I was referred by several people in Spring Hill to come here for nails/nail art. FYI They only do nail art with gel or acrylic (not regular polish). Expect to wait at least a half hour for your service WITH an appointment and if you’re in a hurry, your service quality will be cut drastically. I like this place because it’s clean and close to my house but after waiting an hour to receive a mediocre (at best) pedicure, sadly I won’t be returning.UPDATE in response to owner’s reply:I called to see if they had quick availability for an appointment. They clearly didn’t. Instead of telling me they were too busy, they took my appointment and had me wait. The woman next to me sat in her chair way before I got there and loudly voiced her concern for her hour delay on her appointment to the entire salon. Maybe you shouldn’t take on more appointments if you are already behind? It’s poor time management. Also, the woman doing my nails barely spoke English. It was not explained why nail art couldn’t be done. Only that your salon doesn’t do it unless it’s acrylic or gel. What did nail salons do nail art for the past 40 years when acrylic and gel weren’t around?? I understand it’s easier for technicians to do nail art when you use chemicals to instantly dry. But don’t patronize me and make me feel stupid when I cannot physically have acrylic or gel on my nails and I want nail art on regular polish. Do better.

This is definitely a 5star nail spot! They actually know what they are doing. I highly recommend.. to all. They take there time, there not in a rush. They really care about the consumer. I’m beyond pleased with UpTown Nail Bar in Spring Hill, TN.. my tech was Nancy she’s phenomenal!!!!

I love Uptown Nail Bar! They are very kind, stick to Appt times, have a great selection of gels & dip, and their results are great. They have always accommodated my requests too. And through cleaning, moving, and gardening my nails have lasted a long time.

Loved the pedicure here! The team members were all so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable but also fancy. The prices are reasonable and the color selection is amazing 🤩

I took my grandma here for a pedicure while she was visiting a week and a half ago. The chairs were comfortable and the staff were very sweet. Unfortunately, my pedicure didn’t quite last a week. I could just be super rough on my toes or something. They do have a great color selection! I might have to go with gel if I ever go back but I’ve never had such short lived polish.

I wanted to find a good nail place close to home and decided to try this place because of their glowing reviews. I worked with Tina and she was awesome! Fast and friendly service - my nails look great. They get busy VERY quickly on the weekends, so I would recommend making an appointment over chancing a walk-in, unless you have time to wait. They do their best to get to everyone without rushing service which I really appreciate. I’ll definitely go back.

My pedicure ok but my manicure when I got home an looked they are all different shape and one thumb is not even smooth. Gel is not all the way down on most of the nails. Cost was 90.00 plus tip. Do not recommend the lady that did my nails. Won’t be back.

I went to UpTown for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. I had the sweetest husband and wife duo who were so polite and professional. Everyone was kind and so, so friendly. Even though I came in late, they still did both a Mani and pedi and didnt rush. Will absolutely be going back! Cant recommend them enough!

I’ve now had 3 pedicures here and I’m happy to say I’ve been very pleased with the service here! The place is very clean, the staff have all been very professional, and my nails always look so good when I leave. I’ve never felt pressured to increase my level of service or to spend more money. All 3 staff members that have worked on me have been kind and gentle-handed when it comes to nail care and scrubbing. I haven’t ever felt rushed either, even when it’s busy. I will continue getting my pedicures here! Highly recommend!

I arrived at 1 for a walk in. I was asked if I could come back in an hour or schedule an appointment online. I scheduled the appointment for 2:15. I came back at 2 and was told t would be just a little bit. Someone else came in shortly after me for an appointment at 2:45. Her and another person were taken back around 2:30. I went to ask how long until I would be seated and was told about 15 minutes. Shortly after that another group came in for their 2:30 appointment. Around 2:40 they asked how much longer and the receptionist went to see if she could seat someone else. She seated the group that came in after me while I was still waiting. Another girl came in to have some polish removed. The receptionist came to greet her and said nothing to me. She took her back, still saying nothing to me. I was fed up with waiting and everyone else being taken back before me, so I left.I was excited to come here because it came highly recommended. This was my first time here and I will not be returning.

I never make my mind up about a nail salon unless Ive been multiple times and had services by multiple techs. Uptown Nail Bar has been fantastic from the start! I scheduled my bridal party and myself for our nails the day before my wedding and they did not disappoint. I had several girls who dont do nails due to their jobs and they were blown away and now want dip manicures all the time. THANK YOU Uptown for being the best!

