Me and my wife just randomly go to this nail spa because it closes to my house. I got a Volcano pedicure which is pedicure #4 on the menu because they’re having promotion 15% off with the new manager. It turns out amazing, they took their time to work on my pedicure, amazing feet massage. I felt asleep while the technician do the massage for me. My wife got the dipping powder, she was happy with the result, her nail really pretty. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely come back and continue support this local nail spa.

I had the best experience today. The new owners and employees are so kind and did an amazing job with my Pedicure and Dip Manicure. Both came out beautifully! They took their time and made sure I was happy every step of the way.I had the opportunity to talk to and get to know them throughout both services. We had a wonderful conversation, they got to know me and I got to know them.I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back every time I need some pampering! I will definitely spread the word…I love supporting small, local businesses!Great customer service means a lot to me and they truthfully earned the 5 star rating…many times that is hard to find nowadays. I appreciate businesses that go the extra mile and they did just that.

When I say they did exactly what I asked in great timing. I was extremely relaxed and they took great care of me and my daughter. This is my 3rd time here and each time was an even better experience. They are the absolute best on Louetta.

New management is the BEST! Nikki did everything she needed to do to make me feel comfortable and she’s really sweet! Not to mention, the shop closed @ 7pm, she allowed us to come in at 7:10pm, not one time complained and still did everything she needed to do for us and then some! 10/10 for me!

Theyre relatively new but one of the best pedicures Ive had in a long time! A lot of attention to detail and such friendly staff!!! Will definitely be coming back next time Im in the area!

The shape is horrible and there is uneven places in the nails .. I showed her several times where the uneven places where and still did not fix them ... the shape is so horrible...

I drive 1.5 hours into Spring, Texas because LiLy is the absolute best! Her technique, attention to detail and service is wonderful. I do not have to remind her of ANY of my mani/pedi needs. Its been two weeks and my nails still look great! Thanks Lily. BTW, she has moved to NaNa Beauty Nail & Spa just down the street!

They tried to use dirty tools on my feet. I literally had to tell her not to use the same tools she just used on someone else on my feet. Disgusting. Plus the massage was weak and short. Do not recommend unless you bring an atiseptic and a fungicide. They also tried to take my friends nail polish that she brought herself.

They did a great job on manicure and pedicure. They used a special disposable liner for the pedicure tub. That was very hygenic and I appreciated that I didnt have to wonder it the tub had been thoroughly cleaned.

Got a deluxe pedicure for 35$. Go here frequently. They always tend to do a good job. I had a bad experience a year ago where the lady was too rough, but theyve improved. Realized the prices at other places have definitely gone up around here and its hard to find a place I trust. They always want cash and sometimes glare when I pay with card.Edit: June 2018 - They have improved and dont glare anymore when you pay with card. However it looks like the floor could use a good mop.

Never had a problem. Lilly does my feet and nails and does an absolutely wonderful job. As far as waxing goes, I have my eyebrows threaded. Great job.

Very unsanitary place. I will never go again. I am seriously considering reporting them. It was THAT BAD! I got waxed and they kept reusing the same stick in the wax. Image the ppl who get their brows waxed. So gross!
