The lady who did my nails worked so fast that the nails came out okay, you can tell she was rushing and not taking her time, my nails are nice but could have been better especially for the price I pay to get them $70 is too expensive for the service I received, on top of that a pedicure is $30 which is expensive too for the service the lady barley massaged my legs or feet which I’m not really picky but if it’s included in what I’m paying for then actually do it and not just rub lotion on my legs, toenails turned out good. Overall am I in love with this place, no not really, it’s way too expensive. Ladies seem nice but not sure

I went on last Friday & my nails didn’t even last a week. They are so thin and cracking off right at the tips of my fingers. The gel polish on my toes is also cracking. This is my first and last time going to this nail shop. I spent $100 and my nails didn’t even last for my photoshoot that I have tomorrow. I’m super disappointed and I don’t recommend going here. When I called to let them know the issue, the lady told me “it wasn’t her” & I called back to confirm that it was the correct location. They then hung up on me and blocked my phone number from calling them.

Eilene was AMAZING 🥰. I got the pearl pedicure n my feet feel like Im walking on a cloud. And they look just as amazing. Its was my first visit n Im already hooked. Well worth every dime spent. And while my nails dried she massaged my neck n back 🥰🥰🥰.

I wish I could put 6 stars. The woman who did my pedicure was truly incredible- the best of my life! I just started my new job and it has been a very busy week. The massage and treatment I got here melted away my stress. Tina never made me engage in small talk - a blessing after a day of back to back meetings with my new coworkers. I will absolutely be back!

Today I had a great experience at this place. The lady who made my pedicure went way beyond to make me feel like a queen. I loved it, definitely is my favorite place.

I got dipped nails and they were so thin you can still see my nail line. They didn’t cover my nails all the way and the first layer started chipping after a week. The reason I gave this place some stars is because they are awesome with eyebrow waxing.

I did not have an appointment but never had on prior visits. Several people arrived after me and all of sudden the manicurist was rushing and filing carelessly and ended up cutting into the side of my nail with the Emory board. All because they wanted me out of the chair to get to the next customer. When I asked for a bandage they had the gall to tell me I had to pay more because I changed nail colors. Never again!

Tiffany was very fast and efficient. She really did an amazing job on my nails. I did not get a chance to catch the name of the lady who did my feet, but she was nothing short of amazing. I will defiantly be back.

Great place! Hanna does an amazing job and very personable! Id recommend anyone to them!Update:1/24/19 I’ve since stop going to Hanna due to her attitude unfortunately. (Early 2018) Customer Service is everything! I called in to reschedule my appointment and was given a time, walked in 5 mins early and Hanna yelled at me from across the shop that I was late and she already has a client. My husband is a witness. I was in shock, like was she talking to me in this manner. This was a huge miscommunication on the staff member who took the call and relayed it to Hanna obviously, however, she handled the situation poorly.

I absolutely love this place, Nikki and Ms. Elaine always take care of me, My friend just got a mommy makeover so she was in pain and they handled her with care.. Greatest lady’s!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I got dip powder on a Thursday and by Saturday they were chipped and 2 popped off. I called and over the phone they said they would redo them. I got there and they wanted to charge me 30 dollars to do them over after paying $45 to get them done and then I asked them to just take them off and they wanted to charge me $10 dollars. I will never come back to this location every again.

The ladies af JK are the best! They are willing to go the extra mile to make your experience positive. I have been going there for years. They are like my extended family. We have had many laughs together. I even got my husband to go recently and he said, Wow, I shouldve listened to you and came earlier.

I get my eyebrows done here and they do a good job. My daughter got her nails done one time and they started breaking off the next day. I would not recommend nails done here.

This was the worst manicure experience I have ever received! First off we had appts but they started 15 mins late. Then they didnt even start my daughter until AFTER I was done! With COVID they had WAY too many people in the salon and no protective barriers or anything!!! And they never turned down a single person...just help packing em all in not caring at all about people that had appts or social distancing.The lady doing my nails barely spent any times prepping my nails. She pretty much just filed and polished them...and she DID NOT listen to me about how I wanted them shaped. Then she rushed through the polish, not taking her time or paying attention to coverage.My daughter got a full set which was ok...definitely to the standard that id expect. They werent finished and the edges were horrible.Save yourself the money and go somewhere else...

I brought my daughter here last Saturday. It was terrible. It was her first “real manicure” and I was sure to tell them that thinking they’d make it special. They didn’t. About halfway through her manicure another lady started complaining from the pedicure chair that she’d been waiting (she got there after we did, well after) so the lady doing my daughter’s nails just left her and went to the other customer. The lady doing mine was sweet but it was terrible. She hurt my daughter before she left her because she was rushing. My manicure was not good. The polish chipped the next day. There are tons of spots she missed. I’m very unhappy about mine and even more so about my daughter’s. I do not recommend this place at all.