Me and my friend showed up at 2 for our appointment. We didn’t get taken back till 3:30. Understandably they were busy and were having hot water heater issues but, when they started my friend nails they were not as long and didn’t have the right shape of coffin. My friend politely asked for them to redo the length and shape and they proceeded to give her rude looks, and made her, the customer, feel guilty about asking them to redo the bad nails. They took off the nails and put new ones on that were even worse than the originals. Mine came out fine thankfully, but for my friends sadly she had to pay full price for horrible nails.

They recently upgraded the salon but it would appear great which is why I drove from Columbia to get my nails done. They have the best color selection including glitters for the dip. Pedicures are very sanitary and feel AMAZING!!! I would recommend to everyone!

Great job Mike! I have been to this salon 2 times now. Both times Mike has done my finger nails. The gel lasted almost 3 weeks, looking fly, which is unusual for me. I went back to try the dip tonight and I am loving it! I also received a pedicure both times. My hands and toes look awesome!

Took my wife for one of her birthday presents. Everything was pretty good, except, they never give you the tech you request if you book online. I dont understand why they even have you choose if they are not going to give you who you ask for.

Was super excited to come here after seeing photos of the nails! Made appointment at 2:00 they were busy totally fine! Waited finally got seated at 3:00.3:20 started working on my pedicure after finishing my pedi they were still busy waited 5min for mani got seated showed them a photo of white nails long coffin after I told them they were too short the first time the woman got frustrated with me and had someone else do my nails she seemed frustrated to deal with me things were starting to look good till outcome.. they look like long square nails very round on top super disappointing when had such good reviews

I recently moved here from south Florida and was desperate to find my new salon home.... after going to 4 different places, uptown nails blew them allllll out of the water. Holly was amazing and was detail orientated when it came to both my dip nails and pedicure. My new go to place for my nails!! Salon is extremely clean. Can’t say anything negative about it, truly love it here!!

I got a pedicure and dip nail manicure. This place has awesome service. Friendly staff! I never felt like I was being pushed out the door like the other nail salons in town. The lady that did my pedicure took her time, paid attention to detail, gave a relaxing foot massage and was so sweet. My dip nails turned out better than I expected, they look so natural. I will definitely be returning!

Was really excited to get my nails done here after seeing good reviews but honestly this place does not care for you as a customer. The woman that did my nails, Lihn, was rough and applied my acrylics thickly. Only asked if I liked one of my nails and then made the rest of them uneven. Was forced to pay before she finished my nails and then was left alone after she applied regular polish after I had asked for gel polish. When I called the next day to ask for a refund with my overall horrible experience, the manager forced me to talk to the woman that had done my nails in the first place and was talking over me so that I would schedule an appointment instead of asking more for my refund. I arrived today to talk to the manager over how uncomfortable I am with having anyone from this nail salon to even work on my nails and was basically told that it was a service fee and I couldnt get a refund.And to the manager/owner of this place, I know youre going to respond with a condescending response because thats how youve talked to me and the other people that have left one star reviews but Ive never had such a bad experience enough to complain about it so clearly something is wrong.Be aware future customers, this place is awful.

Spa pedicure with Daisy was very relaxing. Gel manicure with Jimmy was exactly what I needed. Very attentive and friendly. Clean and nice music playing. Last minute appointment the night before and I did not have to wait when I arrived. I will be back to this new business!

I decided to try this new business because I’ve had a hard time finding a quality nail salon that uses the “dip” system since moving to the area 3 years ago. Tina was who I was assigned to and she was wonderful. I had a great pedicure too. I think I’ve found my new go to nail salon.

I had an appointment at 10:30 and after waiting for 30 minutes with my feet in the water I finally walked out. I also had a lot of trouble making an appointment online. Terrible customer service for my experience.

Very impressed with this nail bar since the new management. Holly was quick, but my nails still look perfect after 2.5 weeks (and I’ve been in the garden and washed them a million times too). Also, facilities are super clean. Can’t wait to go back!

