This was my first time going here. No complaints on how my nails turned out. I would suggest a couple of small fans to dry customers polish on their feet. Also, if you are going to offer drinks, make sure you offer that to EVERY CUSTOMER. I was never offered a drink, yet when another lady came in, she was offered a complimentary drink. I inquired and was NEVER offered. Needless to say, even though I loved the way she did my nails, I will NOT be returning there. Customer service is everything. Offer all customers the same service.

First off Hanna is a darling. My friend and I wanted a mani-pedi and she squeezed us in last minute. Clean, nice and very professional during our whole time there. She sanitizes her tools every time she’s done with one customer. I don’t remember the name of the lady that did our pedicure but she is the queen of multitasking. She did a really good job and we loved the result. I recommend 100%

I stopped in to check out the nail shop with the big pink martini on the building...and OMG!! I am so satisfied with my nails! Hannah is a perfectionist! She took her time and made sure the results were exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend this nail bar...conveniently located and fast perfect service! Can not wait to go back to try one of the many pedicures!

Sometimes I pick a colors other times I dont. They are extremely talented and I love every set of nails I get.

Weve just moved here from California and were looking for a nail salon to call home. I am glad that Ive found NuLook Nail Bar: They got best customer services and best quality works that Ive ever experienced, from my eyebrows, nails, manicure to pedicure. They took their time to do my massage and made sure that I am happy through out my whole appointment. Not to mention, they offered free cocktails, sodas, and water. Thank you Hannah and Micah for taking care of me. I will definitely come back and of course refer my family and all my new friends here in Spring. Love you gals. Highly recommended!!!

My friend and I were greeted at the door. There were only 2 employees and the one greeted us was already working on another client. We had to wait about fifteen minutes before the next employee was available to help us. She was in the back cleaning or maybe at lunch since we did come around lunch time. She greeted us with a very enthusiastic hello and made us feel welcome despite the wait. She asked us to pick out our colors while she prepped both our spots.The temperature of water and aroma of the bath salt was perfect. Hannah I believe was her name worked on both my friend and me. She was quick, very sweet and a great multitasker. She also offered us something to drink, which you could choose from water, sodas, wine or even a cocktail.My experience here was nice, I will come back again bc of Hannah.

I know there are a lot of nail salons in the area and it can get overwhelming to find a good one. But, Im glad I stopped in here today! Nu Look has only been open about a month and theyre still adding small touches. The managers, Adam and Hannah, are extremely friendly and eager to please. My nail tech, Tommy, was patient and thorough; my feet look and feel great! But the best part of this salon is the FULL BAR! Most local salons offer red or white wine; there is a full cocktail list here. And Adam was a bartender so Ill definitely be taking him up on the challenge to make me the best dirty martini ever. Come check out this new business! These are good folks and Im glad to have them in the community.

I enjoyed my first visit. Kyle did an amazing job on my nails. I got them dipped. He is a nail artist! The drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is laid-back but professional. This will definitely be my new nail spot.

I love this nail shop and their work yes they are a little pricey but hey you get what you pay for and their service and professionalism speaks for the prices Ive always been cheap when it came to my nails and toes but since I’ve started going here ummm I pay and luv every dime out it Remember you get what you pay for

Had an amazing experience at Nu Look Nail Bar! My nails and toes turned out fabulous. They really took their time to make me comfortable and help me select the perfect color for my nails. They offer plenty of selection and have delicious cocktails. Ill be back soon for my next visit!

The ladies who work here are nice and do a good job. The management however is bad. I do not recommend coming here if you actually want the 20%-40% discount they advertise. They do not follow through with the discounts. I paid $95 for what would normally be $65-75 anywhere else. And that was with a 20% discount after I made a big deal out of them not giving the lady next me her discount when she asked. They have signs everywhere but do not honor them and will tell you it was for a few weeks back. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back.If its really for that long ago, take your signs down. Or honor your advertisement. Way over priced.

Went to this new salon this week and I wont go anywhere else now! Great service (a dedicated receptionist is wonderful), CLEAN (almost everything is disposable and if it wasnt disposable it was clearly sanitized), and the management speaks english which is an added bonus. Variety of services are offered and my nails look great...And if I ever need a truly relaxing evening, what better than a pedicure at a salon with a full bar!! Highly recommend!

My new nail place! I came in late and they still took me in and stayed over a hour to finish my nails. My nails are bomb. Nuno went crazy on my shape! Great selection of colors, designs, comfortable chairs. I didnt catch the ladys name who did my pedicure, but she did a great job too. I look forward to going back.

Went here for grand opening. The place is very nice. The grand opening was a bit chaotic. They had nice little snacks and gifts, which was a nice touch. However, I got a classic manicure (basic), and a pedicure. I arrived by 8:40am and didnt leave the salon until 12pm. That is a long time for a simple service. I am hoping this was just because of the chaos of the grand opening. The lady who provided the majority of my service was Ann. She did a fantastic job. She is the o bbn ly reason I would like to go back to this particular shop. She gave me the best pedicure Ive had in a while. I cannot remember the other ladys name who helped paint my fingernails, but she was very busy and this is why my services took so long. I spent a good amount of time waiting. I plan to return to see Ann. I will say the pricing seemed a little high for some services. They ran a nice discount for grand opening which is probably why so many showed up. I plan to try again on a regular day to see how the service goes and of course to have Ann hook up these toes.

I had a great experience EXCEPT the prices are a little bit up there. I needed a refill forever and have been so consumed at work, I havent had the time to get a refill but my nails stayed in place along with the shellaic. Not chipped, not fallen off or anything. I paid for my sister manicure and my own-self an additional pedi about 3 weeks ago and it totaled to be $105 with an first open discount. that they advertised everywhere. Please pay attention they tell you all their services so that they can get the most $$$ from you as the customer, just like any other business out there. Loved my nails and I think I will be going back.

Horrible service- took 1.5 hours to do my nails. They were out of coke. Emailed the owner to try and make an appt to fix my nails after breaking after 2days- got no response. Don’t waste your time with this place.
