Horrible. I paid for dip powder and my nails are breaking and gel polish is peeling after 3 days. I told the nail tech Nancy that I ask for dip. She used base powder not the color and put gel over my nails. No way my nail or paint will come off she said. It was a rush sloppy job. Never going back there.

Stopped by and gave this place a chance my mom got her toes done here. Figured why not. My toes came out nice but my nails were rushed and done sloppy. They look nothing like what I asked for. Very disappointed but I’m not one to complain. I still tipped them nicely and paid my bills and left. After a certain point when they cut you and just don’t listen I tend to just want to leave. I will never come back to this place.

I had Kevin here do my pedicure, and he was first of all not very professional or personably. Additionally, while he was doing my toes, he was not very nice. Then he was blaming me. This process was also very rushed!I don’t think I’ll be back, but if I came back I wouldn’t ever use Kevin!! Not worth the price I paid at all!!

This was my first visit to this salon. Kevin was absolutely amazing. They got me in right away because I had to go to work and I needed to get my overgrown nails removed cuz I couldnt do it myself. They got me in so fast I decided to go ahead and get a pedicure. Kevins attention to detail was immaculate. Absolutely amazing experience definitely will go back I highly recommend Kevin very personable and professional

My nails came out very pretty, but I was not overall impressed with the service provided.Vincent was my tech. I did have gel on my finger nails before hand. He first wrapped my nails in the foil to remove the gel and then brought me to the the pedi chair.He barely spoke, didnt really feel like his mind was on the task at hand. Only lightly scrubbed around my heels and sole. He left the skin still rough, it snags on my clothes and sheets.He claims he put regular polish on my toes, which is what I asked for, but the colour choices he gave me were for gel. Meanwhile fingers still wrapped, and feeling pretty warm!!When it finally came to my mani, I had to tell him several times I wanted the dip instead of gel. He seemed annoyed by my choice. I mentioned my right ring finger didnt look like it was fully covered on the side, but he ignored my concerns. It eventually got covered in a second layer, but its much more opaque than the rest of the nail.

If you’re looking to have a pedicure or manicure this is the place. Mia is exceptional, but all the techs are great. This facility is super friendly and clean. Check them out.

We were going on a cruise and decided to get spa pedicures as a pre trip treat. We all got to sit together, my daughter got the hello kitty chair. It was also my husbands first time and now hes hooked. My daughters nail polish was off the next day due to no top coat, and I really dont think older men should be doing young girls toes even if its a professional setting. The staff however were very frienly and Id go back for sure.

I got there at 845, they opened at 9 and when those doors opened there were about 20 other persons waiting to get in.

I normally absolutely love this place, but the owner Kathy CANNOT do nails well. My acrylic repair was rushed, sloppily done, as well as painful. Tyler is personally my absolute favorite here, he is very detailed and sweet.

Very Disappointed!!! I went to get a pedicure and the nail dip done, which I had previously done my nails with them and was very pleased. This visit was very unpleasant due to they over soaked my nails with acetone and foil which caused my cuticles and the skin around my nails to go into shock causing the skin to peel. The nail tech doing my nails was rough with my nails hitting the cuticles causing cuts and sanding hard in the center of the nail. I tried to question what was going on with the sudden peeling and they said it was my fault and I had an allergic reaction. FYI I have my nails done all the time at other naill spas and no allergic reaction or any issues like this. Also, I went straight from there and consulted a pharmacist and was told they left the foil and acetone on too long and it could cause an infection and may end up taking antibiotics orally to fix the issue. I usually dont complain but I dont think I needed to be treated this way and didnt want anyone else to have to go through what I went through. In the end, I never recieved an apology and all I was told it was my fault! I rated them a one star and if I could give them zero stars I would.

RIPOFF.CUT NAILS, PUT A LITTLE OIL ON CUTICLES, IN THE CHAIR FOR 7 MINUTES = $10 PLUS $2 TIP.

New to the area. I paid $48 for a full set manicure, medium coffin nails which were still square. All 10 of my nails popped off after a week . I went back with the nails and showed them to the owner. She apologized and offered a replacement full set for a discounted price . I paid again anyways. But now this set has just literally popped off after only 9 days . I cannot recommend. 1st time, shame on you . 2nd time, shame on me.

No problem making appointments, relatively last minute and with the tech I want. My nails look great, are strong and I get a lot of compliments. They always understand my designs and have no problem executing. Pedicures are affordable, and the massage doesnt feel rushed or short.

Had my nails done two weeks ago and they were alright a little bumpy but I overlooked it. I went back to get them redone and they did a French dip set and they turned out terrible!!! I can’t believe I paid $45 for me to hate them....