This was my 1st time experience in Spring Hill TN at Up Town Nail Bar. Ill most definitely start coming to them for the manicurist who took care of me. I live 25 miles away and only went towards that direction for an orthopedic appt for my daughter. Mani was long over due and they were next store from the doctor appt. Ladys they serve complimentary drinks, also 🍷. ****Now hows that for customer service and a relaxation for either a mini or ped?***** That being said, my now new manicurist, I will now drive out my way to come especially since my daughter has only 1 more visit. I highly recommend her. Of course Im sure theres a lot more if their staff can do great but I give her props. So if ur now unhappy with where u go and who u normally get to do ur nails that seems to have lost their touch and live on the outskirts of the city, and dont mind going a lil out ur way for the best manicure so far seen in 15 years, then go to Uptown Nail Bar in Spring Hill, TN. Visited this place for the first time today with hubby and daughter. We were actually on our way to another nail salon when we saw a sign for grand opening.Service was quick. We were offered drinks as soon as we sat down. The manager and staff were very courteous and had decent customer service skills. My daughter and I got a gel pedicure and hubby did a classic. Toes came out pretty good and the massage to go with it was nice.Gel was $55 and classic was $30. A 10% discount was offered for our service which we were grateful for. I am originally from the east coast where we get gel pedicures for $40(max)so I feel that the prices were a little high.All in all, it was a good experience. I will visit again soon.

The first time I visited this place for a pedicure and the services was horrible. She rushed through my pedicure so fast It didn’t feel like I even got one. I could have done it myself. I like to feel relaxed and not rushed. The prices they are charging for such quick and horrible services is not worth it. I definitely will Not be returning.

First visit was great, loved the way he did my full set. Went for a fill in and had a lady do them, horrible. Third visit, fill in and asked for the guy since the original set was so nice. He tried to push me off on a lady and I said I wanted him. Well he did a horrible job, not sure if it’s because I inconvenienced him or he didn’t want to work. He also charged my $3 to shorten the nails.. they didn’t do that the previous time and I’ve never had a nail salon charge me for trimming the nails down. The fill in is expensive enough and should cover that. Will not go back!!

The first time I visited this salon, the service and result was excellent. I believe I had Mandy as my technician. I visited for the second time today and had a different lady start my services (pedicure and dip for my fingernails) by using the drill to start the soak off of my old dip powder. She used a very course tip and a lot of pressure and I immediately felt pain when she grinded the cuticle of my pinky finger. First blood draw. She continued to go over each nail with just one [hard] strip and then wrapped them up. She then rushed through my pedicure in a half-hearted way by skipping steps and then burning me with the hot towels to finish up. She then transferred me to a man who did a better job on my dip powder on my fingernails, but managed to draw blood from four more of my fingers when he was doing the final smoothing out. Very bad experience today. First time visit was great, this time, not at all. Not consistent and not sure if I will return.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. They clipped my nails down to nothing and she rushed through the entire process. I thought I was getting SNS when I asked for my manicure and then she started the process of gel. When I asked about it they told me I had asked for something different and refused to give me the service I wanted as I had to pay immediately after starting the manicure. They never interacted with me other than to take my money. Very unfriendly, no music, no ambience other than the employees speaking to each other.

Had a leg wax done there and why I tipped the girl is beyond me! Rude.... non stop yack in her language which I feel she was making fun of me She continually did it in English! Slapped my legs constantly and I had bruises from it. I have never been treated that way. And never paid that price. Will never have done there again!

Poor customer service. Sunday afternoon I went in for a pedi and waited 15-20 min sitting in the chair with no water. Someone finally came over to fill the tub and I waited another 30 until the water turned cold. When I asked for more hot water she said one more min and continued to help another customer who just walked in the door with her gel nails. If it was going to be an hour wait then she should have said that when I walked in the door. I was done at that point. I should NOT have to ask for warm water especially when helping people walk in off the street before me after being there for 45 min with no service. I will not go back.

Love this nail salon

I went to the salon the first time to try it and my nails looked great and held up very well. They don’t speak very good English and act like they don’t understand if you question them on something. My nails held up great so I decided to go back. I had a different tech and my nails looked beautiful but the second day one cracked. I went back by and told the manager I needed a repair and that I had light pink. He repaired my nail with dark pink and told me “it will change color after a few days.” Needless to say it’s a different color and now I’m a week out from getting my sns nails and I have two more cracked nails. They are more expensive and do not do a good job. The manager tried to tell me I must be doing something to break my nails! I’ve been getting sns for years with no problems! I will not go back to this nail salon. I give it 3 because the lady I had was very sweet and the salon is nice but for $50 I expect my nails to last more than a week.

Too expensive for simple servicesThe pictures that are posted on Google isnt even theirs and they cant even do it anyways the designs or even the colors not available .They are not sanitizing properly either after each customer leaves.

I felt like I was rushed out the door. My cuticles look terrible. The polish looks like I did it. (See posted) pic I was one of three customers. I was more concerned about my cuticles than my polish because I had been working in the garden and I needed some TLC. They failed on both aspects. Very disappointed.
