Our company purchased a wonderfully built cargo trailer from here and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the trailer and customer service. After purchasing the trailer, we also decided to use their storage services. With a video surveillance system tied into the county sheriffs and an armed guard patrolling, we can sleep peacefully at night knowing our trailer is safe.

Awesome staff. I bought my trailer from them 4 months ago. Just recently I needed RV windows put into my cargo trailer to make it a camping trailer. Lisa told me that it was going to be a very specific request and it would require some custom work. It turned out great. This place definitely knows what theyre doing. I will definitely be coming back for all my trailer needs. They might be able to help you with yours like they help me.

I went Wednesday 08/04/21 to have a winch and battery installed on my car hauler, I spoke to Chase in reference to setting up the unit for it to be charging while driving. He quoted me a price that consisted of a winch, battery and reenforcing the floor on the trailer. I agreed to the price and left my trailer, I got it back after 2 days of leaving my trailer at the establishment. I drove 40 miles one way home after picking up my trailer, only to find out that the job wasn’t completed. A wire was needed to complete the agreed task. I discovered that a floor support for the winch wasn’t installed as well. I came back again on Monday and explained to Chase that because the part was not needed. I should be granted a refund for the part that wasn’t needed, because it was included in the quote he gave me at the time. I was denied a refund for something that wasn’t done. I feel that the service received was UNACCEPTABLE. I would consider myself to be a loyal customer and in the end I wasn’t treated as such.

Super helpful and professional people at this business. Called Mr. Gary on 4/17/2021 about a well built Load Trail double axle trailer. Picked up the trailer on 4/19/2021. Gary had everything ready, including hooking up the trailer to my truck (all in about 40 minutes). Gary filed all paperwork with the State, and mailed my tags to me very quickly. Excellent customer service! BTW, this is a real fine trailer. I highly recommend Countryside Trailer Sales. Gary, thanks for everything my friend!

Needed flaps for my ramp door. Wouldnt sell me the metal flap like I wanted because they said it wasnt designed for my needs. So I bought the wood one they had instead and its alredy not holding up whichbisbwhy I wanted the metal. Dont see why its their concern what I use it for.

WOW!!!!! I wasnt going to write a review on this place but after reading the reviews I seen some five stars that the owner said thanks but the others the owner said nothing. I purchased a trailer from this place and I thought the service was ok. Not good and not bad until my new trailer started coming apart. I should have known I would have a problem because the customer service from the beginning was about or close to a one star. I wanted the trailer!!!! My last visit to this place with my trailer I ask for the owner and they said she was back there somewhere as I looked at her she never came from behind her desk to see what I needed. But when she did she did not even acknowledge me, she just walked right by me.. REALLY!!!!! I used my trailer about 4 times and every time I used it something broke or came off. I wont say dont buy from this place but be careful. I wont send my friends there!!!! Now about the stars, I have to give them a one star because it wont let me give them a zero star. If you buy there you have to get it fixed somewhere else.. My trailer is not a year old...….. Ms L, please reply to the post. What if this was your 7k dollar trailer? How would you feel? What kind of service would you want?

This place is absolutely horrible. I dropped my trailer off on a Monday. They called me on Wednesday with the diagnosis and said They will be able to order the parts which is drums and magnets and it would be ready the following Tuesday. The following Tuesday comes. They then called me and said they ordered the part but they were not able to get it.They do do not know when they will be able to get it and they do not know where they are going to get it but it will be a long time. The problem is they waited nearly week to tell me this..When they told me something different the week before. And I understand they are Unable to do with their competitors can do very easily. Here’s the proof. I then asked Them if I brought the drums to them would they be able to fix it because that’s the part they are having trouble acquiring. they said yes. Less than 24 hours later I purchase the drums that they were having trouble getting and brought it to them. they then said they still won’t be able to fix it because they do not have all the parts. I thought it was just a drum they were having trouble to get but apparently they could not even get the magnets on time.So therefore it’s not a vendor problem it’s a Country Side communication/business problem. And I understand these kind of things do happen but they could’ve told me this a week before.

