I leased a unit with this company. It is easy to access. However they never advised that it is mandatory to come into their office and show them either your own lock or get one from them before you can access your unit. They state they want to make sure you arent using anyone elses lock on your unit. I still dont understand that and lost precious time trying to bring in my belongings and store. They send 3 letters with different hours listed when you can access your unit. Confusing at best

I was needing to use their shipment services. The young man found me a box to use and taped it up. Then when he realized it was going internationally and they couldnt do international services, he gave me information to know where to go and still let me have the box. Very helpful

Ive been a customer for years. This location offers a diverse line of rental storage spaces, shipment boxes and mail out services. The General Manager named Kim and her staff are always extremely hospitable, considerate and highly professional.

I use their shipping/tracking/mail services. As well as those they have a user computer linked to an MFP for all your scan, copy, print needs. Staff is always eager to help and their storage facilities are perfectly located for Northeast Spring where I live. A variety of other office supply products are available on site. UPS, USPS, FedEx services.

I highly recommend Devon self sorage! The staff is very friendly and helpful and want you to feel welcome. The facility is very clean and well kept ll around the premises. Thank you Kimberly!!! My new home for all my storing needs!

I got a storage unit but didnt decided I wasnt going to need it. I called and asked if they could cancel it and the girl I talked to said she would see about it. No one called me about it, but they decided to cancel it and refused to give me a refund. Ive been by a couple times and cant seem to get ahold of the manager to discuss the matter. that I should be working Ive made special trips and Altgether getting a storage unit there has cost me around $200 between the lost time I would have been working and the money they took for the storage unit. So I have paid for s storage unit that I dont actually have access to. I would recommend for anyone to go anywhere else because the people that work there are no help whatsoever.

Nice people well priced.

I liked the old owners that were there before.... this new Devon ownership is not as good. Plus they charge a daily late fee which can make a small unit like mine very expensive if you forget. I dont like the website payment part as it says you can pay in advance but it doesnt register in their bookkeeping. Bad site. Bad business.