The experience was fine- not the problem. The man who did my pedicure duh so far into my big toe he removed way to much nail and my toe is now huge and filled with pus and severely infected. It’s been a week since my pedicure there and my infection is only getting worse, I’m going to the hospital today to get some antibiotics and hopefully they can drain it because the pain is so bad it’s making it hard to walk. Thought this was going to be my new place but now I’m wondering if there tools are as disinfected as they look

Lisa is AMAZING!! My nails look perfect every time. The customer service is great. This place is so spacious and well ventilated that you arent overwhelmed by chemical odors. This is the ONLY place I go for beautiful nails every time!!

Walked in today and they were busy, always a good sign. My husband and I got fabulous pedicures from Chris and Rafael then Kiki did my dip nails. It was all very relaxing and professional. If you are in the are, give them a try. They were busy but we still didn’t have to wait long.

This place is AMAZING!!!! They use new tools and they put a new liner in the tub. They waxed my eyebrows and they were the first place Ive been to that has made my eyebrows match perfectly. They are the same height. They are so nice and its a beautiful place. You will love it!

The technician that I go to is great. He is able to take an ingrown toenail out without me feeling it. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very polite.

Always do a great job with the manicures and pedicures. Prices are comparable to other places and I feel they are more hygienic than some places I have been in the area. I also noticed that the gel products they use seem to be higher quality than other places I have been. Because they are a large place with a big staff, you arent sitting around waiting too long either. Pretty quick turnaround which makes it convenient for walking in.

Clean Friendly place, that i have been in a long time. Most nail places are not friendly or CLEAN. Yes i will keep going there for you sure. And you should see my nails,they are perfect.

My technicians name was Tammy and she was extremely good. She made sure that she did not hurt me as she was working on one of my ingrown toenails. The place was quite large and I have the feeling that the wait is never very long. I like that d basins that you soak your feet in are lined with fresh plastic in between each and every person as well as sprayed with disinfectant between people.

Kiki is awesome. Very detailed friendly. I had a pedicure she did a great job.

I have been going here for a while and I love it! I normally get pedicures and my eyebrows waxed but recently I made an appointment for myself and my bridal party of 5 to get our nails and toes done. They were absolutely amazing and got us all in together so that we could finish around the same time. Everyones nails looked amazing! Prices are fair and the techs are wonderful(: Highly recommend!

I cant say much about nails because I dont get mine done, but if youre looking to get waxed, DO NOT GO HERE. The first time I went here I had a friend with me. We each got both our eyebrows and lip waxed. The lady spilled the hot wax on my friends face, wax getting into her eye. It was an absolute mess. It even pulled my friends eyelashes out and the best part of all? They still had her pay full price. After getting my upper lip waxed that same day, I had a painful and terribly visible rash for the next two weeks. This was a result of not only burning my lip, but waxing over the same area more than once in one sitting. Fast forward to over a year later. I decided to give them another shot, as they seemed to have completely upgraded their salon space and they are conveniently located right by my work. This time Im only looking to get my brows waxed. I notice that this lady is not the same lady from the mishap over a year earlier. She does my eyebrows and for some reason it was way more painful than any other time Ive gotten my eyebrows waxed and she was doing things to them that I have never experienced before. When she showed them to me, I wanted to scream. They were REALLY thin. I naturally have thicker eyebrows and whenever I get them done they just clean them up and give them some shape. But this lady thinned them out so much, I looked like a different person (and not in a good way.) She did not even mention that she was going to thin them. They were SO sore immediately after. I woke up today (the day after) and there are nasty red burn marks under each eyebrow. Theyre completely noticeable and sore to the touch.Like I said, I cant speak for the nails. But this salon DOES NOT know what they are doing when it comes to waxing. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE. I REPEAT, ABORT MISSION.

Went on a Saturday walked in made an appointment to come back. Same day. But it was at 1:00. went with some one didn’t like the we didn’t sit together. But at 1:00 it was busy and you could that tell the lady doing my nails was in a rush. After two days some are starting to peel up towards the end of my nails I asked for a French tip with a color instead of white tips. So I got a black with a glitter and there just fastly painted and noticeable. Under my nails I still have the extra Acrylic that she didn’t remove. Some nails the Acrylic is not even covering my nail. I just had a bad experience and it was my first time there. It’s been a year since I have had my nails done. I’m a stay at home mom and just was excited till i got home and actually looked at them.

The first time i went, i went and got my acrylics taken off, they tried ripping them off themselves, and tore one of my actual nails. Then, i decided recently (about a week ago) to go get a new set. well, we’re a week in and i’ve lost 3 of my acrylic nails already! it was $40. i should’ve just got the press ons from walmart for how awful these are done. and the lady who did it was ripping my hand toward her, and coughing everywhere. go somewhere else!!!!

