I love Gossip & Co. Nail Spa! Every time I leave, I am always satisfied with the employees work and attention to detail! Definitely worth the price! I have typically been helped by Trang, Ryan, or Andy, and theyve been wonderful! The drinks are a nice plus, too!

Shellac manicure not worth it. Started discoloring after just 5 days and peeling/cracking from the bottom after 1 week! Also, they were very impatient when I was picking a color and kept grabbing each polish I picked up to look at. Then when I asked for the pedicure menu, the lady kept pointing me to their most expensive ones and pushing me to get those. She wouldn’t give me time to look at the cheaper options and stood next to me pointing to the other page with more expensive options. It was very frustrating.

Love the staff here, very friendly and nice. Love how Ryan does my nails every time I come he is the best and has the best customer service! I totally recommend Ryan!!

Although this is the first time we visited this location, my mom and I have frequented this salon at their Cypress/ Tomball location and love it. Service is friendly and prompt. The surroundings are beautiful and private, making you feel pampered. The price is fair, in the mid-range. Almost too many colors from which to choose. And our nails LAST!!!

This was my first time visiting. Gorgeous sanitizing place. Everyone was Professional and nice I went at 9 am less busy I was told. My nail technician was Henry, hes been doing nail service for over 20 years. He was wonderful, communicate with you and ask you if you like your nails. If he sees an error he fixes the error right away. I recieved a complimentary Mimosa since it was still early. They provide you snacks as well. In my pictures I received the Ombree style and the price for that was $55. I highly recommend. I will be back again.

Saw a new nail spa...decided to drop on to see what types of services were offered & perhaps find a new salon that was closer.Was not greeted when I walked in, I asked if there was a menu with services listed to see what was offered. I was told by the lady at the front desk, there is a listing but you cant take it with you. Very flat, direct, no warmth whatsoever. As if I was bothering her. 😤There is a wide range of services offered, a full bar with a selection of 🍷, the esthetics of the inside was very nice, seemed organized and clean- so I was liking what I saw....but as I continued to peruse the selection of services in the booklet, not a single person asked if I was being helped.I decided to leave, 1st impressions can make or break a decision to stay or not.I chose to NOT.

Andy is the best nail technician for me! He goes above and beyond. I dont feel that everyone at the salon does. Im sure there are others. My friends like Judy and Chi. I have not had them yet. The atmosphere is fun!

I came after my friend ranted and raved about this place. She goes to the other location in Cypress and said I had to try them. The ambiance is beautiful! The salon is very neat and clean. The technicians make you feel welcome and are friendly. Even the drinks are tasty. However, the actual nail service is less than stellar. The added price is definitely for the atmosphere and not for the abilities of the technicians. My nails are mediocre at best and I have a flight to catch early so there’s no time to fix it. A basic refill and polish should not look like a botched Columbian BBL. My nails are full of unnecessary bumps and lumps and the cuticles are trashy looking. I’ll stick with my usual place down the street. It’s not as nice but my nails are always smooth and neat.

I have gone to the Gossip & Co on Louetta for years now, however this was my first time going to this location. And what a difference. First of all there was no one to greet, something the other location always does. When brung to the back for a face wax the woman did not say anything but just asked what I wanted. I have PCOS so this is a service I do often, weekly although I don’t understand I know she was talking about me because she had people coming over to see my face which again I have pcos on top of that I am Hispanic so I’m hairy lol. Point is I have never felt so uncomfortable before.I know she kept talking about me because she called another person up and I’m amusing she said to charge me more. Because she pointed to my chin then the paper. They did indeed charge me more $45 vs $30 at the location in Louetta. (Which is ok if service is good) I am loyal to louetta but it’s been a week and I needed it done and was in a rush. I will not be back at this location for the way they made me feel. Yes it’s beautiful but I’m paying for service and I am disappointed to say I am a loyal customer to this company after today.

Horrible horrible horrible. Stay away. It’s five dollars more to breathe their air! And they charge extra without telling you. Like the machine says 60 but it’s actually 80! Why? Cuz my daughter had ten fingers! Yeah ummmmmm almost everyone does. What’s your point! The manger there is a jerk!

My wife has been coming to this place for a little over a year, and I have been with her everytime. The mens packages are really great, as well as when Im done before her I can hang out at the bar for a little bit and enjoy some great drinks. I definitely recommend as a place to go as a couple.

I came here because a friend recommended it, but left highly disappointed, first off I asked for a classic pedicure and when I went to check out I realized that I had received the oh lala pedicure without my consent even after I told the lady I just wanted a classic pedicure several times. Second off I asked for square nails and ended up with some nails that were flared out and bulky at the tips, I asked my nail tech if she could fix them a bit and she had an attitude with me. The services that I received were definitely not worth the price I paid.

I was there for their soft opening. Lynn did my pedicure and Hannah did my shellac full set. After months during the pandemic of not going to a nail salon I decided to come here. I don’t regret it. Staff was extra attentive and I was able to order a complimentary detox water from their drink menu (fresh lime, lemon & cucumber) which was a delight. Hannah and Lynn were such dolls and did an amazing job on my neglected hands and feet. I will be back. The place is very clean and they are making sure to take extra precautions to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable.

Not a good experience, went there honestly not sure what to get and I wasn’t to clear on the type of nails to get (I do not get my nails done often) and you’d think they’d be sympathetic but no I went with my two friends and all they did was get mad and talk mess, left us there for almost an hour because I changed my mind and decided to get another another kind of nail, mind you all she did was file my nails, nothing more, all of us left with crooked designs and clumpy nails

First time going here and just based off of pictures I’ve seen on their social media pages, I trusted them enough to do my wedding nails. Everyone was super sweet and attentive. A little pricey but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so definitely worth it! I live in the Conroe area so this is going out of my way but for the quality and customer service I will be returning!

This place is absolutely terrible. I got a basic full set all black nails nothing too crazy. Four days later a nail just pops off, I called them and spoke to Lynn, she was nice and she got it fixed for no charge, BUT the next day more nails popped off, like it was effortless for a fresh set of nails to come off like press ons! Never again shall I come and waste my time and money here.

This is my go to nail spot. After going to the one in Cypress for years, I was so excited for this location to open less than 5 minutes from my house! Henry usually does my nails (he does amazing pedicures also). Thursday is his day off, but my only time I had available to get my nails done this past week. I’m not going to mention the name of the tech who did them because this review isn’t to bash her. My nails came out horrible (what I get for cheating on my guy Henry). I called the next day and they told me to come back in and they would get them fixed. Phoenix ended up doing my redo and let me say that she did an amazing job on my nail art and I walked out with exactly what I wanted.

Three of us had pedicures and manicures, one with solar nails. Anni, Trang, Anh and Daisy did a wonderful job. Very beautifully decorated, clean and relaxing place. Will be back!

I initially enjoyed my trip to this salon! Clean, friendly, free drinks-woo! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure, twice-2 weeks apart. Both times my gel manicure chipped before it was even a week old! The second gel manicure my nails were severely chipped, to the point of having to remove the polish. This was disappointing, as I got them done in advance for a event. I have never experienced this with any other mani/pedi. Disappointed this was my experience.

Went to get my eyebrows done, very professional, the inside was beautiful and it was a wonderful atmosphere! It definitely be going back when I want to get my nails done.
