Vivianee was amazing. I came with a picture and she was amazing. She did my full set and brows. Better than I expected. Will be using only her for future. Very engaging with the customers and very welcoming.

First time here and Vivian is AMAZING!!! Finally found my new nail tech!! 4 stars because it was a little expensive for a color powder refill ($45.00) but I appreciated her attention to detail!

Vivianee is amazing! My natural nails are long but extremely thin. I had been going to the same place for years and was told my nails needed powder to help keep them from breaking since they were so thin. Turns out that wasn’t the case. After finding Vivianee I am able to wear my natural nails withOUT powder and they are not breaking! She was able to do my natural nails without adding more damage to them and added this super cute mini French tip. She is very professional and friendly and always does an amazing job!

This is my favorite nail salon in the woodlands/spring area. Vivienne always does such a great job on my nails.

This was my first time visiting this nail shop. Upon entering youre greeted immediately and instructed to check in at the front desk with their ipad. Masks are not required and the staff is vaccinated (if you care about those things).I wanted a full set, pedicure, and my eyebrows done. The pedicure was lovely and the nail technician was professional and but not really talkative which is fine with me. I showed him a picture of what I wanted which was a pink ombre powder dipped nail. Instead of pink I opted for a purple. As you can see in the picture the ombre is barely noticeable. Although its not exactly what I wanted they still came out great. They are natural looking and shaped well. I attached pictures of what I wanted vs the design that I got. The purple I picked was the same as my toenails.As more customers came in I noticed that some were asked if they would like a beverage and some werent. I unfortunately, wasnt offered one. It would have been nice but didnt bother me too much. I would have liked to see more consistency to show that they value each customer.The woman who did my eyebrows ( so sorry I have no names to provide) spoke english well and had such a bubbly attitude that made you feel happy and taken care of.All in all I loved the services I received. I just wished the ombre was more pronounced on my nails BUT I still love them. The shop is very clean, quiet, and inviting.

I wanted to love this place because it’s so close by my new neighborhood but unfortunately I will not be returning. 🙁 first time going and received a Poor quality manicure. The technician didn’t even put my hands in water before cutting my cuticles very painful and rough. Shellac application was also very lumpy. Literally the most simplest service and I have never seen anyone rush through a manicure like that in my life. I don’t like to complain because if you ask them nicely to change something they just get upset with you and try to tell you that’s how it’s supposed to look. I’m so tired of going to these places that don’t care about the work they just want your money. It’s really kinda sad.. back on the search for a new nail tech.

Top notch Business. I came in with my girlfriend and got the royal treatment. As a man Im not used to walking into a place like this and having someone give me a pedicure & Manicure. Young is very skilled at her craft and made me feel at home. If I only had a cold Beer like these ladies with thier wine. Maybe next time. New man. Thank you Young.

Another great experience, this time I brought my mother and my granddaughter and they both enjoyed it they do such an amazing job! My mother and myself both have circulatory issues and get a lot of edema in our legs and feet we opted for the volcano pedicure (which helps with edema) it felt so wonderful! my legs are so relaxed, and the massage was great too! I went there bc my nail lady wasnt available. They do a good job, the prices are to damn high. I can go to my tech get a full set, design on every finger plus long length for no more than $65-$70. I only got a fill in and 2 nails fixed and she wanted to charge me over $100.

This would be my third time visiting this nail salon. So far I love the work they do and the customer service is really good. My only issue is that I feel they are a bit over priced. For a fill and 2 simple designs it was $60. I would expect to pay that for a new set not a fill.

Young is amazing, my wife and I usually go to M. Vince nails, but we felt the quality and the customer service was declining. We spontaneously chose JK Nails and weve found our new spot for US time. Thank you for all that you do.

Great service and my nails & feet are nice however I don’t like that she used the same foot grader (silver thing that scrapes heels) on my feet then used it for the next customer.

She did a fantastic time. I know for sure I’ll be going back there and getting them done again. That’s my new salon

I loved this place. Vivian did a good job on my nails and was really nice.

I went back and gave them another chance and I absolutely love my nails. TRANG did an amazing job and took her time. The manager was also very helpful in getting me back in. The only issue is its still a little pricey from what I normally pay but the quality of Trangs work is worth it!

