I started coming to this gym when I was just 14 years old. I was scrawny and weak. I joined with a couple of my football friends to see what this was about and there was the most life-changing decision I ever made. I got defined and stronger than ever. Octavius would do a couple of sessions a week with my group and it was amazing. For any young athlete or anyone out there that wants a great work out with weights and HIIT training, this is the spot. It made me get in the best shape of my life. It’s affordable, different and challenging. Octavius and Jeff are amazing trainers with different personalities and different methods of working you out but with 1 goal in mind: to make you better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
By far the cleanest gym I have ever been to! Octavius is my favorite trainer I have ever worked with. He is honest, hardcore, and his workouts are tough. He is also great at educating beginners and all clients on proper form and workout techniques. I love going to the group classes. He does an excellent job keeping the gym clean and safe.
This place has been the biggest blessing. They keep classes small and clean constantly throughout the workout so you are never touching equipment that someone else just touched. They work hard to make you feel comfortable as well as push you to get awesome results. I am not a morning person but Octavius makes waking up at 4 for 5 am boot camp worth it!
Octavius was an incredible trainer, humble and hard working. Could not ask for a better personal trainer. Had an amazing time working out with him. The best training spot / gym in the woodlands.
OSX is the best fitness gym in The Woodlands! Octavius pushes you really hard but keeps you motivated to finish each workout. Hes awesome!

Update!! Started going back to the gym again now that the family is growing. It is a great feeling that I miss. Thanks Octavius for opportunity to jump in on boot camp this morning. Going again soon. Octavius is great and he will push you to get the most out of each workout. Great gym and great people! Going again tomorrow in fact.
