Asked them to replace a/c compressor. Told us it was something else. $600 down the drain. Turned out it was compressor. They wont credit the 600 mistake.

The battery light came on in our 2006 Honda Odyssey. They were able to diagnose the electrical issue and determined that the alternator had gone bad. They quickly replaced it and got us back on the road. We really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and they saved us some money compared to quotes with other companies. I definitely recommend Bobs service center, and will definitely bring my cars in there from now on.

Grant was lovely to work with, however, we had our van’s AC serviced two weeks ago and it is back to blowing hot air. When we called them, Mike told us that Grant no longer worked there and they won’t touch my van, and hung up. So much for loyalty to a returning customer. I am spreading the word on how terrible their customer service has become.

I was greeted by Grant Smith (manager) who told me about their Toyota certified mechanic, the process they used as well as the products. I felt both assured and comfortable so I set the appointment. After dropping my vehicle off, it seemed that it was only minutes that Grant called me to say the job was completed and I could pick up it up. I looked over the interior to make sure there were no greasy hand prints like Ive found after services elsewhere....it was clean as a whistle! The transmission is smooth as silk! I was so satisfied that my wife suggested we should take her Subaru to them for the timing belt / water pump service. It goes in this Friday.Bottom line is this; Grant and his crew truly care about doing the job once and to your complete satisfaction! I enthusiastically recommend Bobs Service Center!

Probably the best service center in Spokane.Grant and his team are 100 percent honest. There pricing is incredibly reasonable and on top of that they go above and beyond to ensure customers are safe and well informed.

They did a computer reprogramming for me 15 min later all the lights came on. They said they could get me back in in a week? Then told me I needed another new part with a harness? Napa said no such part? So I called jeep they said no such part? Did not fix my problem and are taking me for a ride. But not in my broken jeep!

WOW! A friend told me Bob’s was trustworthy and I was not disappointed. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars and is weary of sketchy mechanics I can say Bob’s exceeded my expectations by so much. They got me the best deal they could on a big repair, worked with me and explained my options, and even gave me a ride home. We bought a used Volkswagen EOS and immediately had air-conditioning problems. I was looking on line for some place close to the house for A/C repairs. Bob’s Service Center, four blocks from home came up. I stopped by the shop and talked to Grant. He explained they were experienced in Volkswagen repairs. I scheduled the repair and it was completed quicker and less cost than they estimated. I have since used them for major repairs on my Volkswagen Touareg and service on both vehicles. We are very pleased with the service we receive. It troubles me to think that I have been buying gas and propane there for close to 50 years and never used their service. That haschanged now.

It was a wonderful experience great price concise and accurate assessments decent pricing on replacement parts good communication between them and I about unexpected issues during the process. I was very pleased with the billing process and the paperwork describing the work I will definitely use these guys again.

We love Bobs. They have worked on both of our cars. When you stop in or call Bobs you get genuine service, which is hard to find these days. Theyre honest about what you need done and what can wait. They do a fantastic job of quoting and completing work on time. When I bought my car I started noticing oil leaking in my garage about a week later. I called and took it to Bobs. It turned out to just be a drain plug, but they looked the car over and went above and beyond a normal inspection. I trust them with my cars and I feel good supporting this local shop.

During my visit to Spokane from Seattle for a family emergency, my car’s thermostat was stuck shut and led to my engine almost blowing up but not quite but definitely causing damage throughout the engine and bursting a rather important pipe. When my car began overheating excessively I was conveniently parked in the lot next to this Bob’s Service Center... I met with Grant who I think could see how stressed I was by this incident and he not only professionally assisted me by getting my car in the shop within minutes to have it diagnosed but he was also just a good and much needed friend in that time of need by reassuring me that it could’ve been worse and that it’s going to be alright. Within a few days he fixed my Audi which isn’t even mentioned as a vehicle they specialize on according to their website and got me back on my way to Seattle and so I give Grant and his stellar team major props for that. On top of it all he even fixed it for a few hundred less than the original quote which was great.I can’t thank you guys enough over there and anyone would be wise to use your fantastic business for their auto needs.