I will not be returning to this place again. I should have known better. I should have not been lazy and just driven the 35 extra mins to Conroe to see my normal nail professionals. I went in to have my nails redone with shellac since they had started growing out. I tell you it was not relaxing at all. I felt like a car getting its tires changed in the middle of a race. The lady doing my nails was on the phone the whole time while she work on my nails or was talking with other customers. I guess because she was so busy or just doesn’t know what’s she doing she shaved my nails so thin that they buckle just trying to pop a pimple or scratch my face. My nails were never like this! Im scared to do anything because I don’t want them to peel off or rip. I’m so sad and disappointed especially since this was not an inexpensive trip.

The work they did was okay....my nails are kinda messy & the lady cut my finger open :/ I don’t mind paying for the services but I was definitely over charged. I understand businesses are hurting right now due to the virus but you honestly just hurt your own employees (tip wise) & business as I will not be returning due to the over charge. I got my nails ($42) shellac/gel, feet ($35) deluxe pedicure & eyebrows ($8) done... $85 total but came out to be $103 somehow.

So nice and super fast! went in for nails and they turned out great! Love this place and highly recommend!!

The Pedicure was great, the manicure was rushed like he didnt have time. I paid $40 for a clear refill . less than a week later and theyre chipping and lifting at the cuticle, I will not be back .

Excellent service, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The biggest selection of shallacs and powders - including specialty colors like temperature color changing, cats eye and chrome - Ive ever seen in any nail salon! Hanna has been my nail tech for three years and counting.

Vivienne is so kind and gentle. She did my dip manicure and did an incredible job. Tony is thorough and made me feel very comfortable and attended to. I couldn’t recommend them and their salon more, it was a real treat.

My first time I went they forgot to add my coupon after I I just told her about it. The second time I went they charged me 65 for polish change on toes, soak off of powder nails and shellac. I have never paid that amount for those services. I asked why it was so expensive and she said they charged me $15 to soak off powder. Uummm what?! I have never paid more than $5 for soak off. The guy that did my nails was rushing me and they didn’t close for another hour. Instead of having me wash my hands when done he massaged them while they still had powder sheddings on them so it was like getting a massage with sand paper. That was my last straw. I will not be going there again.

Customer service was good but the nails were not dusted before painting which left a very untidy finish on the nails, over all the service was great but not the nails.wouldn’t go back.

I really like how personable the front desk lady was with her clients it was nice, even a window painter came by and she new him! also there color options were really good I’ve never seen these colors before ! Very happy and I’ll be back!

Paul did an amazing job on my nails! But the lady that did my feet i am disappointed with her service. I paid $50 plus a tip and for the amount of money i expect way better service. I am really upset to see i still have a lot of dead skin on my feet.

Only received ok quality from my first visit..wasnt until I met Helen my second & third visit was awesome she made up for my first visit....also the receptionist is great..she really makes the whole experience worthwhile....thanks to you all ...and they also practice social distances ....

Saw my sister, my daughter and I, less than an hour before closing and did all our nails perfectly !! This was our second time going and I definitely look forward to the next time!! We all had complimentary drinks and she even gave me a free nail polish that I really liked and told me I can bring it when I come back!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Very relaxing experience both times..

We love it! The people are awesome and they always get what we want. My nails need to be short and profesional for work and they make them look so natural, while on the other hand my teen daughter always wants long fancy/ fun nails and they always have the cleanest shape and perfect designs. The excellent service in a clean and beautiful atmosphere was quite refreshing. I received a glass of wine during my service. This was my first time visiting and I was very impressed with how attentive and nice the staff treated me and my sister when we were there. The prices are reasonable too and I strongly recommend this place. I would love to go back as soon as possible but Im not in The Woodlands area very often and I live far away.

I love this place! Paul is an artist when it comes to nails. This is my go to place when I need to relax after a long week. Paul is great about keeping me out of a rut with the same colors(purple and black). They also have great color options. The shop is clean and everyone is extremely friendly.

