By far the BEST gel manicure I have received in Spring Hill! The tech spent over an hour being meticulous about every detail. Everyone was very friendly and never felt rushed. This will be my new regular spot. Cant beat the price for the quality!

My favorite Nail Salon in Spring Hill! They always do a great job. Appointment recommended in my opinion. They are always busy- or at least call first. I normally get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My gel normally lasts 3 weeks and still looks fresh.

I went here last week with a friend and Id never been before. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Used to be a nail biter and my nails are super brittle. Got some gel coated acrylic and my nails have never looked so good. The nail technician was so sweet and kind, kept asking if everything was good. Such a sweet ans caring place! Super clean, taking precautions during these trying times. It got me to relax for a bit and feel pampered. Cant wait to go back!

Left big pieces of acrylic underneath nails. Snagged on all my clothes. Time to find another place.

Took my 4 year old in yesterday to celebrate her birthday and let her get her nails painted for the first time. They were a little busy, and we were prepared to wait-we didn’t have an appointment so I didn’t expect immediate service.About five minutes later, one of the girls came up to me and explained that some other people had called in, and that they might show up. If they did, then we would be waiting for 30 minutes. I just smiled and said “ok”.But she kept talking about how she didn’t know if these people were coming or not, and she really didn’t want me to wait. I finally asked if she was just asking us to leave. She said “well…yes”.Mind you, I’m 9 months pregnant. I wanted to get a birthday celebration in with my daughter before her sister arrives, so I’m already a little emotional.But, when I pieced together that we were being asked to leave on the off chance that some other people who had called in might show up…I was confused. And the confusion led to hormonal tears.I was totally fine with waiting 30 minutes. I didn’t understand the urgency to either get us seated or have us leave. I also didn’t understand why we would be the ones to wait if we arrived first, despite who had called in and said they may come by. It felt pushy, and strange. I’m sure they do fabulous work, so this is strictly a review of the professionalism I encountered yesterday.Based simply on the fact that I left in tears, I won’t be returning. Based also on the fact that we were straight up asked to leave because of a wait time, rather than being asked if we wanted to wait, or if we wanted to make an appointment for a later time slot, I also won’t plan on coming back.

This is a great salon but as with all places offering services provided by multiple people, there are technicians much more skilled than others. I had a pedi and although the attention to my feet was excellent, the paint job on my toe nails left a bit to be desired. I got French gel and some of my toes have straight lines while others have deep curves. Its not awful but prefer a more uniform look. I regret to say that I did not get my technicians name bur he was male. He was very attentive and asked before using any of the tools that many customers do not want used on them. He was respectful and probably would have done wonderful with a solid color rather than the French manicure. Will still use this salon!

This place is great, is quite of a drive for me, but is worth it. They are very friendly, and this is the place that I have seen that have the best Covid safety!

Finally found my nail salon! Ive had gel and dip done here and they are both amazing. Hannah and Tammy are wonderful. I brought my daughter and my granddaughter for a girls manicure day. My daughter has the hardest time getting even gel to stay. Its been over a week and they still look great.

I’m so happy that they check temperatures and use ALL health precautions to keep them and all customers safe? They are amazing! Trish has done my nails for years! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. They all do such a great job. They are all very nice and they are very clean.

Today was my first time at GM Nails. I moved here a few months ago and have yet to have a good experience with local nail salons, until today! Jenny was super friendly, took her time and I was very pleased with the ending results. I have to have special attention on both my big toenails and have to have an overlay or “build” me a toenail. The other local places I had been to had done a terrible job. My nails and toenails turned out perfect today!! Thank you Jenny and GM Nails for a great experience! I have found my new nail salon!!

Awesome staff, good $$ing for the cost of nails (dip) these days..have had to go back only once and they were more than happy to re-do my toes (they smeared next morning) at no charge.