4th time here for gel manicure. Andy did a terrible job (2nd time Ive had him and first time was bad too). Shapes on each hand not the same, French tips on right hand too thick, some nails very messy... even though I pointed this out. Im very disappointed and will never go back, or recommend to friends.Would like a refund but too embarrassed to go back, yet too embarrassed with these nails.

Wow can you say Bi-Polar! The owner has so many personalities .....who are we dealing with today? Best thing to do is avoid her and ask for someone else to do your nails.I was asked to come to the last appointment only to observe, my wife didnt know if it was her imagination. I assure you it was not. Kathy is the ladies name, she speaks very rudely with staff members behind customers backs, she was not aware I speak 4 different languages.God help your wife or daughter if they have this crazy ladies husband do their nails. Crazy lady has a birds eye view on him at ALL times and will be shooting evil stares your way. He is not allowed to speak or look at nothing but the hands he is working with, quite funny honestly that a man can be whipped to this extent.Good thing Spa Nails has the staff they do because the lunatic running the joint is about to go off the deep end!Because she is who you deal with, no way around it we give only one star.My wife and daughter decided Walmart is worth the change, less expensive and no crazy lady

I love this place! I have been going since they opened which I’m sure was at least eight or nine years ago. Usually Kathy the owner does my nails I love the way she does it and she’s always been very very pleasant to me. Sometimes her husband Ken does it and he does an excellent job as well. I love this place it is extremely clean and well-kept and I think every technician there doesn’t excellent job and they are very very friendly. As far as Kathy being jealous about women who her husband Ken does, I think that is absolutely ridiculous, I have never seen any evidence of that whatsoever. .

I went in foe pedicure sat in chair feet in the water, waiting for 17 minutes before anyone came to do it. In the mean time 3 other ladies came in and they had their pedicure started while I still sat there. Not one person checked to see if Anyone was going to service me. I will never be going back to a place that treats anyone like that. I hope in the future they pay more attention to their customers.

We had to wait about 10 minutes to get seats together but we just walked in, we didnt make an appointment so that was understandable and we were outside smoking when the seats were ready and they called us in and told us to take our time and finish our cigarettes and then we could come in. The water was already ready and hot. Very polite people. Lee was great! He did my best friends nails while I had another woman do mine. I didnt catch her name but she was good too. Lee had to do my design because Im assuming she didnt know how to do them. We just looked online for pictures and he copied them perfectly for us but either way they were both great. We tipped them both $10 each they did a good job.

I love this nail salon. I have natural nails and they always do an amazing job. I have been going to this salon since 6/2011 and have never had an issue. I will not go to any other salon. They always file my nails perfect and my polish is always perfect. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails.

When it comes to the owners husband doing your nails, watch out. Kathy is highly jealous. Its almost not worth her attitude or dirty looks. One thing that keeps me coming back is how he does such amazing work. Wife needs to get her self under control so I can give this place a batter rating.

Love this place they do give great service for the price. My only complaint would be to make sure you specify exactly what you want if you say you want a pedicure they do not offer the upgrades. And specify how you want your nails shaped. I went in there with oval shape but they frequently will change the shape of my nails to squared off without asking.

I honestly have never had a problem in the almost 4 years that I have been going here but 2 weeks ago I had a great experience with my pedicure but an absolute horrible experience getting my my other nails done. I swear I was given the newbie on purpose. It was as if she was still going through beauty school or something. Not to mention she only spoke Spanish. No matter how many times I repeated myself she did the total opposite of what I said. I will gladly go here to get a pedicure but I think I will go somewhere else for my finger nails.Since this review I made a year ago I have been going to Countryside mall to get my nails done. They do a far better job and are cheaper.

They are my favorite! The owner is always so sweet and does whatever she can for her walk-ins! I havent left there unsatisifed ..ever! Very clean which is why I stopped even looking around at other shops in the county. Also, stop wasting your money on the regular pedicures and upgrade yourself to the deluxe...amazing!!!

This was an aweful and unwelcoming experience. I was taken right in and they got right to my full set. The girl rushed putting the tips on so theyre all crooked. The filing job is horrible and all over the place. She never checked the length of the nails to make sure they are the same on each hand nor did she clean the shavings out from under them. The nail polish was rushed and they look aweful! Im so disappointed that anyone would be ok with this type of work. I will never go back. Theyve gotten too big and seem to rush you out the door. She did my full set in 20 minutes.

Third and last time I give this establishment a chance( over a period of three yrs) Im not sure if its the cheap acrylic system they are using on $50 sets or if its the technicians... my full set always lifts 5-7 days after... it feels like your walking into an upgraded sweatshop! Pedicures are great if you have the right technician that actually follows the process and gives a PROPER pedi...basically if your looking for a QUICK manicure and pedi your safe...dont walk in expecting much. One thing for sure your paying close to top dollar compared to bigger cities for product that does not compare!
