Had shellac on my nails and a pedicure done. The pedicure was good, not great. The shellac on my nails is very thick and lumpy. Two nails chipped the next day. I have filed them gently to remove the chip, but they keep chipping. I should have had them do them over right then, but was with my mom and she needed to get home. Not a fan.

We waited for over 10 minutes without not one person acknowledging us. I would would understand if they were loaded with customers but it was slow and ehy We decided to leave so No stars for this location which I rarely visit, now I wont be back again!

I found my favorite nail salon! The interior is very chic and the ladies who work there are very friendly. I ordered the coconut manicure and was thoroughly pampered with the complimentary massage and beverage. Their covid protocols are still in place so be prepared to wear a mask. Partitions in place for extra protection. Reasonable prices! Walk-ins welcome.

Came here for the first time and everyone was super sweet. Lele did my nails and she did a fantastic job, worked quick but did it right. Angie did my pedicure and she was just a sweetheart. Clean, quiet location. For sure recommend.

Quality of service has gone down I have been going here for 2 years off and on. I didnt have my new full set for 2 weeks before all except 3 broke off one by one... on some days I didnt even notice one had broken off!

I have came to this nail salon ever since their opening. I used to just walk in and get whatever nail tech was available, however I was never as happy with the results. That was until I met Hannah. She is very sweet and caring, and always attentive to her clients. My nails and eyebrows always come out looking fantastic. I usually get dip powder, a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. I believe Hannah is the best! 💕Since I have met Hannah, I always book my appointments with her, and have never been disappointed. I am always satisfied with my nails, and I’m sure you will be too when you book an appointment with Hannah. ☺️

I waited to give a review for a few months of coming here so I could see if there is quality consistancy. Excellent service every time I go. My 4 year old daughter and I go for our mommy daughter time and we both love it here. All the nail techs do wonderful work and are so gentle with my daughters feet. I have very sensitive skin and they have always used products that never break my skin out. This includes their waxing service. Everything is sterile and clean. Absolutely beautiful salon. My daughter had her first little manicure (basic lotion, trim and file, and paint) this visit along with our regular pedicures and they did a beautiful job. She couldnt wait to go home and show her dad how pretty she felt after being pampered. The cost is just a tad higher on some services than other salons in the area but the quality of work and service is worth it for us. You pay for what you get; excellence. We have done appointments and walk ins here and we have never had to wait. They always have enough staff to accommodate when we come. We will definitely continue to support this establishment.

My sister had the worse experience today with her pedicure! Lee was so rough with her and her attitude was horrible! Never again! We had request her because previously she has done good but this time was BAD!! she was even rolling her eyes! Because this place is so far from me I’ve tried to find someone else closer to home but no one takes care of me like they do. I will drive out 35-40 mins just to come here.

This review hurts to write, but I have been coming here since this placed open and it’s hands down my favorite Nails of America. I have always received great service and professionalism from the staff until today. I didn’t believe there was an issue with what I asked for during my manicure and whatever the nail tech suggested I took her advice and asked her to do whatever she thought was best. However after paying and tipping my nail teach I sat in the corner waiting for a ride when I over heard the nail tech and the lady that takes payment discuss what I assumed frustrated my nail tech during my manicure and begin to laugh at the choices and Comments I made. I understand that discussions like these happen in customer service and they’re inevitable but I’m disappointed that they felt it was okay to have that conversation in public without ensuring the customer had left. Not sure if I’ll come back here and I’m disappointed because I finally felt like I had finally found a place I truly enjoyed going.

This place is super nice & clean. Everyone is really nice & friendly. The only thing I would say wasn’t so great were the prices. I paid $47 for my acrylic nails plus giving $5 for tip since she did an amazing job. Highly recommend if you don’t mind spending the extra cash. Acrylic is $42 plus $5 for shaping & another $5 if you want them pretty long. Also if you want chrome or any design might be spending around $70 on nails. Had to change my mind a little just because it was pricey but overall really good service & work. My sister got a pedicure too & she loved it.

From the minute I walked in, I was able to tell that I was going to have a great experience. From the outside, this location is unassuming. Its in a strip mall. But the interior of the salon is gorgeous and spotless. I was immediately greeted upon walking in. I requested a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The selection of colors - both gel and regular- was extensive. Once I chose colors, I was led back to the pedicure room. The chairs were large and comfortable. To maximize use of my time, one technician completed my manicure, while the other did my pedicure. Both were very attentive and thorough. I ended up not liking the color I chose for my pedicure. The technician immediately helped me choose another color. Once they were finished, I sat at the drying station. After drying, I noticed that the nail polish on one of my toes was smudged. I brought this to the attention of an associate, who immediately fixed it.I definitely will be back to this location!

