Senior technician informed me they had the10w30 oil I needed for my 2013 f350 diesel powerstroke not the 5w40 recommended by Valvoline. I then spoke with the asst. manager, Peter, who informed me that it would have been looked up on the Valvoline website and at least he knew before looking what the correct oil was supposed to be used or I wouldve left imediatly. I had just washed and waxed my truck and recently had the engine bay steam cleaned. As the technician removed the oil dispenser he didnt use a shop rag to catch the oil and dripped it across my moter. When I got home I noticed oily fingerprints across the front of the hood and on both fenders. I gave it 2 stars just because asst. manager Peter seemed to be the only one that knew what he was doing. The quality of work was sloppy. I hope they did better on what I didnt see. In the past when Ive used Oil Can Henrys at another location I always received clean professional service of a high standard.

Was quick, but not as thourgh as I was hoping.

Well, I leave there and my car was very loud unlike when I arrived. Come to find out even though I paid $24.99 extra for air filter they never installed it left it open unlatched with no filter in it not even the old one! Even though they check to make sure everything caps etc are closed. Im wondering if I even got synthetic oil like i paid for? And the guy who was blamed isnt the one who removed it to begin with. Yes, he felt bad and was honest mistake. But could of caused damage to a vehicle. When I waited on hold for 10 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone there the manager said, well, its cause weve been training. Wasnt even offered a discount or anything after paying almost $100. Be careful at this location.

Have tried a few places in spokane and nobody even comes close. With their own records and carfax nothing gets missed. Wont go anywhere else now.

Great service. They noticed my serpentine belt was splitting around the belt. Great catch. They were able to change that out for us and get us back on the road within a half hour and even changed our oil. Thank you for great service.
