Lena and Teresa did a wonderful job on my manicure, pedicure and brows. They are sweet people and very easy to talk to. For my first visit I will be coming back as a regular. Thank you so much for taking care of me, even after I stepped on my own toenail and ruined the paint. Lol ❤️

Ive been coming here for many years now and they are consistently great! When you walk in, they greet you by name and welcome you like family.I get my nails done here - both artificial finger nails and my pedicure. Never disappointed. They have several options for the pedicure. It is so relaxing. I wish I could afford to have a pedicure every week!Highly recommended. Wheelchair friendly. They also have a drink bar if youre into that.

I was very disappointed with my visit to E-Nails. The person who did my nails was very unprofessional. They were on their phone the whole time talking while giving me a manicure. They seemed pretty careless and just wanted to get the job done already. Within less than 2 weeks, my dip manicure was already falling apart. Unfortunately, I will not go back here to get my nails done again.

Went for the first time today. A true little gem of a place. The ladies are so nice here! They gave me great advice on colors and did a great work! Perfect nails & nice setting. When I have a couple of extra pennies from my paycheck I definitely give this place some love.

I have had great experiences here but this last time was not one of those times. I was happy when i left and my nails looked great. I had the dip and design done. 4 days later the top coat on two of my nails started to peel off. Unfortunately with my schedule i was unable to get back to see if they would fix it.

Have been going here for about a few years now. Austin and Theresa are my faves. They know me!!! Thats important. I have always had an awesome experience! I will never go anywhere else.

The people at E Nails are awesome. I moved to the area a year ago and tried plenty of nail salons. I stopped looking after this one. They take pride in what they do and treat you like a gem. My first experience there was great. I asked for ombre with a real natural look. After the first nail wasnt perfect by the technicians standards he started over and the rest was absolutely perfect. I appreciated the fact that he wasnt okay with being mediocre and wanted perfection. I have gone there ever since and live it there. Definitely worth your hard earned money for quality work.

My sister and I were pleased with the service and overall atmosphere of E-Nails. However, we felt left in the dark about pricing. We had talked for weeks about trying out the $16 classic pedicure that is advertised off of Rayford Rd. We told the hostess that we each wanted this classic pedicure and we were seated immediately. We confirmed the price with our manicurist and she asked if it was our first time here. We told her yes, under the impression it was $16. When it was time to pay, the hostess told us it was going to cost us more. When we questioned why, she said the $16 promotion is only valid Monday-Thursday on your first visit. We reluctantly paid, and as we were leaving, we checked out the sign on the road. IF it does disclaim that this price is only valid Monday-Thursday AND on your first visit, it can not be read from the road. There are many other nail salons in the area that offer reasonably priced pedicures. We will not be returning to E-Nails.

Very clean, nice place. Its called Elite bar and nail, they got a bar in there. Although thinking abt it, Ive never been offered any. Price isnt too bad either.

I went here yesterday to get a manicure, pedicure and for my upcoming wedding. I only wanted a classic manicure however, I was talked into getting the paraffin on the heels of my feet. Next I got a French manicure with the shellac finished off by the eyebrows. Imagine my surprise when my bill totaled $81!Mind you I didnt even have acrylic on my nails. They are way too pricey! My fiance and I went at separate times and they are so heavy on the suggestive selling that it begins to annoy you. The male that works there asked my fiance if he would like a bikini wax.My my lady who helped me suggested I get an underarm wax, bikini wax, lip wax, chin wax. I was only getting my eyebrows done. I have no facial hair so the mere suggestion is outrageous.The place is really clean yes however due to the you know to all the suggestive selling to the point you cant even relax its too much for me. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I have been going to this place for years and they have always treated me really good... Lena who does my nails is always available and does a bada** job!!! I now take my 3yr old and they are outstanding with her!!!

Teresa did a fabulous job! Excellent service and excellent skill... Definitely going back to see her!

Have been going here for years. Went last week however, spent 200 bucks on my daughters and my hands and feet. The lady doing my feet would not listen and did not do the in growns when I was getting the deluxe pedi. And my nails I got powder and they broke in two days . I called and they said I would have to pay to fix them all. Not happy . They are definitely losing a regular

Love going to this nail salon, however it really just depends on what person you get to do your nails. The first time i went and got fake nails and he did a really great job, but when i went again i got this girl that did alright, but it definitely wasnt worth the money. It was not bad, but it wasnt what i expected. I go get my eyebrows done there every other week and this one lady Theresa is amazing, she is so nice and has conversations with you. She also does a great job! They also ask after every little thing that they do if they did it how you wanted it, so i like that. The pricing is good for me and i will definitely continue to go there.

