I have been renting units at Klein Krimmel Self Storage since November of 2018, and have had nothing but great experiences! I started with one 10x15 climate controlled unit and over the course of the last few months have rented two more - a 10x15 and 10x20. The units are clean, well maintained, and truly climate controlled. The hallways are lit well, a dolly was always readily available, and I always felt safe knowing that Andrew was on duty, monitoring the property. Speaking of Andrew and his team, they are friendly, courteous, and accommodating - always going over and above what was necessary to keep me happy. We moved our stuff to our new home this week, but if I ever again need a storage unit, I will definitely be coming back to Klein Krimmel Self Storage.

This was my first time using a storage unit, which I ended up using for almost a year. My experience was very pleasant. The unit was clean and the grounds were well kept. Affordable monthly price for an AC unit which is well lit and monitored by cameras. One morning, I even saw one of the workers doing rounds of all the units to ensure that every individual padlock was properly fastened. I felt very secure storing my items at this facility. During my last few months here, the monthly price did go up, but it was nothing extreme. The manager, Andrew, is friendly, accommodating, and transparent. I would recommend renting at Klein Krimmel Storage, 10/10.

Andrew is the property manager that lives on the property and hes very nice and friendly. We came to Klein Krimmel storage since we had to store our house why we wait for our next home to become available. He was very helpful and making sure we were taken care of. I will highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Klein Krimmel Storage is an excellent property to keep things in that you need to store that you dont have room for at home. The prices are competitive. The property is very well kept and always clean. Office personnel is friendly, helpful, and very professional. If you are looking for a good location with a good environment, Klein Krimmel Storage is my recommendation.

Andrew the Manager of this location is very friendly and helpful. He actually lives on premises which makes me feel more at ease. The rent is reasonable and they do not raise the prices after you have moved in. There are cameras everywhere and gated entry. I would recommend this location for your storage needs over others that are in the area.

We have be using Klein Krimmel for about 3 years now, and have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever!!! The manager, Andrew, is a really nice guy, who will bend over backwards for your business, and to accommodate you. The complex is always neat, clean, and in good order. It did not flood during these past 3 floods or hurricanes, and that is a very GOOD thing!! The pricing is fair and in line with, or possibly even a little lower than the other nearby storage facilities. They also offer special promotions like FREE document shredding or FREE electronics disposal, and SCHOOL SUPPLY drives. As long as I need a storage facility, I will be their customer!! BTW... we live in The Woodlands, and CHOOSE not use any facility that may be closer to us!! WE LIKE KLEIN KRIMMEL SELF STORAGE THAT MUCH!!!!!!!

When I compared storage facilities in the area, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the best-priced facility I found was also the cleanest and most well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me into my unit. I highly recommend Klein Krimmel Self Storage.

Andrew was very helpful showing us all the different sizes and locations for the units. Also explained all the criteria, restrictions and timelines for payments etc. He helped us find the perfect unit for a great price. We especially liked how clean and well maintained the entire facility is.We also attended a business fare hosted by the facility. We were able to recycle our electronics, get a yummy breakfast and interview a potential mover for our upcoming move. All after unloading a few more boxes into storage.Has been a great experience and I highly recommend Krimmel Klein Self Storage.

Klein Krimmel Self Storage is a great place. I know my storage units are safe from theft and floods. But better yet, I feel safe every time I need to enter the property or units.
