Anna was my tech and when I say that she was beyond patient and attentive I mean that! She took her time and made sure that my nails were beautiful!!!I have been coming here since they have opened and I must say I have always been a happy customer but she made my experience the best yet! Including my tech for my pedicure Sarah who never fails to put me to sleep !!! Love it here

Absolutely in love with this place! Its glamorous, its bourgeois, and its affordable! I didnt feel at all out of place. You can go in your Sunday best, or in your roll out of bed clothes and feel totally safe. Hannah did an amazing job on my pride set, the colors are beautiful, and the colored powders add so much definition. Will definitely be going back!

I was a walk-in appointment because my normal nail place in Cyoress but I work nearby to this location. I was greeted at the door and was shown the rewards iPad where I checked in. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before Hannah came and started on my nails. She did an amazing job and was very kind. I’ll be going back for a pedicure.

I absolutely love this place! A bit of a mix up with the nail ladys and Mimi the director came to the rescue. Was very honesty with me about the mix up which I appreciate very much and immediately catered to making sure my experience was flawless. Tracy did excellent work and the drinks were nice and strong! I just didnt like the fact that me and my daughter had appointments and still had to wait a hour for service. Overall one of the nicest places Ive been too in the area!

The work was amazing as usual however, you guys need to make sure all your staff is aware of the correct length prices because I was almost overcharged for my nail length. Also I wasn’t really happy with the fact that I couldn’t use the massage chair the whole time because I was getting both mani and pedi at the same time while sitting in the chair soaking my feet. If I can’t use the massage chair I would rather just get my manicure after my pedicure because I have back problems, so for future reference please ask your guests if they would like to use the massage chair and just do the manicure after.

Im new to Houston, so I was looking for the same wholesome quality I had back home. Tina was very professional, attentive, detailed. Ill definitely go back. Highly recommending Tina.

I went in today and Daisy was my nail tech. She was so sweet, gentle and thorough! My toes look amazing and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole pedicure 1) ensuring my drink was not forgotten 2) giving me a towel to cover up as I was wearing a skirt. Executive nails always does a great job!

1st time to the salon -Yes, Décor is impressive. They showed me how to sign in - but no direction after that. just sit and wait. Needed to have my dip nails removed and a normal manicure afterwards. Also spa pedicure. After I was in the chair, several staff members were sent over and put out that I only wanted to take off my dip nails. One tech started then stopped.Finally a second tech started to work on my nails. Then she left it to be finished by the pedicure tech. The whole time the front desk guy interrupted the technicians multiple times, making me feel like my service was just second class to whomever was waiting. Also front desk people were not wearing masks - even though they were pouring/mixing drinks. Yes, I Left a Good Tip for the pedicure tech because she was at least trying.

My first time here and I was delighted! Mary was fabulous! I’ve got the worst toes and she acted like I had the best looking toes and feet! What a doll! Martha is the kind of manager we all wish we had with our businesses! So professional and accommodating! Ken took care of the complimentary drinks and was also so sweet and professional! JC and Mary were such great techs!!! I got a nail removal with JC, and she did such a good job being attentive and careful with my nails- no nicks and no leftover acrylic. I did not get my acrylics with them, so I was glad that they were able to still remove them. Mary did a pedicure on me, and she was thorough and used different tools for each foot and it’s needs- she was very nice as well, and both techs were very friendly. I love the atmosphere of this business and how fast they are- they also have an extensive drink menu which is so nice for the variety :) Highly recommend them!

First, the establishment is top tier in customer service! I’ve been to other nail salons and my nails came out just okay, but here, they ask in detail exactly what you’d like! Not to mention two complementary cocktails, beer, or wine. They offer to book the salon for parties where you can either drink here, or bring your own food and drinks (great for a bachelorette parties). Alice is the sweetest nail artist and explains what treatment, scrub, and massage she’s giving during the service. This is my all time favorite place to relax.

I’ve been coming to this place since I moved to Texas and I absolutely love it. Su is amazing and always makes time to squeeze me in. She is literally the only person I come to see because she is awesome at what she does.

Alice and donna were amazing, not only the services they provided but also the conversations i had with both ladies were organic and refreshing. i will definitely be back, and i will most definitely be requesting them.

This nail salon is beautiful, great customer service. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because my nails were not done as I asked. I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and that is not what I received. But I did go back and I just had them to do something simple. Shellac nails with no design. I will return but I will get a different nail technician.