This was the worst service Ive ever had! I was referred here and I was very excited. My pedicure was nice and relaxing and the young lady taking care of me was on point. The set up here is nice and they offer beverages however the service from my nail tech was trash. I came in and requested a mani/pedi I was rushed to the back without picking a color which wasnt a big deal until my tech asked why I hadnt picked a color before he started(insert eye roll). He also continued to make rude remarks when I asked him to touch up the struggle set he gave me. The first red flag was it only taking him about 20 min from start to finish, the tips he cut were all different, he didnt buff my cuticles at all to smooth things out, he painted over acrylic dust which left lumps in my polish, he didnt turn my hand over to clear any extra acrylic, the acrylic on the front of my nails was lumpy and bumpy and all different thicknesses. Then he had the nerve to tell me it would be extra for him to fix my cuticles. After I complained he came with a nipper and fixed one nail then painted over the rest of my dusty cuticle and walked off. After taking a few minutes to compose myself I asked that he come look at my nails because I wasnt happy, he came out of the back area walked past me twice and didnt come look at his work. I then asked why he hadnt come to fix his lumps the manager came out and looked at them and pointed out everything I saw wrong and got to work. They still werent the best but they were way better. Needless to say I wont be going back.

I unfortunately didnt have the best service. I dont know the name of the man who did mine but he was older and his chair was #1. My service was very rushed. I didnt even get the the chance to even pick my colors before he started putting the nails on. He was aggressive with my hands rushing my service. He did not even try to ensure good quality for the money i paid for. He was very rude. Result: my nails were pretty from the colors I had chosen, but were VERY crooked.

The service is excellent, especially Theresa and the paint lasts a long time.

Had a pedicure and eyebrow wax yesterday. It was my first time at this place. It was awful. The person who gave me the pedicure had an attitude of disregard that was tough to take. I saw other employees that seemed to have great customer service but mine did not. There are too many other nail salons to put up with rudeness. I Do Not recommend this place at all. no no no

Horrible just horrible for what they charge. I spent $62 on a pedicure and manicure. My manicure was a fill color change. The guy told me after he cut down my nails and asked if I wanted the same shape that they were too short to give me coffin shape. A gel clear coat of something was put on my red color that totally messed up my nails after washing them. Honestly the worst place I have been to. I wish I could tag a photo.

I would never go here again. I wanted to get acrylic nails done for the first time so my boyfriend surprised me and took me here because his aunt had suggested it. The guy I had was so rude to me. He kept getting annoyed because I didnt hold my hand the right way and would hit my fingers to push them down, instead of just asking me to move them. I told him multiple times that this was my first time ever getting them done, so I was not familiar with the process. He was so rude it almost made me cry. Didnt tip him because he didnt deserve it after the way he treated me.

Giving Enails 2 stars because the staff here are generally kind. I used to visit Enails regularly, and used to enjoy it. However, after having not visited in several months, it seems the quality of service has deteriorated. Today, I decided to treat myself to a Mothers Day manicure. I was looking forward to getting an arm massage and cleaning up my nails. I signed in for a Deluxe Manicure. The manicurist was on smoke break and called in from outside to tend to my hands, he missed several steps in the process. He did not offer the standard drink or snack that comes with the manicure. He rushed through my entire manicure, did not apply cuticle softener to my nails and let them soak prior to trimming them, the hot towels that were used to wrap my arms were at best luke warm, and to top it off, he did not massage my arms or hands. I did bring it to his attention and he simply said that I would get my massage after my nails were painted and dried. Only then did he finally offer a drink...but never brought that drink. Another staff member painted my French tips (which came out nice). After 15 minutes of dry time, no one came to massage my hands/arms. I brought all of these concerns to the owners attention, he did absolutely nothing to provide a remedy, instead he charged me full price for services. I usually tip anywhere from $15-20 on top of my services, but today I tipped way less and will not be returning to Enails again.

Ive been getting my nails done here for the last six years. Ive never had any problems, and theyre always courteous.

We were told on the phone a manicure with shellac was $23 and when we arrived at the store they told us the same. A classic pedicure was $23. After they started my niece was told for manicure with shellac and acrylic removal it was $38. Our totals were $81 each! I have never paid $81 for nails and toes even with powder gell nails put on and a deluxe pedicure at Woodlands nail shops.They charged $20 extra for shellac on both nails and toes, for a total of $40. When asked if my niece paid $38 to include nail removal and I didnt have nails removed, why is our charges the same, they lied and said her powder gell nail removal was free! Right, these shops do nothing for free. I had less service and was charged the same. I will NEVER return to this place. Bait and switch is their game.

DO NOT GO HERE! My aunt and I went to get our nails and toes done. I called and asked them how much for a shellac pedi and mani and to take off the fake nails I had on. They said $5 to remove my fake nails and $23 for a shellac pedi and the same for a mani. Now Im not math wiz but Im pretty sure this adds up to $48. When we got ready to pay they said that will be $81. Now Im not one to cause a scene so I paid it and came home and told my husband and my uncle what happened. They went back to the nail place and told them the prices we had been given and the nail salon said well the price they paid is right. They will not give us a refund for the amount they over charged us. When the guy took my fake nails off he didnt even bother to clean the glue and crap off from the nails before he started painting my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional .As I picked out a color he told me “I’m only going to give you one more chance” the lady told me she could do 40 & soon left me with the guy he then told me “I don’t feel like doing your nails suck it up & clipped my nails off” . Very bad expirence when you could go somewhere else and pay a decent price without being treated wrongly.

Did a terrible job cleaning my cuticles and then painted over them and on my skin and did not clean it up at all so a couple hours later and already peeling.
