This place is so packed, which might be a good thing. Meaning people must like it but my gel pedicure peeled off is less than a week. That has never happened before at other salons.

I can honestly say that I did have an issue the first time around but, Alex was kind and professional. he fixed my issue immediately and at my convince. I believe being in this business mistakes can be made and everyone has their own preferences. The real truth lies in how its fixed. Alex made me feel comfortable and didnt even question me. Everyone at Love Nails is amazing. They are so accommodating, recently I had to wait until last minute to get my nails done when serving as maid of honor in a wedding. Alex was kind enough to open the salon a half hour early exclusively for me. They are the best. And, the Very importantly, is always very clean.

My daughter & her friend booked an appointment over a month ago to get they’re nails and feet done for prom. Today when they got there they had an hr wait with an appointment, then after they did their nails they made them wait another hour before starting their pedicures while they took other customers. They busted my daughters cuticles and this is not the way to treat teenage (17)yr old girls who are not being accompanied by a parents. The service they provided was unprofessional & rushed I wish I could rate them a zero. Time is valuable and you don’t treat people this way.

Fantastic job every time. Every tech and the owner are flawless so you never need to worry about who is doing your nails. Prices are reasonable. These techs are artists and every nail and shape and dip and polish is done meticulously. Obsessed.

It may cost a little more than some other places but its well worth it they do an exceptional job.

Alex is my go to guy!If I do an no-no to one of my dipped nails I know I can count on him for a quick fix. And I mean quick! I ran in once and he stopped doing a full set to quickly fix my one nail. The quickness isnt like that of a chop shop, its a quickness that respects my valuable time.When the older woman does my toes she is calming and smooth and surely takes her time to allow you to rest. I fell asleep once in the pedi chair after a long week and they let me stay until it got too busy! I love this place

I get my nails done a couple times a year and I used to come here but I’ve had an issue TWICE where my acrylic nails don’t even last me 3 days without popping off. I couldn’t even come back to get them redone this time since I’m on vacation so I’ll just take the L and never come back. They lack with prepping of the nails, so if you’d like your full set to last 3 days with 2 popping off this is the place. Unfortunate to spend so much money for it to not even last a week !

Umm very small shop and busy. It was very bright in there. Wished where you sit at for pedicures was warming and relaxing. The chairs definitely need to be updated. Wished people were about quality than quantity now these days. They just want to get you in and out so the next person isnt waiting long. Its like a chop shop. What the person did to my feet i could have done at home. Definitely wont be back here. What you order you dont get in the description done to your feet.

We have a great experience every time we go. Mom is very particular and they honor all of her demands with a smile. They have given me some of the most best nails Ive ever had. Everyone here is talented and have a perfectionists eye all while being exceptionally kind and caring people.

Great service got a gel and pedi, however, I was very upset that two days later my gel nails started chipping. It hasn’t been the full two weeks that they are supposed to last and all my nails are peeling off. Upset because I spent 60$ for it to look good for one day. It did look nice 😬 just didn’t last. Maybe bad gel polish?

The staff was wonderful super friendly and the place was clean! My poor review is due to the price. I went with the $38 dollar deluxe special. I wanted pink and somehow ended up with black cat eye nails, which are beautiful btw! I have no idea hot my $38 pedicure ended up totaling $60!!! The place and staff are wonderful but way to over priced.

I came to Love Nails after a friend recommended it. I love Jen and her work. The rest of the staff are great also!! The prices are fair and I love the atmosphere! Im about 25 min drive away and even though I have tons of salon near me, I rather take the drive. I also dont mind the wait if theyre busy, its just worth it for me!

Used to go to a salon in Spring Hill, lovely ladies but never received the exact nails I wanted. I was told short nails can’t do much design, but here in this salon they will do the 100 percent beat that I want, short or long I get what I pay for. Jen is excellent I never want to go somewhere else

I go to love nails for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. The pedicures are great. You sit in a massage chair. As you get your feet and legs massaged, exfoliated, and moisturized. They put hot towels and rocks on your legs. And my eyebrows look great.

I got my nails done here not too long ago and they still looks pretty great. I asked for chrome nails with a full acrylic set it was around 50 bucks. The prices are fair and the staff is very nice. Alex stood out the most to me in terms of friendliness. :) he came over to assist the lady who was doing my nails to make the chrome stand out more and I really appreciated it.

It is a little small but the people are awesome. I have never been to a nail salon where they know you by name and make you feel welcome personally. They know their customers. Some of the staff talks more than others but they are nice and work hard. Prices are fair.

Despite the face mask required notice on the door, one of the nail technicians was choosing to keep his mask under his chin. When I asked why he was not wearing it, he said I am not scared. I tried to educate him on his wearing the mask was to protect the customers, us wearing one protects him he said Everyone will die of something.I did give them 2 stars because the guy that did my pedicure did a great job and tried to deflect his coworker. Wherever you fall on the issue, I just think he needs to follow the rule of his own employer and protect the older population that do frequent the nail salon.