My friend recommended that I try jk nail spa, specifically the woodlands location. I live in Houston but after reading such good reviews I decided to drive over there and see for myself. I went in and they greeted me and were so polite and welcoming. I told them that I wanted a full set and I pulled up a picture on my phone showing them exactly what I wanted. And they did just that! The nail lady took her time and was excellent. You couldn’t tell the difference between my nails and the picture they were so well done. The prices are decent as well. I was overall very satisfied with my visit and I can now say that the drive from Houston was worth it.

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 3 months now. Each time I’ve come in, the manager/owner has always greeted me and helped me receive the quickest service. This last time I went, I went on Saturday and got shillac done on hands and feet. I had my thumb nail chip early Monday morning. I decided to see if I could go in to get the one nail repaired by a technician. The owner has me sit immediately, and worked on the repair herself. Upon looking at the work done, she took it upon herself to redo all of my nails to ensure they don’t chip again. She had another technician come over to help her remove the previous polish. I had never seen the owner do nail work before, so I was extremely impressed she did the new set herself. Needless to say, she did a fantastic job completely free. Thank you for excellent customer service!! I truly enjoy my visit each time I’ve come. I will definitely recommend their services to others!

Great service, great atmosphere ! So much more than just a nail salon, great spa services too. Best facial ever! The spa is extremely clean, relaxing and has a very professional staff. Will never go anywhere else for my spa needs in The Woodlands.Ps ... look for Jane, she is the best pedicure giver I ever experienced, she took an hour to make sure all my ingrown toenails removed. She also took extra care on removing the callus on my heels which has built up for thousand years...Love my feet’s again!

I have been going here for about 4 years. Everyone is always very friendly and the salon is very nice and clean. I have been using Paul for my solar nails and he is GREAT. Judy is who I use for my pedicure and waxing and she is GREAT also. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I got the dip powder for the first time and it sucks. He didn’t do them thick enough and they peel I’ve had them for a week everyone is cracked. I do not recommend this!

Im always welcomed when I call or walk into this place. I just love the atmosphere and the employees are very sweet and attentive. I get my lashes and my nails done and both are amazing and affordable!! If youre looking for a great place for lashes especially, I recommend this place very highly.

Love this place great service, I have a grandmother with alzheimers and they are very accommodating. The only draw back is I like fancy nails with designs and different colors and textures but they dont really do that. but they do do a very good full set or dip one color.

I tried JK after I saw pics online- which I shouldve looked into before switching to a new salon. Look at the reviews & pics, that says it all. I didnt do research when trying a new spot & ended up having a horrible experience at Nails of America (on Sawdust). I NEEDED a great salon who KNEW how to do nails. As seen on all pics on reviews for JK, you can tell these are quality nails- good products & skill that leave you with noticeable beautiful nails. I got Justin to do full set & he did an insanely good job. He spent time on the tiny details & made sure the shape & color was exactly what I asked for. I was SO impressed by the salon that I tried lash extensions w Judy 2 days later. I have long lashes naturally & was concerned it wouldnt be worth the cost. The 1st time, I got 9,10,11 length (shortest, beg length) & was blown away at how its saved me mascara time every morn. Im convinced it even helps my eyes look more balanced in photos. I went back 2 weeks later for nail & lash refill. I was glad to see there were few that fell out. Its recommended every 3-4wks for lashes. I got 11,12,13 length on my 1st lash refill- which Im happy w. Its nice to save time in morn & feel like my eyes are always done. Im very rough so Im surprised the need to rub my eyes hasnt caused problems. I will be using Justin & Judy forever!

I have been getting my nails done at JK for almost 2 years and I have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and my nails always look nice. About 3 months ago I started getting my lashes done by Judy and she is outstanding! I tried the chain lash salons and ended up broke and disappointed. I am so glad I gave Judy a try, my lashes look great every time.

This location is Not associated with all other JK Nails & Spa. This place is in front of Walmart on Sawdust Road in the Woodlands.All the staffs here are nice and friendly. They respect the customers in terms of speaking English. It’s a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I have been to a few nail salons that I thought the staffs were fighting and arguing in their native language.All in all, I found my new favorite nails salon which is the JK Signature. Furthermore, besides nail services including acrylic, dipping and gel, this salon also offers eyelash extensions, body massage, facial massage, facial threading and full body waxing.