Im surprised to read the negative reviews on this place. I have been to DOZENS of different nail salons for both manicures and pedicures and couldnt find a place that I was happy with until I found JK Nails. And now Ive been going there consistently for 8 months. The atmosphere and overall aura of the place is veery soothing and I find the employees to be very professional and pleasant and not too chatty. Im not looking for chummy best friends. They seem to be happy people, always laughing and chatting with each other (I often wonder if that are saying something about those that cant speak their language - but I find it really funny!) I have always had great acrylic fills that last 3.5 weeks every time! Ive never had a single lift or nail break. Ive had several different technicians work on me, and they are all really good, but so far, Hana is my favorite. I cant believe how fast and accurate she is with a fill that takes only 25 minutes from start to finish! Pedicures are great. I only had one negative experience where the shellac lifted within 2 days, but I went back in and they redid all 10 toes at no charge.

Came in based on yelp reviews. Taught I was going to have a good experience and did not turn down that way. My nails were different lengths and uneven. Decided to not say anything and just leave the place and not return. Unfortunately, the next day my nails began to crack and fall off while typing at work. I have never had that happened before. I called the place to see if I could just get a refund. They refused and said all they could do was fix the nail. I agreed to go and By the time I showed up to the nail salon 6 nails were broken. When I arrived at the salon, they were trying to make me leave and return another day because it was to late. Keep in mind I had to ask to leave work early to make in there in time, and was stuck in traffic for over an hour. I told them I needed them fixed today and sat there till they took care of me. The lady that fixed my nails was really rough and was hurting my hand. when i tried to pull away she told me not to move and said she would move my hand. I was really pissed off!! I told them I always get my nails long and had never had my nails brake off while doing normal task like typing, picking up my purse, and sleeping!!. Yes! I went to sleep and woke up whit out a nail. The lady went ahead and blamed me saying I choose long nails and wanted something fine and thin. I have read reviews here and I saw a reply where they blamed a costumer for not taking care of her nails properly and that being the cause of her polish chipping. This is ridiculous. They use cheap products and use very little I guess to save and the price is ridiculous. Also wanted to add that after getting my nails fixed 3 nails have cracked AGAIN!!!! Never going back again there to waste my time and money, will never take my friends and family, will not recommend anyone to go, and neather should you!!

I went here because my normal place (legend nails), was closed. My Nails honestly were mediocre. she cut my nails way to short (i got a pedicure) and barely cut my cuticles. on top of that she was literally beating my feet and legs while massaging me. it was odd but i was like... ok. none of the dead skin was taken off of my feet whatsoever which is honestly why i get pedicures. i do appreciate that when i messed up my nails on the way out she fixed them. not a lot of color options also! she was sweet and polite tho. only 2 stars because the whole thing was very mediocre like i said.

I wanted just regular polish on my nails so I looked for a color on their wall. While I was looking I was approached by one of the ladies that told me gel was better and to look at those colors, I told her no thank you. I was approached by a second person that said the same thing and also said, you want an eyebrow wax and lip wax? and gave the look.. the you need one look. I said no thank you and then received a call from my husband. I took his call and continued to look for a color when I was then approached by a 3rd person who would not stop talking to me so I had to hang up the phone and listen to what she had to say. She said something along the lines of follow me we have more colors over here. She sat me down and gave me the gel nail color wheels and by this point I was done. I said no thank you and that I needed to call my husband back and I left. I will never go back again. Its one thing to ask just one time if I would like to change my mind, its another thing to send 3 different people over and to interrupt a phone call and actually sit me down at the table to try and change my mind. It made me feel uncomfortable and upset.

My wife loves this place! They do consistently high quality work and the prices are good.

I will never return to this place.Got shellac nails for my daughter and I - 3 days later my daughters shellac peeled off. A full week after I had mine done, the shellac peeled off. NOT only that but during the process of them doing my nails, the woman made me bleed and then proceeded to leave the blood caked on my nail and polished it - taking some of the blood into the actual polish. I didnt notice this at the time because I was busy watching the woman who was working on my daughters nails (who was extremely rude). Anytime I asked a question, I was answered and then promptly the person I asked started speaking in her native language loudly.The owner or manager was too distracted to take my credit card and process payment quickly. I had to stand there for at least 5 minutes as she ran the card, walked to the back, came back, etc.NEVER AGAIN!