At first, a couple of people on the staff did initially appear a bit surly. Perhaps even somewhat standoffish. I overlooked it. The Texas summer sun was beaming its usual fare. Attempting to fry mere mortals into fried eggs in a grease pan. Later, I presumed the woman who served my needs may have been apprehensive about every male that entered the store. Which got me thinking what kind of men enter this place? In any case I blew the dry atmosphere off altogether. But, speaking of the gentleman with the one star review. Primarily his veracity. Im not the kind of person that leaves a fair-minded sailor lifeless in the water. I dont know a thing about his trailer issues or spending $7,000.00 dollars. However, as to receiving humanly invalidating customer service responses; very unwelcoming emotional experience should it happen to you. Whether you spent $1.00 or $7,000.00. That can truly affect many people negatively. It hurts.In my case, I was unwilling to feel insulted over mere nuances. I wanted a trailer appraisal to lawfully get my boat in the water. But the weird introductory dysfunction cost them a star. Could have cost them more and would have was fishing not on my mind.

Rental was good until we brought the trailer back because our trip got cancelled due to the Hurricane. I was told I had to pay for the whole rental anyway because thats the period I rented it for. This was an unexpected event that was beyond our control and they cant even make exceptions. When you rent anything else and bring it back early usually you are prorated. NOT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn’t suggest or tell me to inspect a rental trailer before taking it. Sent me out of state with a bad tire (wouldn’t hold air and had separating tread internally). I had to buy a tire for $150 and they told me even if I hadn’t had to buy a tire they would have charged me for the bad tire they sent the trailer out on. They clearly don’t inspect their trailers before renting them. Very unsafe!!!Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.Have rented from them before with no issues but will NEVER rent or buy anything from them EVER again. I’ll make sure everyone I come across knows their shenangins.Reply:No inspection of the trailer or tires was conducted with me nor suggested for me to complete myself by your employee. You charged my credit card a deposit in excess of the explained trailer rental rate, you were paid for the rental before I even left your lot with the trailer. This particular rental trailer did NOT even have tire pressures set as they should have been, the spare was at 80psi, 2 of the trailer tires at 75psi, 1 at 70 psi, and 1 at 40psi which I set all of to the correct pressure prior to my trip, per the tire sticker on the trailer (65psi if memory serves me correctly). Working with and trusting your customers is good customer service, telling them “not my problem” and “you should have thoroughly inspected the trailer before you took it, so not my problem” are NOT good customer service.

I did not purchase a trailer from here...for a few reasons. Firstly, we showed up and the salesman, or whoever it was, complained about people that show up around closing time. We were there around half an hour before closing. Secondly, he started talking badly about his main competitor. To me, if your product is so superior, there is no need to talk about your competitor that way. Thirdly, the prices were MORE THAN DOUBLE of said competitor (who I DID buy my trailer from). THOSE guys were very professional and efficient.

I worked here for 3 years, The owners are good people who really do care about their customers. They are fair and don’t do bad business and if a mistake is made they will fix it. I wouldn’t buy a trailer anywhere else or have anyone else work on my trailer and for 3 lug, 6 lug and 8 lug parts they have it all.

Guy was rude. 500$ deposit on 16ft trailer and a full 24 hour rental only comes to over 100$ deposit refunded once returned. Update to include reply from business since there is no reply option. If you were standing next to your employee, then you would know I am not a sir. Yes, we did meet the requirements but we were not paying that for an oversized trailer that we did not need. Us not renting the trailer had nothing to do with your employee, it was about the prices and the fact that the trailer couldnt be rented for a specific time frame. We needed the trailer for less than 4 hours vs 24 hours. Not sure how anyone would even know our names because names were not exchanged.. Curious to know how we didnt meet your requirements since we didnt even make past the money deal. And yes, I do have a credit card but he did not.

As soon as we got in the store, a guy was ready to help us, we needed a drop hitch and he automatically went outside with tape measure to figure out the best trailer hitch for my truck. Very impressed with the customer service! Definitely recommended these guys.

Rented a trailer from here. Trailer was in great shape and was exactly what i needed. The only reason didnt provide a 5 star is that you have to wait quite a while to pick up and drop off the rental. Not something you want to do when youre excited to take off on your trip and especially not after returning from a long drive home. The workers are pleasant and knowledgeable.

The purchase process was easy and quick. I knew what I wanted, checked their inventory online and exchanged a few emails with Austin. I went in to purchase and was in and out within 30 minutes. They welded in vent support and the trailer was ready one day later. I went back to pickup my license plate when it came in and purchased a storage spot which was equally as easy and quick.I had the option to purchase from another dealer across town but countryside was more responsive so they won my business.

Fun and Friendly Service....

