. I would like to give it another chance but it definitely wasn’t great this time.

Best nail salon in the area bar none! A little pricier than some but well worth the little bit extra. Marvelous shoulder and arm massage with the deluxe pedicure. Im really hard on polish Im fingernails but it lasted 2 weeks. Im ready to go back. best pedicure Ive had for a long time. Very nice people, meticulously clean.You wont be sorry.

I was looking for a new salon and think I found a unicorn with this salon. The salon was very clean and elegant, not to mention how nice the whole staff was. I was very pleased with the marble nails that both Nancy and Kristine created for me. They are very affordable as well. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me coming from 242 I will absolutely be back for their great service.

Stopped in today to get a fill (had awful chips) and was persuaded to get all new. Love the my new nails. Ladue Nails Spa has the feel of a luxurious spa and everyone there makes you will be taken good care of -- I did. Youll love it***

This place is all about their people and keeping them happy. I walked in not knowing what to expect, aside from the fact that they had 5 stars on Google. They exceeded my expectations. I got a pedicure and dip nails. Not only do they ensure you are happy with everything they are doing, but they actually talk to you! The atmosphere is very friendly. The owners engage with you and make sure you are satisfied with everything, but they also talk with you about life too. I left with a big smile on my face and beautiful nails.

Ignore photo dats my brother but anywho it was my first time going to this salon and I showed my wish picture and the guy did them exactly how the picture was. He was very quick and neat not ruff or rude very friendly. Even let me use her charger

They are very friendly and make sure you are doing well throughout the time you are there. I mentioned my birthday was coming up in a couple of days and they sang me happy birthday which was unexpected and a nice gesture. They also gave me a small gift for my birthday. Will be going back.

Not sure how this place has 5 stars, must be the staff leaving reviews. There are NO stable prices for nails, the owner pretty much pulls numbers out of the sky. If you get a full set and come back a month later for another full set, (exactly the same as the first), I guarantee the price will be different. They are so disparate for business, they harass you in person from the time you walk in and after you leave, they harass you via phone with text after text. They talk about/laugh and make fun of clients in their native language while unsuspecting customers dont have a clue.

I highly recommend this place! If you want good clean service this is where to go! Although it was a little slower then what I was used to from the other place I used to frequent it was worth the effort and time they put in! They are so friendly in warm! They just learned a new long-time customer 😀

This was my first time coming and I finally found my nail spot, they did everything beyond expectation! I like to wear stiletto nails so its really hard to find a nail tech that can get the same shape and size for each nail, and she did perfect! This shop also has a good selection of colors.

Say one price over the phone then when you get there says a different price?! It not my fault yall dont understand anyone on the phone. I also said I would be there by 2:30pm and they didn’t seat me till 3:15pm what was the point of scheduling a appointment in the first place? Should’ve have just walked in for a 45 min wait! Plus when I get to the shop I repeated exactly what I said on the phone never told me a price difference till it was time to pay. Won’t be coming back.

Pleasantly surprised.I used to be a regular until almost a year ago and stopped going after a very unpleasant visit. I noticed a New Management sign a week ago and decided to give them another try. Im very glad I did. They gave the salon a nice little glow up, very nice.

This is the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been to. The nail files and pumice stones are used once, then thrown away. The owners pay attention to detail and strive to make every customer happy every time.

Used to come here before the new management but wasn’t too impressed, I can back here after I saw the new reopening and it is the BEST nail salon in the area. I’ve been getting fake nails for 4 years and this is the only place I’ve found with excellent service, great quality and reasonable prices. Nancy and the staff treat you like family every time you walk in.

This is my second time here, and I had a great experience the first time. But the second time Megan took literally 30 mins if not more pulling out this ingrown that I had that caused me A LOT of pain! Ladue Nails is the place to go! I got dip nails done here 3 days ago because my usual nail salon was closed. Lady was nice, but she messed my pinky nail up because we agreed the glitter was too chunky for the dip color. She tried to fix it, apolgized, and said she would give me a discount. By the end she ended up having to smooth out my thumb because the glitter was still rough, but didnt reseal it and left it scratched all on the top. Its day three and both thumbs have chipped off its just a matter of time before the rest of the acrylic falls off. Really disappointed, they were very pretty nails, but was expensive.