I went yesterday for dipping powder and i had Hana, omg! She cut my cuticles with the electric nail file left me bleeding till i asked for some rubbing alcohol! and she was like “oh it because your cuticles higher than it should be that happened” no ma’am!! It’s because she’s doing it so fast that she’s not paying attention she’s hurting me! It’s even hurting me now while i wash my hands under warm water! Plus it’s hard to understand her, talks very fast when i ask her something and acts as if am a dumb person! Didn’t get why she’s in a rush to finish me with a sloppy work while there was barely anyone there! I don’t want to judge the place or other nail techs there cause that would be unfair, but I don’t recommend HANA at all!! Very bad experience!!

Walked in with my friend today, they sat me and started on my nails immediately. My friend sat there for over an hour before they decided they finally wanted to start on her nails. At that time she didnt want them done becuase they had ignored her for an hour. My nails and service were okay, but ignoring her and getting to 4 different walk ins before her was not okay. We will never be coming back.

I have gone to them for years havent found anyone else quite like them. Ive never had a nail fall off or any complaints. I love the staff and recommend many people their way. The place is neat, but the lady who did my nails didnt do a goog job, she was in a hurry, cut me, didnt used the cuticle softener or warm towels (my friend sitting next to me got everything...). Very dissatisfied.

I felt very rushed. There were only a total of three customers in here including me. I sat at the pedicure chair for a very long time. The water was extremely hot and when I asked if she could make it a little colder she told me it was fine.... I had to turn the cold water on myself. My massage chair wasnt working and I tried to ask for help, I was told that I just didnt know how to work it... My pedicure was very sloppy.

Just left after a manicure, and this is the second time I have been cut here. First time was during a pedicure a few months ago. I figured it was a fluke. I returned because the facility is very pretty and a convenient location for me. However, after two of my cuticles were made to bleed today, Ill not be returning again. Nor the tech or the manager commented on it or apologized. I know I should have mentioned I was dissatisfied in person, but I hate conflict and just wanted to get out of there. I cut the mani short and skipped the massage just to leave.

This could be a gem but VERY dirty. Gorgeous inside but years of dust on light fixtures and floor under stations. Staff was good but yelled across the large salon at each other. I had a headache by the time I left. Too bad!!

I came in with my friend to get my nails done, they started my friends nails and I waited one hour to get my nails worked on. The 4 people that came in after me were started on and finished before me.I have a 12 hour shift after this day is ruined and I did not get my nails done.Do not come here.

The worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon in The Woodlands. I dont write Google reviews often, but I wasted money on this place. They gave me the wrong color for my finger nails. Then on my toes, the lady took about 2 minutes to do all of my toes, and she got nail polish all over my skin. I had to ask her to clean that up as she was walking away... Then she removed nail polish from my toes and didnt even notice. On top of that it was super streaky and clumpy. I finally asked to get them redone and the manager screamed across the salon, and grabbed the same girl to re do them. She filed them down and painted my toes on top of that which made it look crumbly. FINALLY I asked her to just re do all of them, and they turned out the same way as before. They still made me pay for the service and did not offer a discount or anything. And of course the nail polish chipped off of my toes an hour later. NEVER GOING BACK. Waste of time and money!

Went in last Friday and got shellac on my nails and regular pedicure on my toes .Shellac started peeling off not even 48 hours later. I knew they were done too quick.Toes are great no issues there.

Nails look like they were mangled by a gorilla. I tried to be a good sport and she was snappy. Im upset I paid for this service. Clearly, my technician had a problem ethnicity wise with me.

I have been going Here for 8 years and every do often i am unhappy but they have always fixed it. Today Tracey rushed through a full set in 15 min and my nails looked horrible. I told her I was unhappy but she had another customer waiting. think she had to rush because there was only her and 2 other gentlemen there and they were pretty busy. By the end My nails were very bumpy, some thick some thin and dried acrylic left all around my nails. They looked horrible and nothing could be done so I paid 35.00 for crappy nails and went to the jk nails by Walmart hoping they could fix them. They did and helan did an amazing job but they still charged me for fixing their employees mess up so I had to double pay :( I really miss when Kelly and Justin ran these shops bc they were amazing at customer service. ..it has really gone downhill since jk by Walmart opened. Unfortunately I think after 8 years itd time to find a new nail shop :(

I will NEVER go here again! I got an acrylic manicure and I asked for them to be really short and the lady would always get aggravated when I asked for them to be shorter because they were still long. Then once I got in my car, I realized that some of the paint was peeling and the nail was glued to the tips of one of my fingers. I went back in and talked to the manager and the lady fixed it but was very rude. I would suggest that you go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