The 2 stars is for the ambiance of the place and they serve free cocktails, well I think I paid for it..I spent $136 and my feet are not smooth at all, I had to ask her to wax a certain area on my face several times. Also, my nail polish came off from my manicure not properly drying, I decided to get gel so it could stay on. I was charged $18 for the manicure and $36 for the gel polish only 🤔 I rather go somewhere else and get the better service for much less.

I truly enjoy this salon!!! My mother-in-law put me on this salon and I have enjoy my experience the first time so I brought my kids the next time and we all had a great experience. The ladies are so nice. When I tell you my hands needed help they needed help and my after was like omg I swear these aren’t the same fingers lol. Worth the price my shellac nail polish lasted for ever at two weeks my toes looked amazing if my nail didn’t grow u would have never tell I had it done two weeks prior. The bar is not bad touch either had drinks for mommy and drinks that catered to my kiddos. My girls said hands down the best experience mind you they have only gone to two but hey I agree hands down one of the best salons. The vibe is amazing as well!!!! Love love this place

We’ve been coming here for two years. My husband and I come for a monthly pedicure, and sometimes we bring our kids, in addition to my regular manicures. We’ve been here two or three times since the management changed. This last time I’m just completely not happy. First off, you can’t make weekend appointments anymore with the people you actually want to do your service. So ok, I can deal with walking in and waiting. I got a random lady for my pedicure, she didn’t scrub my feet or clean my toes the way my preferred techs do it. She couldn’t get the water temp right, first too hot, then cold, then when I ask her to fresh up the water and warm it up she just kept working. After she painted my toes I asked her if she could paint a little flower on my big toes. She basically told me no. I’m not mad at that, because if you can’t and it won’t look nice, thanks for being honest. So I asked the manager if there was someone that could do that for me before we leave. She asked the same lady, which I already know she can’t, but then she just told me no 😂. Like who does this? Nobody in your salon can paint a simple little flower? The little girl at the front with the blue hair needs to be taught how to be professional. She really just acted like she was doing us a favor and like we should be happy with her service. She was more worried about hanging out with her friend, literally running around the salon like a child, and tending to her social needs. It was so over the top. She acted like she was running a salon in the hood.In addition when we arrived we were told that one of the techs we wanted was almost done. She didn’t help my husband until I was already completely finished! Not her fault, but give me an accurate wait time. I’m already over this. We’re gonna give it one more shot and try to schedule for a weekday next time. I’m coming for my manicure next week, but the way this place is going, you’re about to be out of business. The last management did so much better! I don’t know why they came in changing and messing things up for loyal, well-paying customers. There’s plenty of other salons in the area!

Weve been coming here twice a month since they opened and unfortunately will probably stop going.. Management is now different and you can tell right away. Front staff is different and not good like previous management. Not as nice and accommodating. The vibe isnt the same either. Everything feels very rushed as opposed to relaxed and laid back before. They pack that place and even with an appointment, the wait was long. We scheduled three pedicures and all three started all at different times and the third one was so rushed to try and finish with the first two. Tom isnt there anymore to do my nails either so probably never going back. Found Tom somewhere else and will be going there instead.

I went in for a full set and the lady they gave me wasn’t able to do the ombré picture that I wanted.. which was fine.. I just wish she’d told me that before the few times she kept trying. She kept trying to do the ombré but it was not coming out how it was suppose to so finally I said scratch the set I originally wanted to just do one simple color... I picked a color that I thought would be cute and simple and I noticed it was the color I picked.. I spoke up and told her but she kept insisting it was the same color. However I knew it wasn’t. I just gave up and let her do the color when I realized she wasn’t gonna stop arguing with me. I had somewhere to be so I was on a time limit but I never told her because I didn’t want her to rush. After my set was finished I looked at them and noticed the ONE color I picked came out looking like two different colors and it just looked ugly. I was unhappy I told the people that. They still made me pay full price for my set ($45) for something that was short and suppose to be simple.. I was so upset leaving there. I had gotten two other services as well.. overall I spent $100 total. I didn’t want to pay for my full set cause it was just ugly. I will post pictures as well showing what I was left with. Like this set was NOT worth $45. I’ve had sets from them in the past done by another male tech who no longer is employed by them and have paid $65 for medium length WITH ombré, design, two different colors etc.. so money isn’t the issue... because the quality was always good when HE did my sets. But that $45 for a short, one color, simple set literally should’ve been like $30-$35

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had regretfully went to get my nails done elsewhere and they were terrible. I left that place wanting to cry and literally ran to executive nails & spa! Lol. All the employees very SUPER SWEET AND HELPFUL! They were kind about the situation and really took the initiative to make me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Leann fixed my nails and made them a million times better! She really does amazing work! I will never go to another nail salon.Thankyou guys!

