Dino is great and got my girls subaru in on short notice to repair the head gaskets. He had it done in a day and pulled strings to get heads serviced ASAP! Would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who drives imports and needs literally anything done to them. Great customer service also!!!!

I refer everyone to this Shop, Dino is amazing and honest. I used to get oil changes done at a dealership in town and would always get this huge list of things needing done. I would take this over to Dino and he would go through what actually needed done. Use this place to make sure you get honest feedback. The biggest red flag that mad me use him over the dealership was that one oil change the dealership said I needed new brakes, but then the next oil change they said they were fine. I pressed them on why last time they told me I needed it and then three months later they said they were fine. This was one of the big dealerships downtown Spokane as well. So long story short dont trust your suggested repairs until you call Dino and Carlsons and review it with them first.

Seek no others for correct diagnosis and repairs, especially for older Honda Accords.My First Hand Report:My 1992 Accord Coupe EX had been repaired by me a few months ago, and sad to say, I did an extremely poor job replacing the front Sway Bar Bushings. I did it on unrelieved ground in my driveway, and as such pre- torqued the installation, and they blew out within a few months. Leaving the car to drift and sway with every road condition.Enters Carlson, and it was finally corrected, leaving this vintage car owner with a brand new Honda. Their impeccable team work skills and quick repairs using parts from a nearby salvage yard save me a fortune. FIVE STARS!Seek no-one else for any Honda repairs.

I never review places. But I have never been more impressed by a repair shop than Carlsons. I am always wary of going to a shop with my car because I never know what places to trust. I can confidently say that this place is honest and they are always doing their best to get your car back to premium shape and in a timely fashion. Dino and Phil are very knowledgable and direct. They make sure you are always getting the best prices on parts and repairs. The moment I walked in they treated me with respect and talked with my like I was a friend. I will always go to them if I ever need to get work done on my Honda.

Went here on a recommendation from a Friend and wasnt disappointed. Had an electrical problem with my Honda that was difficult to track down but they wouldnt give up until they found the problem. They worked to save me money by installing used parts rather than trying to sell me new. Very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Love this place. We had to replace the SRS module in an old CRV, and the dealer quoted us $1300. This place quoted us $350, called around on their own to find the part used in town, had a plan A, B, and C if anything went wrong, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and had the car done on the same day for the same price they promised. I’ve never had a more pleasant and straightforward experience with a mechanic. Thanks, Dino!

Awesome customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just did a transmission flush on my Acura TL and they had me in and out in a half hour. Called several times with timing belt questions and Dino always gave me the info I needed. Will be back soon for my plugs and valve adjustment!

Every time weve needed work done on my daughters fairly-old Honda Odyssey, theyve come through quickly and at a price we can afford. Ill never forget the time I got a break-job estimate from Les Schwab and nearly fell out of my chair, only to be shocked and relieved at the price difference after getting an estimate from Dino. I wouldnt take our import anywhere else.

After having them perform several repairs on the car, it came back fine, at first. After about a week of ordinary driving around town - no highway trips, no heavy or dangerous driving - the wheels suddenly began squealing. That squeal rapidly turned into a clunking sound one evening, which ended with the tire coming completely off the car because they didnt properly tighten the bolts.The car, when not in use, was parked in a locked lot with extremely limited access, so it is highly unlikely that an outside individual tampered with the tires.Their prices are not only excessive, but they seem unable to perform basic bolt-tightening, endangering anyone who drives a vehicle they have serviced. This goes beyond incompetence into downright malfeasance that could have easily caused a highway disaster, all because they cant seem to be bothered to perform the simplest of tasks to completion.One star is far too generous. Were I able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that this had been their inept work, I would happily sue them.
