Went there for the first time had a nice experience. So many people have complimented my nails and asked where I got them done. The staff are really nice. They take there time with each customer. Would highly recommend.

She always accommodates as well as does an amazing job on full sets! They did my nails and was meticulous about everything from cleaning the cuticles to making sure each French tip was even. Nails look natural which I was going for. Will definitely come back!

Had Classical Manicure done here yesterday and i really loved it. My tech was very attentive and knew exactly what she was doing. When I show them what I want they do everything they can to do exactly what I want.

Longest lasting pedicure Ive ever gotten! Get the gel its worth it! $40 my nails havent chipped going on week #3! Definitely going back for another soon! I wish I knew the guys name that did mine, he was good and took his time to make them look really nice. For $40 I was very happy and feet were sooo soft! (And then gave a$10 tip)

Been going to this salon for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the salon is always clean and tools are always sanitized. During pandemic and beyond they took extreme care in implementing safety procedures. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality nail salon

Went in today for a Pedicure (without an appointment) and I maybe waited 8 minutes before being seated at a chair. I had such a great pedicure! I had Annie who was amazing and gave me the best pedicure and French on my toes that I’ve had in a while, I will definitely be back.

Super friendly and amazing service. Hally is fantastic with acrylic and nail art. Ive never had any lifting or breaks and Im always getting compliments on my nails. The spa pedicures are awesome too!!!

They are wonderful. Sue the owner has been doing my nails for 15 years. I have never had a fungus or any real complaint. I also show them designs from the internet and they try to do them as best as they can.

Waited after appointment times for someone to finish their lunch ... not professional at all. Especially when another employee clearly laughed at another customer sitting there and told the others. Never recommending or going back.

I came to this location to have my acrylic nails removed and to have my nails painted with gel. I was 10min early for my appointment. I was finally put at a station 30min after waiting past my appointment time. They soak my nails in nail polish remover for 20min. They then ground the acrylic nails off, leaving them very unpleasant and uneven. When the girl was grinding them down, there was a few times that she was grinding so deep my hand was instinctively pulling away! Then she brushed my nails off, and filed the tips down to unbearable length. She then coated my nails twice and that was it. While this torture was happening, an older woman was having a pedicure. She said she had an ingrown toenail. She let them take it out! Very unsanitary! She was screaming “oww oww oww!” It was insane! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

This is a relaxing Spa experience with a very beautiful professional environment, and the way their staff serve me is very thoughtful and dedicated. From experience I have experienced many places and this is the best place. And they did a lovely job on my nails. I think if everyone has experienced this place, they should give them a compliment. I found this nail salon on google and Ive come here. They have so many services in one place, a huge selection of shellac / dipping / color powder to choose. I am very picky, but this salon is done fabulous jobs. The salon is overall clean and well kept, also well-ventilated, i never smell strong odors while here and the relaxing music which is a plus. Staffs are all friendly and know how to do alot of different designs, Will be back here on weekends

I decided to try somewhere new. Landed at DK Nails. Sue used to do my nails n pedicure. So I figured why not go back. I have several family members and friends that go. Definitely going back. Sues daughter did an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows. Great job

My gel lasted THREE full weeks and was still perfect, I was sad to even ruin it but my nails were growing out. I can tell that she was detail-oriented because her work speaks for itself. The services arent too pricey either. I think I found my new go-to nail salon.thanks

Great results for the price! i had holly; i warned her about a messed up nail i had, and she was sure to be very gentle with it. she was very precise and kind. the place itself is great and i definitely recommend :•)

Had an appointment for 2 pm and when I arrived shortly before 2 I was told to wait. It wasn’t until after 2:30 that a spot was available. They wanted to split me and my friend up even though we wanted to sit together. We ended up being able to do our pedicures together after fussing. When asked what type of pedicures are offered I was told regular and deluxe. When I selected that I wanted the deluxe I was told that she didn’t have enough time to do the deluxe. Then when it was time to get my nails done they were left with pointy edges when I went in there with round edges. Now a week later my gel paint has peeled completely off of 2 of my nails. Will never go back. Horrible service.

Came in and was told to wait, so I did for about 20 minutes. Two ladies came after me and I thought maybe they just had appointments. Then these two girls had just walked in, asked me how long I had been waiting, and started talking about how they were going to have to wait a while. I’m guessing they knew the lady (she’s the one at the desk straight in front of the door) because they had a conversation before she eventually told them to go to the chairs.The girl looked back at me and asked if I wanted to go first, I said yes and the woman ushered for the other two girls to go instead, after I had already been waiting before them.So I got up and left. That’s ridiculous. That woman seriously prioritized her favorites over her potential new customers.Disgusting business practice.I went to Nails So Happy right next to the Planet Fitness and got treated much better.Definitely won’t be returning.

Its my holy grail nail spa. Is where I go every two weeks for a mani and pedi. Sue the owner is an excellent nail tech. The shop is small and cozy and she has her daughter and niece that work with her.

It is a clean and nice environment, everyone is nice enough .I believe that sue is the best out of the nail techs, she seems to have more experience and be more precise .

I came in on this day with my mother and my daughter, told the owner that my mother and i were going to get the same pedicure with the same lady and my daughter was getting her manicure done. At first the owner told us to come in at 5, hour an a half later after my moms feet were almost cooked from sitting with her feet soaked in hot water for 45 minutes come to find out the were closing and I was never taken care of. Very unprofessional, my daughter manicure was awful, the owners daughter its really bad at Manis, pedis and full sets as welldidnt even push the cuticle back, never seeing manicure without fixing the cuticle.. Of course we will NEVER BE COMING Back. The owner didnt even had the audacity to apologize properly. People like this shouldnt have businesses open. Horrendous..In the future if youre busy then dont commit to clients..

DK NAII SPA was recommended by Donna owner of Fantasy Hair. Sue, the owner squeezed me in for a last minute appointment today. Sues shop is clean and organized with very talented techs. I felt right at home like I had been going there for years. My mani/pedi look great as well as my eyebrows being waxed. I am extremely satisfied and I believe will be my new salon.

Absolutely horrible service. My mother sat so long that her water got cold and she had to take her feet out and put her socks and shoes on before she even got her pedicure. We were there for over 90 minutes waiting. We finally left.

I had an appointment at 1 and me not having been there didnt know they had new owners. Ive been sitting in the pedicure chair for a solid 40 minutes and she still hasnt started. And of course its prom day and I had my hair appt at 230 then Im still waiting and a cockroach comes out of the pedicure chair, disgusting! I will never be going back here again. They shouldnt of gotten new owners.

2 days after getting my nails done i had started to notice a discoloration under one of my nails, called a couple days later after it got bigger and she told me to come in. Left from work drove right to the salon for her to tell me what i already knew was fungus, She proceeded to tell me i can pay 10$ to soak them off, I told her i can do it at home for free she then proceeds to hand me acetone and tell me to come back. I went to leave then decided to go back because i wanted them off that day she said she could do it. I sit down soak them off and she starts to do another set i was so upset she didnt even offer to soak them for free or even apologise, When she clipped off the rest of what was left of the nails she then stuck the clippers back in her drawer then used a buffer and nail file to get the rest of the fungus off, Once she was done i still had to pay ..still no apology, I sat to dry my nails and then another girl sat to get her nails done i watched as she used the same disgusting and not sterilized clippers and files on the next girl....I have gone to DK for almost 7 years and i will never ever even consider going back!!  This place is unsanitary and are the reasons plenty other girls are refusing to go back. I am absolutely disgusted and think they should change the ways......Will Never Go Back!!
