I love Iconic. They do a wonderful job on nails and pedicures. This is the place I will go to from now on.

This salon and the employees are absolutely wonderful! I went for the first time and was more than pleased with the outcome of my dip nails and will most definitely be retuning here from now on! I also had a few that broke the day after getting them done and called them and to my amazement they offered to repair and add more layers of dip for no charge to ensure that I was pleased with my service and was kind the entire time it took! Emily was fantastic to say the least!

Not clean. They pulled out a buffer and nail file that has been used SO MANY times, which I as a cosmetologist know that they are not to be used on more than one client. My friend got a pedicure and the foot scrub still had left over dead skin on it when she pulled it out, and to rinse it off after using it on my friend she swished it in her foot soak bath and put it back in the container. My gel polished chipped after one day, and after a week more than half of them are off.

Best place I have ever gotten my nails done at! Raymond is my absolute favorite! Moved an hour away but still drive that hour just to come back!20/10 definitely recommend!

First time here and Raymond, I believe his name was, did a wonderful job on my nails. Offered me a drink as soon as I sat down and although he was very quiet I didn’t mind because I’m not much of a talker either. $50 total for a gel acrylic but I didn’t mind because he did a fantastic job.

Only the second shop Ive been to in the year Ive lived here. Not as great as the first one but I love the convenience of it being near my home. The customer service has been nice. I like the tech Emily she is really thorough and careful. My nails are SNS/dip powder. In this pic they are about a week or two old. No tips have been applied. I do a lot of work with my hands and wash them constantly. Im very particular about my nails and have been royally satisfied with Emilys work.

Since my Nail Salon in Columbia I have been going to Iconic Nail Spa in Springhill. They are by far the best in my area! The staff is kind and attentive. They pay attention to detail I absolutely love them!

My first time at this nail salon was great! I have been to many salons and this one by far is the best. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about their customers. I came in and during my service, I started feeling sick, my blood sugar was dropping due to the fact that I hadnt eaten all day.the owner was so great, she went in the back and came back with crackers and a soft drink. I just moved to Spring Hill and didn’t have a regular nail salon. I chose iconic based off of the reviews and pictures I saw. I went in on a Thursday night after work around 6:30pm they sat me immediately and offered me a drink first thing. Everyone was so nice, Raymond did my manicure and pedicure. He was wonderful the whole time! I got a gel pedicure and a and dip powder manicure. I am very pleased with both of them! Would recommend and would visit again.

Yes, yes, yes - go there!All the positive reviews that I read before going to here for the first times are true. The place is clean, the staff is terrific. All manicurist was friendly and welcoming. My nail technician was also friendly, professional and her hands are gentle. I will definitely go back there and I highly recommend this place.

Friendliest staff! Their pricing is affordable and the quality of service you get is well worth it. Every time I come in everyone is attentive and welcoming, they have a huge variety of colors and designs. Definitely would recommend his place they do a amazing job!

My overall experience was great, no problems of making an appointment, got the time slot I wanted. I came in 15 mins early and they accepted me. My nail technision did a fantastic job. Only problem I got my nails painted today and already my pinky toe nail polish is off. :( I mean it hasnt even been 24 hours... Usually polish lasts for a good 2-3 weeks. But its already come off my pinky. Other then the Polish coming off my toes feel fantastic, all pampered and ready for vacation.

This place is the best nail shop I have found. I travel a lot, but always wait until Im home. They are not close to my house, but are worth the drive. The shop is always very clean, the technicians are courteous, and do an excellent job. I will definitely be returning!

I just had one of the best pedicures of my life! I went to this place based on the reviews, as I usually drive to franklin for my nails. Not only was my pedicure thorough and well done, but she matched my mood perfectly! After a long week at work all I wanted was to relax, stay quiet and get my toes done. I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed! I would definitely recommend this place

I just left this salon after having to find an alternative to my usual spot and I must say that I am SO impressed! I am 7 months pregnant and was needing to squeeze in some last minute pampering and that’s exactly what I got. I called ahead to check availability and was greeted warmly and told there was an afternoon availability. I arrived early and was seated in a pedicure chair within 9 minutes. I got the basic pedicure, which was fantastic and relaxing and then Lee worked some magic on my “simple fill in” with an acrylic dip powder that turned out as clear and shiny as glass! He was quick, skillful and so friendly. I really enjoyed my first time experience and LOVE the way my nails came out I will definitely be visiting again !

