Its hit and miss with Supercuts. The problem is that there are always new people cutting hair, so its not easy to stick with one person who gets to know you, and who gets to know your hair. I had a terrible cut yesterday from someone I had never seen there before. One can only get a same day appointment, even when asking for a next day early morning appointment in the late afternoon. I had approximately 15 hair cuts at Supercuts, but yesterday was my last one. I came in to freshen up the hair cut I had, but I walked out with a different hair cut.

It may not be a barbershop but they do a great job. The price on hair cuts are good. Thumbs up for my stylist Judith she is great and has a joyful attitude.

My father recently got a haircut here. His words were “ the worst haircut ever” He told me how she messed up badly one side of his head his hair was shorter then the other side. And what a total waste of money never coming back here again.

You will be very disappointed if your looking for a good haircut.. this place is not a barbershop.. worst experience ...have to go somewhere soon to get my hair fixed 😫

I didnt make it on time to my usual Great Clips salon so decided to try Super Cuts instead since they were still open. I was so happy that I did. I have thick wavy hair and asked if she could cut it following the wave. Outcome, this was the best haircut I have had in I cant remember how long.There were no regrets later because this side or that didnt come out right, just a perfect, beautiful cut.i am definitely going back.

If you have an appointment you shouldnt have to wait more than a few. and the gal that was cutting our hair today did not seem as if she was very happy.

Second time getting my hair done, if you want color ask for Karen R. She is good and an amazing job with my hair I love it. The staff is friendly, place is clean, and its not too busy yet since its fairly new. I will come back for touch ups with my color and future cuts. Kids cuts are welcome and the girls are very patient and listen well to what you want done. Thanks everyone!💓

Had the perfect person do my hair, she was nice and polite, and easy to get along with.

Took my three sons into get hair cuts. Young girl was first offsetting with how her customer service skills are. Very dry and almost like drill Sargent. Answering phones and making appointments as she was cutting my sons hair. Asked for a 2 with a fade and small spikes son came out with a buzzed cut. Very disappointing. She gave me the so called cut or should i say chopped hair on the house and we left. I will never go back to this place again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Set up appt for 430, arrive 5 minutes early and am told itll be 35 minutes due to walk ins. What?! Whats the point of an appt then...

Went here for the first time a couple of days ago, got a great cut from Bethanie, I wear my hair in a very short pixie cut and always have hard time getting it done right, but Bethanie nailed it. The shop was very clean and nice looking and I didnt have to wait. Definitely going back.

Ive been back multiple times asking to have my sides shaved and mohawk cut. The sides are great but the mohake was cut all wrong in the back. This has happened evevery time I go, I was thinking Im describing it how I want it wrong but no. After multiple failed tries and one success I have decided that the ladies here dont know what theyre doing. Instead of it fading down and coming to a point at my hair line (like it was just a little too long, the whole reason I went in for a cut in the first place), she shaved the whole back down and made my hairline into a point. I will not be returning and will be finding a better more professional place to go and have my hair cut. The price is a little bothersome too because usually Im just there for a shave which most places charge 5 or 10 dollars for. 20 bucks to shave my sides is way too much.

Never go here ever, went here and asked for a taper and they gave just shaved half my head, it’s horrible just pay 25 dollars for a quality cut.

Got my hair cut by a manager (did not get her name though). Only when I came home, I noticed that one side of my hair was shorter than the other. So, not too happy! Also waiting was horribly long and the lady who cut my hair talked way too much. I think that distracted her from doing my hair right.

I cant speak for all the girls there but 1 of the girls who cut my daughters bangs, a task that seems simple and should be for them was so so hard for this girl to do. I asked her can you cut my daughters bangs a lil above her eyebrows she said okay! :) then as she said she was finished my daughter walked to me and her bangs were so crooked and still all in her face. The young lady said do you like it mom? I said uh, (asking for the 2nd time) can you cut her bangs a lil ABOVE her eyebrows please? She said alright no problem! :) Then returned my daughter once again with long in her face bangs. I said out loud in front of her and the customers sitting waiting there, Wow! This lady CANNOT cut bangs! They are so crooked and still so long I dont get what she doesnt understand. Customers saw and agreed. The lady got shy and smiled and walked away. I went to pay for her and my sons haircut and she asked if I was going to tip her and i said Really? Absolutely not. I am not happy with my daughters bangs, they are super crooked and still so long. They arent even worth paying for. She just stayed quiet and said oh. .okay.. (such an odd lady).. I am never going back there again. The other lady who cut my sons hair wasnt so bad though. I wish I got there names. Basically the only brunette worker there was the lady who cut my daughters hair. She does not know what she is doing and is super nervous and odd.