I went in on my lunch break and was able to be seen right away. Justin did my nails and did a great job. In all I had a great experience. I will definitely be going back.

Im having a love hate relationship with this place. The first time I went here was great (I got the natural gel set) . The second time was okay (refill). Third and fourth were awful. After the third time I went three nails fell off within TWO DAYS. !!! So I went in to get them fixed and was told that the person who did my nails messed them up so badly that they had to redo the full set and i was charged for a new set, not a refill. (They discounted it which i appriciate, but it still came out to more than a refill). Here I am less than a week later and three nails broke off again. The people here are great but their skills are blah. I am only speaking on the natural liquid gel set and refills. I can not speak about other services offered because i never got anything else .

VERY POOR QUALITY! I decided to try somewhere closer to my home. Big mistake!! I asked for a mani Pedi on my natural nails with shelac nail polish, my 15 year old a full set with pedicure both with shelac. The polish didn’t last on my nails for over 5 days. It actually started peeling the second day. My toenail polish had bubbles in it and my daughters full set was not done properly. We did not go there close to closing time yet the services were rushed!!! I had to take my daughter back because the nail tech didn’t even file underneath her nails. She had nail glue and powder in hunks under her nails, that’s just how much it was rushed. $178 for poor quality work and I was overcharged!!! Never Ever Again. Back to my regular spa

I got my nails done on a Saturday. The lady I got was very rude and pushy when it came to me picking out my color. When I sat down we started my nails I could tell the color wasnt the one I asked for, so I asked her if it was the one I picked and she said yes keep in mind I picked out a purple and what is on my finger is blue. When she started gluing down my nails they kept popping off and she was trying to put them back on without gluing them down all of my nails are not the same size or shape. it is now Tuesday and two of my nails have already popped off. It looks like she didnt put any glue on my nails so they are popping off without me touching anything. I paid 65 dollars for this set I will be going back and having them fix my nails for free or I will be getting my money back! I will NEVER EVER RETURN BACK HERE!!!!

My daughter went and got her nails done rite after the open from the pandemic and they charge her 20 dollars more than usual. I refuse to go again to used their service I will take my business some else.

I am a huge fan of the atmospere -music- and skill. The owner is present often and JK has a good selection of colors. Dexter and Mary Jane are my pedi/nail stylist’s. I appreciate the conversation and the time they take to get the job done. I am somewhat picky and an avid golfer so nails have to stay looking good. Come give them a try!

I absolutely LOVE the way PAUL does my nails but every time I attempt to make an appointment there’s always some type of drama. The lady that answers the phone & schedules appointments is sweet but incredibly high strung. She’s trying to juggle & justify so many things, I get exhausted just speaking with her to make an appointment. After years of going to the same mediocre salon, I was so excited about JK and now I’m just frustrated because my appointment always gets changed for 1 reason or another. There’s no consistency & I feel rushed through a process when I go. There’s no one like Paul (& the other nail techs are good as well) but I struggle with the hassle of making, keeping, & enjoying an appointment.

Everyone was very nice and my fingernails nails came out great (gel). Only reason I couldnt give all 5 stars was i still had very rough heels after my pedicure and there were areas of my toenails that were left unpainted and/or messy.

My daughters and I had our nails done there today. What an enjoyable experience we had. The staff is so friendly and always do an excellent jobThanksCarissa

I couldn’t get to my usual nail shoppe because of the distance and the time I needed to be at a school meeting so I popped into JK thinking Id get a quick refill and go back to my shoppe in 2 weeks.They were very welcoming at the door and assigned my first appt to Vikki. OMGOSH!!! I’m in love. She repaired the broken nail, reshaped and transformed my shabby nails to something that looks like the nails you see on Pinterest. They look so good YAY!!! SIDE NOTE: I’m a advit nail wearer ( my one vice), it’s my treat for working as hard as I do and Vikki took it to another level for me.Bye bye other shoppe I found a new spot 🤣🤣

Went here for wax on my first visit and had a great experience. Returned later for a manicure, pedicure, and wax. The experience was very disappointing. The technician left my toes bleeding in two locations and applied a big drip of polish on one nail, causing it to look very sloppy.The staff is very friendly, but I will be going elsewhere for manicures and pedicures. I recommend you do as well.
