Everyone at Lavished is amazing. They treat you like family. I don’t have to think about color or design. Jenny knows exactly what I like and I leave loving 🥰 my nails 💅 every time.

Been going to jenny since before lavished! Never had a complaint my nails are always perfect! Prices are great and Lavished has a great environment and super great nail techs! Would 100% recommend

Ive been going here for about a year. Id be lying if I said that it wasnt a good salon. I had an appointment today but when I left my house my garage wouldnt close. I had to call and cancel. My husband came home not even a minute later and I called back to say I could make it. The guy who answered said it was fine to come in. I specifically asked if Diana was good with it. When I got there someone was in her chair beginning a pedicure which I would have understood if I wasnt told to come in and it was good for Diana. I was told I canceled and someone filled my spot which again I would have understood if I was told that before I came in. I was spoken to like it was too bad in a crowded salon which I didnt really appreciate. How about an Im sorry he shouldnt have told you that. While their work is good I dont believe they really care about their returning customers. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated.

First experience there was amazing as soon as I walked in everyone was so welcoming. Definitely can’t wait to go again !!

Went in about 2 weeks ago with an appointment prior to my vacation. I arrived ontime. Had to sit for an hour. I needed to soak off my gel manicure to start fresh.When they finally sat me they had an attitude and that was not the way to start a customer behind. I explained if someone would have simply soaked me we would be all good and the wait wouldnt have bothered me. The young gal with the grey hairstyle got all defensive and kept asking if I still wanted to get them done. I didnt respond as she was not my nail tech. I knew I needed to as I was leaving the next day. I didnt question her or threaten to leave. I did stand up for myself and politely said well there are alot of other nail places in town. Mind you this was after about the 3rd ask on getting them done still by that young gal. I frequent a hair stylest next door and have for years. I would have been a great longtime customer of this nail salon but I was totally put off by this experience. Do note the owner Jenny wasnt there that day. At one point in the beginning they even blamed it on her. Shame on them. After the young grey hair gal kept pressing me, I did get up and leave. I went to another salon and they took care of me. So unprofessional. I will not go back.

I recently relocated to Spring Hill and tried several nail salons. I was extremely unhappy, until I found Lavished they are reasonably priced, clean, friendly always on time and my nails never looked so goodThank you Don you r the best

Love Lavished. I followed Jenny from her previous salon and have been with her for over 3 years. As someone who also works in the beauty industry, Jenny is a true professional. Their automated appointment confirmations and reminders are so helpful and are sent far enough in advance to give you more than enough time to reschedule if needed. Lavished is a diamond in the rough of nail salons in this area.

I will definitely be going back I got a full set and Jennys mom put the white powder on my nails and then Tina did they rest after that both did an amazing job with my nails today they make you very welcome there and make you feel like family there I definitely found my new go to nail place! I highly recommend going to this place. For the first time in a long time im very happy with my nails 🙂

I’ve had just about everyone there do my pedicure and I have to say each time was AMAZING so who ever you get you will not be disappointed! I have been going to Jenny for awhile now and I love her. I have tremors and she is so patient n never makes me feel like I shouldnt come in the door n trust me other Salons have. The place is always clean n the staff is professional but also so much fun. I highly recommend it. ❤

YOU NEVER EXPLAINED THAT WE CANT TEXT BACK. WHEN IT WAS SENT AT THE VERY BEGINNING IT SAID TYPE YES TO CONFIRM. SO I DID THEN YOU CHANGE IT ALL AND DONT LET US KNOW. AND IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS TO DO MY NAILS AND I AM SURE YOU DIDNT JUST SIT AROUND FOR THAT TIME. YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. ESPECIALLY YOUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS. AND ALSO I WAS ON MY WAY TO NY NOT ALREADY THERE AS I WASNT SUPPOSED TO LEAVE THAT SOON BUT HAD A TERRIBLE EMERGENCY. I AM OVER THIS AS I NEVER WOULD OF BELIEVED THIS TREATMENT FROM YOU.After going to them for many years my sister and I had to cancel an appointment because I was going to New York. So when I got the text to confirm my appointment I responded back to let them know that we had to cancel the appointment. Today when I called to make an appointment I was told by Jenny that because I was a no-show I would have to pay $20 extra to get my nails done. I explained to her that I did on the text that I received. She told me that I couldnt do it that way. I was not aware of this and I did explain this to her but she still said I would have to pay the $20. My sister and I have been going to them for years. I feel this is very unprofessional.

I love going to this salon. It is always a fun, professional setting. Every service that I have received here has been above and beyond my expectations. Their appointment app keeps me informed and updated, while sending me friendly reminders of my appt time. I really have no complaints! I would recommend Lavished to anyone and everyone!

Ive gone to so many nail techs and have always described what shaping I wanted, and no one has ever met my expectations like Jenny did. I got a full set, tapered square, with all colored acrylic and I was just in love. I definitely recommend Lavished to all my friends. Looking forward to my next appointment !

I brought my girl friend here about twice now and they were very efficient and on time. They actually talk to you here. definitly not like any other nail salon in the area. Super clean and they are up to date on all the new trends. Highly recommend

I love this nail salon and the people in it. They are so nice and professional. They give me exactly what I want when it comes to my nails they are always perfect. I spent 8 years looking for the perfect place to get my nails done and I finally found it! I definitely recommend going there you won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time here. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. A relaxing atmosphere. I went there today to have a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed by Diana she does a great job. I wont let anyone else touch my eyebrows...lol. Their massage Chairs are great! Great massage on your back while getting your toes done. I believe they prefer appointments but I think will take a walkin if someone is available. So you may want to call.. Everyone was very friendly, I would. Highly recommend this. Establishment to my friends.Thank you

This salon was extremely clean and organized. Jenny is the best nail tech I have ever had. She is in my opinion the best in Hernando county. You give her an idea and she executes! Definitely a must try!

Both my sister and I have been faithful customers for the last few years, I loved their sister Tina who eventually left she was incredible! I get my nails dipped, we missed one appointment in the entire time we’ve been going to them, and honestly we did notify them but we texted the wrong number, so when I called to make a appointment I was told we both would have to pay a $20 cancellation fee! Ummm don’t think so ! See truth being told, last visit I called and made a complaint my nails broke off after less then a week and it was the second time it happened with the new nail tech so really who’s kidding who this establishment just dosent like criticism!

Beautiful salon, excellent techs. Just tried them after my pedicurists relocated there and I will never go anywhere else. For pedicures see Diana or Steven and you will never go to anyone else. My nails are done by Tina today and she was fantastic!

I’ve been coming here for years & I literally refuse to go anywhere else, I recently moved about an hour away & I’m willing to make the drive because that’s just how amazing they are. Very clean & always so friendly.