Great place, friendly and great manicure

The nail salon is very clean. They auto-clave all of their reusable metal equipment. They offer hot towels, hot stone massages, and even have chairs designed so your children can get a pedicure with you. It was very clean and very comfortable. No aromas at all that you would associate with a typical nail salon. The salon was very busy but the staff seemed to work efficiently through all of the customers or reccomend times to return. I called same day for an appointment and was seen within several minutes of my appointment time. I asked for a fun design and the nail technician was able to easily adapt the design to what I wanted. I am very happy with the quality of service I received and plan to head back again.I really appreciated not being shamed for not shaving my legs beforehand. I am a nurse and work a lot and this was my first day off in a long time. I enjoyed being able to treat myself and let someone take care of me for a little while. Thank youEdit to add:I recently went in my 3rd visit, my girls 2nd visit. My girls enjoyed their visit however the gel polish doesnt last. On both kids the gel polish came off within a few days.I had my nails done, dip removed, gel polish removed from toes, toes new gel polish, and nails new dip. The technician doing my toes filed them down way too much and filed them unevenly. The gel polish also didnt cure. I realized this same day and attempted to call and no one answered the phone. My nails were cut down way too short and filed unevenly, there were lumps in the dip and I kept pointing out the lumps and uneven filing to the technician. The technician filed my skin in multiple spots causing me to bleed. I went back the next day to get my toes fixed and was told to leave and come back in an hour, they must think people are sitting around at their beck and call and can just be there at their whim. I ended up getting my nails and toes fixed by another technician. I think the issues at this salon are technician specific and for that I would not reccomend the technician sitting at table 3 and 4. The technicians at table 1 and 5 I have had good experience with.

First time here and am SO happy with my experience. The staff was professional and friendly - they took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I was happy BEFORE they even started. For sure my go to place from now on.

I gave this place 2 tries and both times I have been disappointed. My nails look terrible after 1 week both times, chipped and broken and I had dip nails done both times. Last time it happened I called and they told me to come in and fix them and I had to wait 30 min to get them fixed. Not going back again.

Went to GM Nails on a Wednesday. It was our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last. These folks there were super friendly and made my 5 yr old, who was just getting her nails painted, feel super at ease and special. Not to mention, it’s now Saturday night and her nails look like they were just polished this morning!

If you get nails or brows done here in Thomsons Station or Spring Hill, COME HERE! Just got my brows done... Amazing! Not to mention they were absolutely incredible with my 4 year old while I was busy. Just really felt like good people were working here.

I have been coming here awhile now and love it! However, if you really want to be pampered and get the best massaging of your life you MUST try The Pearl Spa Pedicure! Honestly, have NEVER had one that compared! Numerous leg treatment massages, stone massage, paraffin on your feet, hot towels! Pure heaven. Tammy did an AMAZING job! I would give her 10 stars if I could! Great job! Ill be doing this again!

We showed up very last minute wanting full nails for both of us and a pedicure. These guys were great! They were very friendly and still did quality work instead of rushing through.

Nails are always on point. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes with an appointment. Very friendly staff and the place is always very clean.

I’ve been going for a while now for the organic dipped nails and was impressed with the quality but with the quarantines happening I just had to share. I have never had nails last as long as these have. Tomorrow will make 5 full weeks that these nails have stayed on my fingers without any assistance. They are terribly grown out but this is remarkable. Most places I’ve gone I would have nails popping off by 2 weeks. Shoutout to these guys. I just can’t wait to come see y’all when this craziness is over.

I’d never been to this salon before, and my first impression of it was great. I walked in and felt welcome by everyone. They did exactly what i asked and made sure i was satisfied. Wonderful conversations and a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend if you’re in this area.

This is the best place in Spring Hill to get your nails done. I highly recommend asking for Ten to do your nails! He takes his time and he gets every detail right!

I was excited to take a friend to get our nails done. Not living in Spring Hill I saw GM Nails had a 5 star rating. After going I can not agree with this rating. Walking in, the chemical smell was overwhelming and left us both with a headache. We were unable to sit together and we both were cut during our treatments. I will said that the nail dip was done beautiful but when I was receiving a massage at the end, the technician was extremely rough and popped my wrist leaving me with a grade 2 sprain. Maybe it was an off day or just our bad luck but overall not a location I would recommend or will return to.

Got dipped nails done for the first time here. Jenny was extremely courteous and friendly and the facility was extremely clean. Service was amazing. Will definitely come back.

GM Nails was the perfect place for our granddaughters first nail salon experience! The staff is very kind, works very well with children and have child-size pedicure chairs!! Grandma and mommy were very happy as well.

I almost hate to give an Amazing Review because then the crowds will come...but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail shop. This place is a beautiful salon with excellent service. Everything is kept very clean and sanitary. The pedicure tubs actually have a plastic liner that is thrown out with each client. I have told my friends and everyone that gives them a try LOVES the services. My nails look great. Give them a try! They are right behind McCallisters Deli to the right of LOWEs in Spring Hill. You wont be disappointed!