The salon and beverages were amazing. I’m giving them a 3 because my nail art is not done properly, it smeared and you can see it. She cut my cuticles really bad and my fingers are still sore. One of my pinky nails and shape is leaning. I asked for red cat eye and she said it only comes in black and when I got to the counter there was red. My pedicure is not fully done, there is some parts of my toes that’s not covered.

I had a lovely pedicure. I develop a lot of dead skin on the soles of my feet. Sunny removed it nicely. I appreciated the attention to detail.

Affordable, clean, full bar, customer service is amazing! I use Lan for nail designs, Wendy and dang I forgot my other lady name for Pedicures. The lady who checks you in is very very nice. They do walk ins but I always make an appointment.

I usually go this nails shop since they open the first time and always had excellent service but yesterday Is was different... went I call for my appointment they said Harry was on vacation so they sign me in with somebody else but went I get there he was there and I request him but they still try to send me with somebody else, and I said no I want him .,, later one I found they have a new owner and they bring they own people and they try to send me with one of them that’s not professional for me try to steal customers from a coworker... I was lucky mu guy was there, I don’t know for how long so it’s time to found another place to do my nails ... the front girls doesn’t know nothing about customers service I call for a drink and never come to me I have to ask to my guy order a drink for me !!!! Thats suck !!!!!

First thing I noticed was how nice their hosts were. They were quick to get me a drink and make sure I was ok. Donna did my nails, she was really sweet and a fun person to talk to. I love the way my nails came out, though the rhinestones came off pretty quick but thats an easy fix. Nancy, I believe was her name, was my pedi tech and she did a WONDERFUL and through job. she was also very sweet and attentive. I will definitely go back

Received a full set of pink ombré acrylic…Awful! Clear line on demarcation between the pink and the white. Nails are not balanced and too thick in some spots. When I told the tech and cashier my issue either set was told I should have choose a different pink shade! Which I was only shown 3 shades of pink ( of which one pink shade had glitter)?? So it’s the clients issue if nails aren’t done correctly? It’s a no for me. I enjoyed the pedicure service. Will not return.

Ive been going to this salon for about a year now, every time I would ask the nail tech the cost they would tell me how much it would be total. I go in this one time to get a full set with a different tech and I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she said “$50” but when I go to pay it was $100. I asked again how come she told me the initial price and said that was for the “design only”. She had never stated that it was going to be $50 just for the design otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen it, it wasn’t anything fancy just a few of the lines(like the current trend) but just one color and were short almonds shaped. Also in that $100 I got charged for extra length as well. We tried to talk to the owner but she never responded. Extremely poor customer service especially since me and my sister had been both going for quite some time.

I’ve been coming to this shop for a while abs I see my Tech Judy whom as of recently is no longer there and also they will not let me know where Judy is. I know they wanted her to go up on her prices etc but if that’s the case you’re going to lose business. Why come in and change things when all was well. You will definitely lose future business. Also the receptions are rude, phone etiquette is a must in this industry and from falling it makes me not want to even come abs spend my money here. This place should be welcoming and a place I can relax, but I def don’t get this vibe. Please revert back to how things were because these new changes are not worth me coming in.

I’ve been coming here since the salon opened, I loved the atmosphere so much and really enjoyed coming here every two weeks but it’s no longer the same since management changed. I got my nails completely torn up, the nail tech insisted on doing chrome when I asked for glitter on the top of my nail. She destroyed me cuticles so much they bled and actually ruined my nail beds. Tom was a great manager everything was always so organized and kept together and now it’s a mess, I’m heart broken that one of my favorite places to go is no longer the same. Sadly will be going elsewhere.