I went into the salon as a new customer for gel removal on my fingers and new gel to be put back on. I had long beautiful thick healthy nails. I was there on New Year’s Eve. The woman who did my nails drilled them so thin and fragile that 4 nails have simply snapped off. For the price I should have went to my original salon in Trinity but this salon is closer to where I live. Giving them 1 star is to much. Very disappointed!!

Friendly staff. Decent pedis but horrible experience getting a mani. I was a reoccurring customer but unfortunately I will not be returning after my last experience. I asked for gel nails and they insisted on dip repeatedly. I did not want long nails and asked them to cut shorter and my request was ignored. I even had to ask to fix a few issues before I left but they rushed a quick fix and sent me on my way still unhappy with the shaping. Wasn’t satisfied with results and spending $50 on nails I didn’t even ask for. Going somewhere who will listen to my requests and preferences.

Went there to get a manicure for my nails and I paid $100 for 3 days the nails fell off I think that is horrible they do poor work . You guys need more people that knows what theyre doing because its a little ridiculous how and 3 days my nails fell off especially paying the amount I paid

The head guy is awesome. He knows his profession and is very courteous. I WONT GO BACK. I got gel nails which usually last awhile. Two weeks at the least. I’ve had them a hundred times.The gel polish started chipping at day five and I thought I’d deal with it. But on day six one of the nails lifted up and the edges were curling up on the others. I gave them a call... Sure Alex said come in at 3:30PM. When I got there he informed the girl.. about the nail. She gave me a look like she was unhappy with me. Then she just didn’t help me. I waited a hour then just gave up. I don’t have time for this. I think their UV light didn’t set the polish up. Which means I wasn’t the first to have a complaint. I like the gel nails because it lets me keep my nails healthy. When applied correctly it lasts more then two weeks. BTW I wear gloves when I wash the dishes or do anything that would harm my nails. Guess I’ll be going back to Vo nails. It’s a drive but worth it. They do excellent work. If I can I’ll take pictures. These nails look terrible. I had them done less then 7 days ago.Very disappointed with the results. Plus at this place they don’t give you a real Pedicure unless your willing to PAY EXTRA. A normal pedicure includes leg massage and hot towels. Since I didn’t pay extra.. I didn’t get the norm. Come to think of it. My manicure didn’t include any hand massage either. Below average service as far as I see.

So prom is today & I went there yesterday (I wanted to go here because almost 2 years ago I went for my sweet sixteen nails and they did a wonderful job), I had an appointment at 3, the waiting wasnt that bad it was maybe 3:10 when the lady got started although I would like to be taken at 3 or before because of the simple fact that I made an appointment for a reason . But then as I showed her what I wanted she said oh boy it was a simple pointed acrylic nails with the pink coat/nail polish from French tip nails which is $20 & after she puts the nails on she then says to me that shes going to do the powder because it takes less time & its usually $35 but Im going to charge you $25 & she starts to do it .. I didnt know what she was talking about & when she was done they looked almost identical to the acrylic type but it wasnt the acrylic type .. what I asked for .. if anything she shouldve charged me $20 because thats what I asked for & not $25 for something I didnt even ask for, some people have a budget ya know & then I get a pedicure & told her French tip with a design on the big toes & she does the pedicure & its good and all but then she tells me to go to another chair & then to dry I told her I wanted a design & then they spoke in their language making it seem like they were talking about me & then the lady that did my hands comes and does it . Cool but then I ask her how much & she says $55 & im like wait $25 for the manicure & it should be $20 for the pedicure & apparently it costs more to do French tip which they dont tell you or have it up & then $5 for design so it really shouldve been $45/$50 so then I give her my card when originally my dad gave me money for prom nails & it was $50 so I couldnt even use the $50 he gave me I had to charge it on my card & the two girls said something in their language after I handed her the card as if they were annoyed with me then I get an email of the transaction & it says $56 & thats when I said I am never going again . Whys it so hard to find a good nail salon ?

This was my 1st time at Love Nails. I was a walk in, and my Tech was Tracy. I had initially wanted a French manicure. But when I saw her cats eye manicure, I fell in love with it. She was very patient with me as I went back and forth with the colors. I finally settled on matching the eye color. I am definitely going back again.

Sitting here for over an hour and 30 min after being told have a seat, just a minute. Took 2 people already that got here after us. If I wasnt trying to get my nieces nails done for her moms funeral I would have left some time ago. Communication is non existent as we continue to sit here and be ignored. I do hope the quality picks up where the customer service is lacking.*** Changed my rating to a 4 because though I was upset that I was not told the wait time upfront and there was a terrible lack of communication the girls nails turned out great and the prices were fair. Also, the guy that did my daughters nails was really friendly and talked to her putting her at ease.

Had to wait well over scheduled appointment time to even be seated, great colors and good service.