These guys were so patient and amazing I had brought my 91 chevy blazer in. And it of course was dead as a doornail. Grant(amazing customer service skill good hard worker) came out and we talked and came up with some ideas on what could be wrong. I was thinking headgasket Grant was thinking clogged line somehere. Ive had my car serviced / repaired at Bobs Service Center three times now. Theyve always done a great job and been fair. The most recent experience was just this last week, my car steering was acting weird and was having a hard time turning. I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon, and by the next day, they had it fixed. Apparently the power steering pump had come loose. Grant was my mechanic and he did an excellent job. Super nice and provided an awesome experience. Would recommend to all my friends. And R&R Heating where I work, gets all our vans & trucks serviced here.

Highly recommend these guys! Very professional and fast. I was having a hell of a time getting the nut off of the yoke on my Jeep. They pulled it in the shop and got it off no problem and I was out of their shop in 10 minutes flat. I will be recommending them to friends and will definitely be back!

Had a bad experience at another service center. Bob’s service center figured out what the problem was, gave an estimate, and completed the job on time. I feel so comfortable dealing with such a professional outfit l will never take my car anywhere else. Friendly clean and very professional. I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of someone that doesn’t know anything about a car, but where the gas goes.

I was a little hesitate to take my rig to a shop at a gas station but as soon as I went in the front door i was greeted by name and treated like i was super important. Diagnostic was super quick and within a couple hours was notified of the problem. It was fixed the next work day, beautiful work and awesome people i would recommend this place to anyone who doesnt want to get the run-around and pay for non fixes they are honest and respectful and great mechanics definitely going back

It was my pleasure to meet shop manager Grant today. Both he and Mr. Aaron James, by far, the most professional in their demeanor and decorum combined with up-to-date auto expertise. Been a patron for over 20 years and the one thing which consistently stands out by Bobs is the quality of employees they hire especially the unsung heroes, the hard-working mechanics.

I decided to go through them for 2 reasons first good reviews and second its a small business. They treated me fairly and made sure I understood what needed to be fix. Will be going to them for now on!

I dropped my car off on Thursday, thursday... All I needed was new window regulator. 15 dollar part. They held my car clear till tuesday claiming the part was not in and then tried to charge for a diagnosis when we already Knew what the issue was. The window had simply fell off the tracks. They had lost all the screws and pieces to hold my panel to the door. Highly unprofessional and now I am having to spend more money to replace what they lost while taking it to another shop. Super disappointed.

Great service at a fair price. Ive been going to these guys for three years now and never feel like they are overcharging me. I had an oil leak recently and when they were done they charged me under $5.00! I ask you to find a better price than that? Many other shops would have tacked on another $100-150 for diagnostics and labor.

These guys are pretty great. Had some issues with my Buick and I brought it in Monday morning and it was done that night. GM actually blocked them from diagnosing the issue through the ECU so Im pretty upset by the sneaky tactics GM uses sometimes to get more money out of you, but I digress. Went in for one issue but when they did an inspection they found a more pressing problem that needed immediate attention. They recommended that I not drive my car home even though it was late on a Friday and they wouldnt be able to get to it until Monday. They got me a taxi ride home that day, offered to get me a rental and kept in contact with me throughout the whole repair process. Got the job done for a fair price, too. Have not had an issue with the repairs that they have done.I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

My sun roof broke by being opened this winter when it was freezing and I was able to get it shut at the time but it make some very bad noise in the process. This spring I accidentally opened it again and it would no longer shut. With the big rains coming Aaron was able to get it into the shop that day. The diagnoses was the track inside the sunroof was broken.... I had indicated that if they could get it shut and sealed I would be happy as I knew the expense of replacement was out of my budget. With the hour of diagnoses time along with another half hour to get it put back together and shut I was back on the road with minimal expense. They were able to pull the fuse as well so I cant make the same mistake again. All in all I received great service and for a fair price... they really saved the day!

Grant is the man! Brought my F150 2013 pickup in literally falling apart in the lot. He was up front and didnt horse around with pricing. He gave me an honest quote, and called me when he was done. Even saved me a little after the job was done. I wouldnt go anywhere else! You shouldnt either.

An incredible, ethical, and talented shop. I had an expensive repair done here recently, but what has impressed me more has been the fantastic service Ive received since: a last minute fix to get my car starting again (where they repaired my battery instead of selling me a new one), a free diagnosis and fix on a terrifying noise under the hood of my car, fluid top offs, and an unflagging sense that they would do whatever was necessary to keep their client happy and attended to.
