I needed a storage unit, same day, fast because Life Storage messed up the size I needed and was trying to get me into a unit twice expensive then what I reserved on line. I called Klein Mini Storage, told Darlene my problem she matched my quote from the other storage and offered me 1/2 off the 1st 2 months. Plus locked me into that rate for 1 year. (In Writing) I was greeted by Darlene who was very friendly and professional. She got me set up fast and the whole process was painless. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, because moving is stressful enough. She made it as easy as possible. Called about a month ago and spoke to Darlene, to ask about some pricing on U-Haul and info regarding renting a space to store some things while my current home is on the market - Darlene was super knowledgeable and very friendly and really seemed to care about our needs. Darlene really went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered and she was very patient and didnt just want to hurry up and get me off the phone like a lot of places will do when you call to ask questions about their pricing or products. Darlene really made an impression and Klein Mini Storage is where we are storing our household goods, till we sell our home.

Great service! We rented a U-haul from Klein Mini Storage and the truck was spotless and sanitized! Manger Darlene went above and beyond to get me a bigger unit at a cheaper rate than my previous storage location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage place and U-haul.

Very personalized service. When I arrived, I had the wrong size ball on my hitch. But Darla (manager) loaned me her personal hitch for me to use. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I returned to unload in my storage unit Darla came down with a cold bottle of water and checked on us.

Darlene was GREAT! The process of renting our space was incredibly simple it was after hours and I was able to rent a storage online with Darlene. She explained everything and answered all questions we had.

Darle at Klein mini storage & U-haul was proactive in reaching out to me to make sure I understood the process for picking up the truck via the mobile app, and helped get my info setup ahead of time so I could get through the check-in process even faster. I was able to get my truck and go quickly! I also rented a 10x20 unit, the property is old however Darle was quick to point out that they are older then new storages but they have everything that they do. It was Darle and the way she presented the property is why we picked Klein mini storage, love that the cameras read licences plates as you come and go off property.

We have had a storage unit for 5+ years. The facility is always clean and very friendly owners! I wouldnt want to store my possessions anywhere else! Also VERY AFFORDABLE!! I appreciate the personalism that I receive from the owners😁🎉 Thank you Klein Self Storage!

We just moved here from Utah, the staff here was amazing! They offered us information on the schools, shopping areas, and churches in the area. When we returned our U-Haul truck the manager was so helpful and checked on us, she even stayed late to make sure we could get out after hours.

I went there to rent a U-haul trailer and ended up getting a storage unit as well. They went above and beyond my expectations in finding the trailer I requested, helped me find a mover to unload my trailer into my unit. Great customer service friendly and outgoing.

We have stored our 30 foot RV trailer at Klein storage for 3 years. Their customer service is great. We always felt our Rv was secure and safe. We would highly recommend storing there. The prices were reasonable. It is gated and secure with a passcode for entry.

Darlene found space for our motor coach when no other storage facilities could. She even met us on a Sunday to open up and do the paperwork. Exceptional service!

Great place to rent, affordable. Ive been with them for years and Never had an issue. Ever time I come to my unit the manager Darlene will come down and check on me and see if I need anything. She always brings me a cold bottle of water.
