My sister and I had a great experience, upon arriving there was only one attendent.. she was polite and courteous and offered beverages promptly, she called another tech and we were Services right away with a smile and great recommendations. I love my nails!

I go to Paul and love the service. Its a smaller shop which I like - less noise than others Ive been to. Its relaxing rather than feeling like Im in a cattle call. I love its convenient location and the friendly staff. Id highly recommend it!

Quoted $45 and ended up paying $55. Nails were thick and length was inconsistent. The guy doing my nails was rude and got an attitude when I said he cut the nail tip too short. Wish i had some pictures...Just go to Nails and Spa of Texas which is just 5 minutes away. Same price, wayy better service.

The small nail salon allows for the relaxation I’m looking for when I get manicures or pedicures. It’s a nice break from the hustle of bigger, noisier salons. The staff is very welcoming and they take their time.

I just wasnt happy with the service. Im not going to shame them publicly because I respect small businesses. Definitely wont return ever! God bless your business. ✌

I got there at 9 AM this morning. There was only one lady there, but she was the sweetest. I received a special pampering this morning, and I’m so thankful for it and for her.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever taken my daughter to. The man who did her nails did an ok job until all of them started to crack in the same place . She came back twice for repairs so we ask could he fix all of them and he said no just the broken ones. I said if uyo cant fix them all whats the point can we just get a refund he said no nothing but attitude . This place is the worst I dont even know how there still open. They need a enter at your own risk sign out front ! 0 stars if it was an option 50$ shame!!

2 star rating due to the new management and the new personnel. I used to LOVE this place but my favorite people are no longer there; Tran and Paul. 😞 Im glad that Amy is still there b/c she does the best pedicures!! I used to rate them as a 5 when my peeps were there BUT now its just not the same. The new personnel just arent as personable and they dont do my nails with the same quality that I used to get from Tran and Paul. Also, theyre prices are way too high for solar and shellac. Its a shame because of how conveniently they are located to where I live. Now I need to find a new salon that is high quality, personable and not as expensive as Rayford Nails!! Feel free to share if you can direct me to another salon off of Rayford or Riley Fuzzel. Thanks!

I like this place and the nail techs, they are always willing to stay open late and the prices are in line with the levels of service. Its a super convenient location too.

Got my pedi/manicure for the first time after 7 years in the Mexican desert. Great job, massage chair was excellent, feet feel 100% better.

I went to Rayford Nails because they were having a discount and they did a terrible job with my nails. I got a shellac manicure and while the lady did a good job of cuticle trimming, the polish job was awful. There are streaks on the polish and the top coat is not thick enough. I wish I had gone somewhere else and paid full price.

Worst Experience Ever. This Was Always My Go To Nail Salon. Been For Near 3 Years But Last Week iDecided To Go Back And iRegret It. The Service Was Awful. I Dont Remember The Guys Name Who Helped Me But All iKnow Is Im Never Going Back. My Nails Are All Shaped Differently, It Was Suppose To Be An Ombre Design. He Definitely Didnt Nail It, He Even Made My Nail Cuticles Bleed From How Ruff He Handled My Hand, He Didnt Even Bother To Fix My Natural Nails Before Putting The Powder On. Just Horrible. Worst 50$ iEver Spent.

Went in on Sunday to get a full set, my first time at this salon. Was quoted $35 but when I went to pay, was charged $47. Asked for squared nails, most certainly did not get it. (I filed my nails myself afterwards to try to get the shape I had wanted.) Some of my nails actually arc upward so they look really stupid, some arc down naturally. Inconsistent length. Some nails dont match my natural nail bed at all so she just filed them to match, which looks weird and will look worse as my nails grow. They are also crazy thick. Will not be back.

Mess up my nails as a guy I really dont get my nails done but when I came here oh boy let me see such angry faces from the management. Just a few days ago I was in there and saw this girl name kelly playing on her phone and not even caring for the customer.

My daughter and I go here, nails last a long time plus you get two weeks guarantee card. They are starting to over charge on prices each visit for same requested service the prices are constantly rising.

If you ever purchase a gift certificate better beware! A friend purchased a GC for me or $40 and when I went to use it for the first time the nail tech ran it and said there was a zero balance! I had NEVER used it and even though I had the receipt my friend had given me to show the amount no one including the manager would believe me! In fact several of the nail techs AND the manager made me feel like a criminal and started talking about me each time I came in there to try and resolve it! The manager refused to acknowledge that a mistake could have possibly been made! NO RESOLUTION! I will never return there!

The guy the did my nail cut my cuticle and blood went into my acrylics it told them 3 hours to do my nail all I got was acrylic nail and a couple of my nail were crucid and I said something to him and he ignored me I will not be going her again

The worst- bad eyebrow wax and most of my solar nails were broken after a week.