The weekend of mask mandate being lifted I arrived for my appointment to a PACKED house! There was zero social distancing and a lot of people waiting. I waited for over an hour to get seated and another 25 minutes for a technician. My daughter and I noticed that they were using the same tools as the customer before her only sprayed with a solution before using. When asked if she sanitized the tools for each person, the tech replied yes and handed her the package - it had not been put in a sanitizer.I arrived last weekend without an appointment because I tried calling and the phone kept hanging up. There were people everywhere waiting for service and I was told it would be 40 minutes to an hour, I walked out.Today I called a full 24 hours in advance to find that they are no longer taking appointments due to high volume.I dont know what changed but my VIP membership that I paid for will not be used - I will find a place that actually provides VIP service and sanitized tools.

Great service. When you tip, do so with cash so they dont have to wait for it to be taxed on their checks.

This nail shop has exceeded my expectations. They are courteous, kind and respectful. I love my nail tech Tom, he always gets me right. The time he takes to perfect his work is admirable! Nail shape is always on point!

Loved how spaced out everyone was. While I was there I saw how they wiped down everything at each station after they were used. Henry did my nails, full set, for my engagement photos and I LOVE THEM! I really liked that even though it was busy in the salon, it didn’t seem crazy or rushed. Definitely going back to have Henry do my nails for my wedding!

The moment you step in the store, the decoration will distracts you. This place is beauuuuuutiful. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. 2 complimentary drinks were offered per customer. They also did a fantastic job on my nails. Im very particular about certain things but I was very impressed with the experience here! I will be coming back for sure. Highly recommended!

I have been watching this location for over a year as a potential investor. The location is very clean, upscale, well appointed and professionally run UNTIL a recent management change. Apparently new management thought without any real analysis that the established and expected customer service levels could be maintained while reducing front office staff: errant and uneducated assumption!With a staff headcount reduction which has no purpose other than to slightly reduce overhead the overall customer and employee experiences has tanked!Although not a customer of the salon I always felt well treated when I walked in the door: I was always professionally treated and offered a drink, how awesome! Techs are dispatched via pager to meet customers based on either established appointment (made via Facebook, Instagram and other social media outlets) call in or walk in. Techs always seemed happy and calm.Now established customers attempt to call for days and cannot get an appointment and all social media scheduling has been abandoned, additionally no one picks up the phone!! The high touch customer experience is gone when you walk in the door, calm polite direction replaced by finger pointing, a new shouting manager and direction to sign in on a dirty Ipad. Is this a salon or a field hospital doing triage after a bloody battle?What kind of management replaces a high touch, professional well run front office with a customer triage mentality that alienates established customers, increases the stress of customers and employees and reduces service levels to all customers to save the labor costs of 2 employees? A management team that wants to destroy a successful business model and favor walk ins over long established customers.This team violated the very first rule of taking over and established business: analyze the existing business model fully BEFORE any optimizations! (even if they have 100 other salons dont assume your model is the best!) In my 20-plus years in corporate America failure to map and understand the existing model prior to making changes universally a recipe for disaster!Wake up and roll your management system back to the previous model before you lose not only your established customer base, but also youre highly skilled and trained staff as they run to other less stressful more employee and customer focused salons….

This was my 1st time here.I walked in and was instantly greeted. I was asked to sign in and select my desired services. Once I finished my selection, I was asked to please wait. My wait time was >5.I got the volcano package pedicure with classic French Tip in shellac. Amy was my technician and she was AMAZING!!! Very sweet and kept great conversation. I Adore the way my toenails came out. She even suggested I try the veit coffee and Im glad she did. It was delicious.For my manicure 💅 I asked for a cuticle cutting, and shapping with just a clear SNS overlay on top of my natural nail. Not sure the name of my pedi technician as she did not have a name tag nor introduce herself however she was nice, and soft spoken. She did cut me, on 4 different nails though. She gave me exactly what I asked for but I do not like the way it came out, no fault of hers though, next time Ill just try the shellac instead of the SNS.

After Tom left it has not been the same, salon is very unorganized, coffee was spilled all on the tables, my nail tech refused to do what I wanted, my daughters nails were all cut up. It’s not the service I used to get and I’m very unhappy.

First time coming to this location and I can honestly say I was very impressed. The location is very beautiful and clean. I was concerned about Cov 19 but upon entering I was required to wear a mask, which I already had, and sanitize my hands. I was greeted, and taken to my chair right away. The service was great and my nails, both full set and pedicure were beautiful. I was very happy. I’m glad to find a salon close to my home. I will be coming back. Thank you Tiffany and Judy!🙏🏼
