Spoke with Greta Barnes on the phone this week about space options and prices and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Greta really took the time to figure out our needs and recommend the best option for us rather than just trying to hurry up and get off the phone the way a couple of the other storage companies treated us when we called to check prices. We will definitely be renting from Life Storage for our upcoming relocation!

I was in the middle of a panic move and they were absolutely amazing and helped me through everything!The ONLY thing I didnt like was there is no dumpster for customers to throw away smaller trash. I know throwing out a mattress of furniture would be a HUGE responsibility but just a little dumpster to throw away little items would be nice, other than that AWESOME facility and PERFECT location. My unit was climate controlled and it was absolutely everything I needed

John save me from a last minute jam. Its raining had to move and had a inside storage reverseved but couldnt allow inside to be molded so he fixed me up with a outside storage for in my price range. I would say one of the best experiences I have experienced.

John helped out my family, always courteous whenever we had a question, or wanted to check a storage unit, or if we had another question. He also made sure the unit we ended up getting was close to the door (I walk with a cane, so limited time standing) we left happy.

My only complaint would be the prices were increased which makes it harder to maintain a storage. The front desk Caucasian male was not very customer friendly and the front office was closed at 4pm which is weird but we waited and were able to gain access to the storage upon his return. I have to be honest I wont ever use Life Storage for my storage needs in the future. The customer service experience was a tidbit sour to me

Had a great experience with LIfe Storage. Found our dream home which resulted in us needing to get ours on the market ASAP. Went to Life Storage to rent a small unit to clear out a bit of the house. I looked at prices online and they were the best bang for the buck for what we needed. Spoke with, I believe his name was John, and he showed me the few different size units I was debating, gave me pricing, a lock, signed papers, all within less than an hour. The process was quick and easy and I didnt want to spent a lot of money for a storage unit Id only be needing for a month and a half. When I went in to close out my account, it took less than five minutes. Friendly and kind staff, no frills, no hidden costs, and a very easy process. Would highly recommend.

The manager Atif iquotes me a deal on a unit. Tells me I get the first month free. Went in detail about priceng including the free month . I reserve the unit. Time comes to get the unit, no free month. No apology, not even an explanation!. Sorry, no we dont have a feee month.But you quoted me with a free month, sorry, we dont have that WHAT ? Left me stuck with one day scrambling to get a unit somewhere else. TERRIBLE PS These positive reviews are all fake. All written the same way.