I am always hesitant about trying new nail places but needed my nails done today so I walked in after to work hoping for the best. Everyone was super friendly and they had tons of colors to choose from. Leena was very patient and helpful in helping me find the exact color I was looking for and she did a great job on my nails. Looking forward to my next visit! :)

2 weeks ago I went in for a full set & was referred to Lily (I believe that’s her name) within 2 days my cuticle/ nail was lifting. I went back & another lady fixed it. I liked how she fixed it..fast and neat. So, TODAY, I decided to go with her instead for my fill. The lady who fixed it was not available. So, again it was Lily who was going to do my fill. I decided to give her another try. Right away she started talking to her co-worker in her native language..pointing at her nails..saying something about cuticle. Yes!! I’m sure she remembered me going back the last time. Well, her demeanor was completely different from the first time I met her. Not very polite..didn’t even offer complimentary drink. She was rough on my cuticles & I was even cut. Feels like a paper cut..thank you. When she was done..she left me & never came back to say thank you, goodbye, see you next time..Nothing!! I paid $40 for a simple fill..no cut down, no shape of any kind, nothing else. Really!!! Let’s not forget I still tipped her. Very rude!! If I’m paying for an expensive service..because it is!! I’m going with whom I like & who will do my nails without retaliating against me. Horrible customer service!!

I got a Pamper Me pedicure today and the service was wonderful. I love that they have Essie nail polish as a choice of polish brand for nail color. The nail technician was very kind and constantly checked to see that I was comfortable. They always come around to make sure you have a drink! Great location. Will definitely come again.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! There are several packages to choose from. It is one of the pricier places, but I believe its well worth it. They offer a variety of complimentary drinks and have a plethora of colors to choose from. Since theyve only been open 5 months, everything is relatively new. The staff is very friendly and the massages are wonderful. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Just visited Nails of America for the first time. I was impressed as soon as I walked in the door. Very clean and the decor is modern. The staff was incredibly friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and appreciated the care that was taken for my comfort. I highly recommend Nails of America. They are my new favorite salon!!

Been going here since they opened always have great service and a very relaxing time. Everyone in there is very friendly. And they do a great job on my pedicure and shellac manicure or regular manicure.

I’ve been coming to this nail bar for about three months and I absolutely love the environment and the techs are really nice. Vicky is my favorite and she always keep my nails looking good. I’ve never had any issues with nails breaking or anything. They provide excellent service.

I am hugely disappointed by this place, especially since it had seen such great reviews, I was very excited to go. However, my nails are crooked, the nail polish looks horribly unclean and uneven, they dont take care of your nails or do cuticle care if you do dip powder, which defeats the whole purpose of doing it since its supposed to be better for your nails. The way they painted on the top coat has my nails attached to my finger under the nail and feeling extremely gross and uncomfortable. Maybe they are better if you get something other than dip powder, but if thats what you are looking to get I would definitely not suggest this place.

Just moved to the area and needed to find new place. Pedicure was AMAZING!! I also got powder dip and they did a FABULOUS job on my nails as well! I have found my new spot!! ❤️

Fast, clean, ultra updated and new. Lots of staff. Searched for a new nail salon as were new to the area. Foot massage was top notch. Their two upgraded pedicures you also get a free shoulder/neck rub. First visit. We’ll be back.

I went to visit for the first time with my mom for a girls day out last Sunday and left not impressed. One positive I can compliment on about the place is the interior of the salon is beautiful! They did a superb job with the appeal of the salon but they need to work on the service. Although the lady who tended to me did a nice job on my nails she didnt initially turn on the massage chair. I had to ask twice before the massage chair was put on. They are suppose to offer you complimentary wine, soda, water or margaritas and we were not offered anything. I eventually asked for a drink and received a watered down margarita. We paid $40 for a pedicure that was suppose to include a shoulder massage and I didnt receive that. Also I have been to salons that charge $40 but really pamper you and use scrubs and a foot mask that have natural herbs etc. I dont feel like this pedicure was worth $40. The people who work there are pleasant people but I was not impressed with my overall experience at all.

Ive been with my girlfriend multiple times for pedicures and have really enjoyed it. She loves that there are tons of color options and that the nail color always lasts over 3 weeks!

I was blown away by the interior decor, but needs to be cleaned wiped and dusted. Lee Lee provided new full set dip powder and it looks beautiful. I will return for her services soon. Several colors to choose from, wall to wall of colors galour. Private pedicure rooms for parties. Beverages were offered. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star rating. The service was wonderful as was the mani/pedi. However, my nail polish started chipping off after less than 24 hours.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent 2 months growing my eyebrows back out from a previous mess up somewhere else. I specifically told the lady at this location that I did NOT want my eyebrows thin. I said I just wanted them cleaned up. Well, she made them thin, and they’re completely different shapes. I look like an idiot. All I got as compensation for the humiliation for the next three weeks or however long is a $10 GIFT CARD. Whyyy would I go back???

I have gone a few times and every time I go my shellac starts chipping like on day 3 so I went back one last time. Got my regular mani pedi that comes with a neck massage that they try to skip unless you remind them that it’s part of your package. I told her that when I go to other nail salons the shellac lasts 2 weeks they tried to tell me cause other salons use glue lol which in my case is not true I did read some salons add water to there polish to make then chip faster so you come in more often. I believe that’s what this place is doing but could be wrong either way I will not be going back again.