Best place! Ive gone there about 5 times for a manicure and it feels like Ive been going there for years. Not only is the customer service above and beyond, so is the quality of the manicures. Its consistently great and I keep returning! Ive seriously been continually disappointed with nail places and am SO happy I found this place.

The lady that did my nails chopped away at my cuticles and the skin around my nails with a pair of manicure scissors for a ridiculous amount of time. This is what Im left with the next day. The skin around my nails are peeling and look really bad, some spots are becoming red and inflamed, and they hurt. To top it off, she used about a pound of paint, making my nails look like puffy pillows made up of globby paint.

I went here for the first time lastnight, as a walk-in, and they were amazing! They were polite and fit me in right away. My pedicure and my acrylic manicure was absolutely perfect😍 My nail tech made sure I was completely satisfied with everything; the amount of patience and attention to detail will definitely have me coming back! This place was amazing and I was seated promptly for my pedicure and I had no issues at all. All 4 women worked together and each seemed to know what they were doing. They are a healthy nail salon which is super important to me that they dont use harsh chemicals and care about such issues. Actually a great little place to get your nails done!

I was hoping this would be my new go-to salon, but it ended up being a painful experience. The lady was very aggressive in handling my hands and used the electric file so hard that it burned my nails. I got a dip manicure (which I get once a month) and she didn’t use any of the base dip powder... so the polish job ended up being really thin and cracking and chipping away within a few days. She seemed to be in a hurry and skipped steps that make the dip manicure last. Worse than that, my nails fingers and nails ACHED for days after getting my manicure. I had to have my manicure redone in less than a week whereas a normal dip manicure lasts me 3-4 weeks. I would have gone back to have the chips fixed there, but my nails hurt so bad after that I didn’t want to risk it again.

Pedicure itself was good but they were quick to send me off on my way afterwards. They said nails were dry but werent. Polish didnt even last a couple days before it all started chipping.

Brought my wife to this place. She sat down and from what I understand. They werent giving her what she asked for when she made the appointment. They damaged her nails at the quick and the technician started laughing when she realized she sliced my wifes finger open to the point of drawing blood at the end of her finger. We will never go back. Also the text message the place sent after we left was so broken we could hardly understand. Not to mention they completely got her name wrong....

I took my neice and her two friends. We were sat quickly and they did a great job with the nails. The girls enjoyed the experience and the nails look amazing! The prices are very reasonable as well.

Made an appointment for 3:30 . At 5:30 I am only half done and my feet are sitting in cold water. I will not be back here again!!!

Thiss a nail shop Ive been to in months with my sister. She turned on nails for me VERY efficient. I loved the Gel blue color that I chose! The price is 5 stars!!

The nail job gets poorer everytime I get my nails done. I’ve been getting my nails done at this salon for about 10 months now and the last 3 times my nails have had a really terrible top coat that chips and discolors. However they’ll fix for no charge if I come in after and show them, but it’s starting to become a repetitive problem. My nails barely last a week before looking atrocious now. I don’t blame the tech For this issue it’s the products they are using.

Fix your hours on Google and Facebook, its an easy thing to do! Its really annoying to pull up to a place that has hours posted as open on-line when they really dont open for another four hours.Ive been here once before, didnt really like it, the only reason I was coming here is because the place I usually go isnt open yet and I wanted to get my nails out of the way.

I always come Here and have the best experiences. And yet my gel manicures always lasted 2 weeks but the last two times is lasted three weeks. My services will continue.

They have done. My nails twice. Charge a different amount each time the nails last 3 to 4 weeks. Will go back to lewisburg

I previously wrote a 5 star review of this place, but came in yesterday and was disappointed. When I first walked in, there was a man sleeping on the couch in the waiting room. They started my nails almost immediately which I appreciated, but one of the nail techs was on a cal on speaker phone for at least 10-20 minutes while she was doing another clients nails. I got a full set of coffin shaped acrylics. There was no base coat put on when putting on polish, and every single one of my nails are lop sided and crooked. I was told when I walked through the door that it would be $30, then when I went to check out they added another $5 for the shape I got (nothing crazy, just regular length coffin). When I got hole I had to file all of the left over acrylic out from under my nails myself.

Good service, but when I had my hand in the gel machine I seen antennas. Later in the service a roach crawled out of the crack walked across the machine in went back into a crack.

I came heres for many times to have my nails done and I always been satisfied with the quality and price they have provided.

Second time visiting the salon with my daughter in law. Their customer service is great. Very satisfied with the results!
