My daughter and I have been coming to USA NAILS salon for 10 years. Lynn is an amazing owner as well as “the best in town nail technician”! She is extremely kind and mindful of her clients experience in her salon. If you are struggling to find an AMAZING nail salon well look no farther! I promise USA nails on Grogans mill will more than exceed you expectations. I really can’t speak highly enough about Lynn, Cindy and her staff. We came here for pedicures and left extremely satisfied. The health precautions are amazing. They take your temperature and there is a shield between the employee and yourself at all times. They are very careful with your feet, so no need to worry if you are ticklish or have sensitive feet. They also take zelle and venmo as a form of payment. This place was a win.

I’ve been here before and saw Lynn. She was amazing! My ombré dip powder set at the time was the best I ever had! Best service and was convinced I had found my place.Went there a second time for a regular manicure and removal. I can’t remember who my technician was but it was not Lynn. I am just not happy with the quality I left with. Paid an extra $5 for OPI polish, too. My nail polish is uneven and I could tell the polish must be near dry or empty. It just didn’t go on smoothly and the streaks are quite obvious. This is not even 24 hours after the manicure.

Definitely recommend! I have been going here for about a year now. I love their service, very professional. All the girls are nice (I’ve received service from each of them) they are an awesome team! They do amazing in distributing the work to get to the person who walks in (but I still recommend to make an appointment) The environment of the place is very soothing. I absolutely love it!!

Lenny gave an awesome pedicure and Lindsey is always amazing with any manicure I want, gel, solar, dip, etc, I have tried them all. I have been going to USA Nails for at least 20+ years. Lynn the owner is wonderful!!

Kimberly did an amazing job. I have never been so impressed by a nail salon. They actually take the time to make sure the quality of their work is good. Did not rush like others do.

From beginning to end, very professional. Check in process was very COVID conscious which I appreciate. Both techs (one did nails, one did toes) were very nice and did a great job!

Came here for the first time and it was just ok. Nothing exceptional. My technician could not understand what I was trying to ask for. Nails were longer than I wanted them and they did not remove cuticles properly. Not close enough to the base so they didn’t last long and were cracking after a week and a halfProbably won’t return

Of all the places in area I have been to Rose gave me a great foot massage, she actually used force to relieve muscles. Most ladies usually are passive with massages, not Rose the massage was strong and felt AMAZING. I will be coming back to her!

$37 for my nails to look like this . From a far it looks nice but when you get up close it’s garbage . Holly was nice but she was a little slow and could’ve done a better job at cleaning up my nails . Gel Manicure could’ve been way better . Won’t be returning

I havent been here in years but I gave it a try and loved the experience. The ladies are super sweet and patient. I have a hard time picking colors and they had no problem waiting and helping me decide. Love this place and will be back again!

Clean, temp checks at door all chairs covered in plastic and tubs have plastic liners. There are plastic shields between manicurist and client for both mani and pedi.

Lynn is the best nail, eyelash and everything girl I have ever met in 20 years. I’ve been going to her for 10 years. Attention to detail, massage and beauty - she is the best.

Today was my first time coming here (and first time getting a pedicure)... everything turned out perfect, and all for a great price. Will definitely be coming back. Great looking place!Now, as a business owner myself, I would do a little bit more research on the flip flops given after a pedicure. With a place like this, I was expecting something more durable. Im sure youre getting these at a VERY affordable cost, but Id change them up.

Great place. My mom and I have been coming here regularly for over 6 years and the employees are all very nice. The salon is very clean and there are a lot of options to choose from. Prices are good for the quality you get. It’s definitely one of the better salons in my opinion, with workers who know what they’re doing

I went here to get a fill and the lady took 2 1/2 hours! The lady doing my pedicure was also very rough! The “manager “ offered me a discount for the inconvenience but did me no good, 4 days later my nails started to brake! Horrible salon avoid at all costs. I usually use jk signature nails by Walmart try there instead!

I’ve been going to USA for several years and Kimberly always does a great job. When she’s not there I’ve used other girls and they were good too. Have been many places over the last 20 years and this is the best.

Had a manicure and pedicure. manicure was about 10 minutes and my nails werent even at all after she clipped and filed them. pedicure service was mediocre. they do not use sanitized utensils at all. they take them out of an opened package. left nail place with flip flops and about 45 min later checked to make sure dry and the nail polish smeared right off. I ended up having to take toilet paper and wipe it all off. wouldnt go again.

Went in for a french pedicure. Got the ultimate pedicure package and my feet/toes look great! Was very relaxing and Cindy did an excellent job. Prices are good as well so will be returning there again.

I have tried six other nail places around the area and none of them understood what I wanted, they all said they did but then did what they wanted to do or the same thing they do to everyone. But I went to USA and they listened and understand what I am saying. I have a very pleasant conversation with everyone in there. The place is clean and the price is right. I now have been going there for the passed 4 years

I stopped here on my drive from Dallas. I needed a pedicure bad and didnt know where to go. This pace was next to chick fil a and had decent reviews. Rose did a great job and gave me the longest massage Ive ever had during a pedicure. The inside was very nice as well. Would recommend

Very good pricing and they did a fabulous intricate design on my nail! couldnt ask for better! its a little drive from where i live but definitely worth it!

The girls are nice. And that’s why I gave a star. And that is where it ends.I’ve come here once before (over 4 years ago) and now I am remembering why I didn’t come back. I paid $55 for a full pink and white set, and it took almost an hour and twenty minutes from start to finish. She didn’t finish shaving off the under part so they still feel weird on my fingers. My gel coat was super thin.TThe nails were alright, but she started the nail way out where my cuticles are grown out, so now less than two weeks later, it looks like I’ve had them for a month or more because they’re all grown out from being started halfway up my nailbed!And This was 13 days ago. My thumb and middle nails are peeling off from the sides. Are you kidding me? Almost $70 with a tip for less than two weeks of subpar fingernails. Thanks for that. I’ll stick to JK Nails with Hannah.

I have been going to Kimberly at USA nails for about 6 years and she is absolutely amazing. I have referred friends to her who also think she is the BEST. The pedicures are amazing too!!! The new management is awesome and they have done alot of improvments to the place. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The price for color change on my toes were $12.00.. Overpriced. Plus the older lady there was beyond rude. She told me to be patient while asking her a question. Told the other employee about how rude she was, the lady said shes like that all of the time. Will not be back.

Terrible. i paid for a full set of gel polished nails and they didn’t even last a week. this has happened to me twice. i will not be going back.

Terrible experience, I will never go again. The staff is rude and they did a bad work on my eyebrows. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
