I have visited multiple mechanics and lube shops to service or repair my Honda over my seven years in Spokane. Bills has by far offered the best service. They specialize in Honda and have been the most friendly and honest automotive repair places that I have experienced. While you may find an oil change for a bit less elsewhere, I trust the professionals at Bills Import to not only find and fix problems with my vehicle, but to let me know of less expensive or simple DIY fixes.

I take my wifes 4Runner to Bills for anything that falls outside of my limited DIY capabilities. They never disappoint. They once gave me an estimate for approx $600 for a repair (radiator I think. Its been a couple years). I agreed to it. After the work was completed they said, Oh it wasnt as bad as we thought. Its only $400. What are you doing Bill? I agreed to $600. Take your money bro. You earned it.Lifetime customer.

Honestly we expected that we needed something major doing and it ended up being somehing really simple and reasonable. Could not be happier. No upselling, no BS. We have been Bills customers for about five years now. We own two luxury cars and appreciate the honesty and integrity of Bill, Steve and the rest of the Bills Auto Imports family. We have also seen Bill and his wife give freely of their time to bless a young single mother who needed new tires. I would never go to anyone else for car service.

They got my car in on the same day. Diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote to fix it, as well as explained what it needed within an hour. They fixed the problem and were extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Made an advance appointment (4 days ahead) to have the fuel lines tightened on my wifes Subaru Outback, and was quoted about 50 dollars over the phone. All was good until I arrived this morning on time (8:30am) and dropped the car off. There was no usual written repair estimate (???), but I still had confidence. After hearing nothing all morning, I finally called them at 12:30. My car had not even been looked at, and I was told There are other customers ahead of you. When I remarked that I had made an appointment earlier in the week, I was told that my car would be worked on at 1PM. I drove down to the shop, arriving at 1:20, determined to retrieve my car. Miraculously, it was done and a bill was ready.Evidently, I seem to have been charged an effective shop rate of 200/hr with terrible communication as an added bonus! Dont deal with this shop, folks, it just isnt worth it!

I have been dealing with auto shops for fifty years. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with an outfit that was more honest. I wish all the establishments that I have to deal with in life were as upstanding as the people at Bills. They seem to be busy when I go in, so I guess Im not alone in my opinion.

I accidentally pulled into Bills Import today because I needed to make a U turn and misjudged my cars turning radius. So instead of jumping the curb or dangerously stopping my car on the bottom of the garland hill, i pulled into their parking lot to turn around real quick. An employee then followed me to where i parked near by to tell me never pull in their parking lot. She was super upset. I tried to explain my reasoning but she called me a liar and said I did it all on pourpose. WOW. Ill tell you this much, I will never pull into that ridiculous little shop and I will advise anyone i know to not go there either because that was strait up rude and uncalled for.Good luck!

Had an $88 100 point inspection and oil change done on my 2005 toyota that Id just bought, funny how 10 days later I had to have a new battery installed by les schwab. The receipt clearly showed inspection of battery and complete electrical system check. Wonder what else wasnt done ?
