I love 9 round work outs are amazing, staff is very friendly and definitely motive you to push yourself. However this location seems to have a slight issue with staffing and being prompt and on time. I have been a member for under a month and the three times I have come to this location they have been closed during operating hours.I’ve showed up on three separated occasions at 6:08 AM for my morning workout. First time the trainer arrived at 6:10am late but I didn’t complain because I love the workout. Second time I left the gym at 6:18am because the trainer still had not arrived. Third time I left the gym at 6:17am. I did call on my second visit regarding the manner and a very nice representative assured me that he would take care of it. I do live about 25 minutes away from this location, so this is very disappointing.

Tried the trial class in April wasnt happy with the training or trainer on that day and was assured that by getting the membership Id be able to determine which trainers and class times would be best. I was never able to get to a class (trainer didnt show on the mornings I chose to go) . Canceled at the end of April and Im still being charged. Have called several times after I was assured that I would be canceled;however Im still being charged. Huge disappointment!!

The workout and the trainers are the best! It has a super friendly atmosphere with encouraging words and support! I love working out there every day and love seeing the muscle gains!!!! It is the go to place for an intense workout!!!!