Purchased a 12 Continental Cargo Trailer. Also purchased a spare tire, drop hitch, 2 ball and a hitch lock. Total was just under $3,000. Great price for the trailer but less than a week later, the lights quit working. Called Austin at the store to check on a warranty repair. He informed me that they were really backed up and it would be several days before they could get to it. I explained that it was an hour and a half drive one-way and that we are using the trailer daily for emergency response work relating to Hurricane Harvey. I asked if there was a closer service option to my location and he informed me that it there was not. I asked if they would loan me another trailer while mine was in for warranty work and he informed me that they carry rentals but he would have to RENT it to me while they performed the warranty work.To me, this is totally unacceptable customer service. There was a significant lack of effort on their part in assisting me in repairing the trailer in a timely manner.If you want a cheap trailer, This IS the place. If you want customer service, this is NOT the place.Update: Received an immediate phone call from the manager after this review was posted. He recommended that I call a Continental Cargo dealer closer to my location for warranty work. I do not like posting negative reviews on websites, in fact, this is my first ever negative review ever. Customer Service is important to me as it should be to all business owners.

Bought the trailer I wanted for the price I wanted but customer service is nonexistent. Had a tail light go out on my trailer after 6 month old trailer. Called and asked about warranty and was told I should just buy a new tail light. Decided to call the manufacturer and they sent me a tail light without any issues. A little after sale customer service would go a long way..... I

After several attempts to contact this establishment during business hours in the rental, sales, and even operators extention I was transferred to an answering machine. When I did make contact with someone in the rental department they didnt or could not answer a direct question at which time I went to their website and researched my question. My auto insurance covers anything I drive legally and anything I tow, so why on earth would I give this place a $500 deposit for renting the trailer for damages that may occur. After reading most of the other reviews on here is think I will be doing business somewhere else. The owner should definitely take a long hard look at the way his business is being conducted. Customer service is non-existent. No one called me to let me know what was wrong with my trailer, or tell me what it was going to take to fix. No o e called to let me know my trailer was ready to be picked up. When I did pick it up, there was still a problem with my brakes and instead of offering to look at it, they told I could drop it off and leave it for another 2 weeks. I dont think so. And the guy had an attitude with me, like it was an inconvenience in his day. Give me a break, no pun intended. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Bought a 5x10 cargo trailer and when we got it home the keys to the side door were not in there. They said they were and would not help to get me the keys. They basically called us a liar. Asked them to get me the key and they told me we had to call the manufacturer. They wouldnt call them for us or help us in any way to get us our keys. They were quick with the sell but no service or help afterwards.

I went to rent a space for my work trailer. The woman I spoke with was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Her tone and attitude were condescending. I found another lot in Old Town Spring that were much nicer and accomodating.

This is the 3rd time renting from Countryside Trailers and could not more displeased with my last rental. While coming back from my destination the driver side rear tire had a blow out and the trailer almost tipped. After changing the tire, luckily we had a jack and tools, we checked to other tires and they were under inflated. The worst was almost 40 psi low. Upon return the manager not only was extremely rude, but also charged me for the tire that blew. I emailed pictures of the blowout to him and got no response. My advice is to go somewhere else and avoid the headache.

Rented a trailer. Rental guy initially attached trailer to truck. Loaded trailer and proceeded to unhook from truck to realize the jack was previously damaged and did not function properly as it would not retract in enough to swing down without being very hard. As I returned the trailer I made it aware there was an issue and what seemed to be a manager(or someone of higher ranking) became very offensive and stated sternly that it would not have been sent out with a damaged jack and that I had caused the damage. Rental guy confirmed it did in fact have a previous bend but did not seem pleasing enough for said man of power. Trailer did serve its purpose and the rental guys calmness and apologies for the rudeness ensued by the other guy is the only reason I did not rate a 1. Ultimately a customer service lesson is in need for someone.

Bought a brand new 24ft enclosed trailer spent $7400. 3 weeks later the paneling starts to come off. Call them up and they tell me to bring it down so they can fix it. 1 day job. Took them 8 days to finally tell me its a warranty job that I have to take it to Waco to have it fixed. Rude. Dishonest people after they have your money. Wouldnt recommend this place at all.

My rental experience with countryside trailer was terrible. Their trailer was extremely poorly maintained with a bald spare tire and bent axle. I had a blow out on the trailer which resulted in the fender being taken off by the tire. When I returned the trailer, the employee agreed that the tire blew out due to worn tires and did not charge me for the tire but instead charged be for the fender. When I got the manager involved, she was very aggressive towards me and tried to get me to pay for the tire. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
