Had an appointment to get my oil changed and was running a bit behind. I called and let them know I was running late, and they told me no problem. Got stuck waiting for a train on my way there (I live by Northtown Mall) so was longer getting there, but not too bad....about 20 minutes late. When I arrived, they were closed! Door was locked...open sign off...no one answered my phone calls. Mind you they were supposed to be open until 4 and I arrived at 3:20. Left a message and never received a call back. Makes me mad as I had my infant daughter with me, it was 115 degrees that day, and I drove 9 miles one way for absolutely nothing! At the very least they couldve called me to tell me they were closing early.....or maybe just relayed that on the phone when I called them. Very disappointed and wont go back. There are other places to get my oil changed.

4 stars only because I used to come here a few years back and Corey was always amazing! Unfortunately the guy at the counter the last 2 times has been so dismissive Ive had to go somewhere else. 3.5 lift makes my jeep hard to jack up, went in to see if I could pay them to lift it and check the connections down from the pitman arm that I cant see without either lifting it or pulling off my rock sliders. They only had 1 car in the shop so figured Id stop in and ask. The guy wouldnt give me the time of day just kept telling me they dont do Alignment...which they advertise they do but I wasnt asking. I had a strange request so any other reason they couldnt do it and I wouldve completely understood. Normally wouldnt leave a review like this but it really got under my skin how dismissive and condescending the customer service was. Ended up having the oil change guys right next to them lifted it take some pictures only took about 10mins.

I have been taking my car to Priors for oil changes the past few years. They have always been professional and courteous. I needed my valve covers replaced and they did that, but they were still leaking. I brought my car back and they fixed it quickly and aptly. A week later, My car was still smelling like oil. I brought it back and they graciously washed/de-greased my motor. I am more than happy with Priors and will continue to patronize their business

Dealt with Patrick and Wayne today. I have been using them for years. Always honest and not trying to say something needs to be replaced when it doesnt. My Ford escape is pushing 175k miles and I will keep bringing it to them!

Used to be good but went down the drain they are not thorough ive spent over 2k here and still have issues that should not be there after all the work Ive had them do Ive taken the vehicle back 3 times they just give you the run around lazy work

Save your time and money going to Priors auto. Called to ask a simple question and how much it’d cost to fix. Then said in the most unprofessional tone of voice said “were booked up for the next two weeks working on AC”. Once i asked him if he had a general idea of the price and again said in rude voice “gotta go buh bye” then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and he said i canceled an appointment i never made. Then promptly hung up, Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism considering family and i have gone here for years

Do not buy packages from here, they do not honor them. I bought a package of 3 oil changes from Groupon, they did two of them and then told me they couldn’t do the 3rd because “they haven’t done it since 2011.”I bought it less than a year ago for a package of THREE. They had already cashed it out on my groupon for the first two - totally cheating me out of the 3rd one since I have no way for a refund now.

Excellent and quick service. In and out in 20 mins for an oil change (with appointment). They even left me a cold water bottle in my cup holder.

Took my wifes SUV in to get the oil changed and all went well, as far as I saw. I had them check the brakes and they told me they were very low- almost down to metal on metal. It was going to be 500 bucks to rotors and pads. The next weekend I found a little extra time and started doing the brakes myself. I took the forest wheel off and there was over half of the pad left. I took another wheel off to make sure and there was even more pad left on that one!! The rotors were fine as well....

I would like to thank this business even though I myself was not the customer. My sons car broke down on a Saturday and he was struggling with what to do. He contacted Priors in the afternoon and they got him approved for financing over the phone, had his car towed to their shop and even stayed late to have his car completed by the end of the day. Outstanding customer service and I would recommend this business to everyone.

They have been working on all of my vehicles (over the years); Minivan, 2 Trucks, Large SUV and Mid-size SUV. I recommend them to any friend thats even remotely close to their location. They are friendly and honest and have always been accommodating.

We were traveling through Spokane for the holidays and had two warning lights come on in our truck. We were able to get in at Prior’s the morning of the day after Christmas, and they took a look at the problem quickly, letting us know what to expect and what to do next if it comes back...and they didn’t even charge us. (We tried to pay!) They had friendly customer service and even gave us waters for the long drive home. If we lived closer we would make them our regular service place, so we just wanted to spread the word for locals. Thanks!

Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I recently took my older vehicle in for a routine oil change. I also requested some diagnostic work. I was impressed with the friendly attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. After my oil change and diagnostic work, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my bill. All the services were extremely reasonably priced. I fully intend on returning here and recommending Priors to my friends and colleagues.

They seem to do a fair job. Got me in fast for an oil change. The guy who checked me in and out seemed more annoyed at my presence than aware I was the paying customer. If I didnt have a Groupon coupon, probably would not return.

These guys are the best! They take care of all our cars and trucks.

They found my coolant leak in my water pump and when i told them it had just been replaced they suggested i go back to where it was done and that it should still be under warranty, rather than charging me to have it replaced again. They also did not charge for the inspection.

These guys came highly recommended by some co-workers.We have been moving around alot and it is hard to find a good mechanic like the guys at Priors. We have used this place a couple of time in the past, but last week was just AWESOME! We were down to our last nerve with our car, We took it in and told them to fix whatever so that we could sell it. Well it turned out to be a Mass Air Flow Sensor. All this time and other shops telling us it was the Catalytic converter (over 1500.00) or an engine. Wayne figured it out in under 30 minutes and saved our baby from the auction block. Thanks again for the friendly service.

All the work they’ve done on my car was not done well from the breaks to the spark plugs. My breaks made noise right after they replaced them. I kept taking my car back and they said it was because my breaks must be dirty or I got dust in them. I would not recommend.

As a female its scary to take your car to any auto repair shop. I always felt like auto repair shops view me as a money symbol. But not here. I have been going to Priors since I moved to Spokane and purchased my vehicle in 2013. They have never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs and are always friendly. Its a nice feeling to know I can trust that they are going to not only do an excellent job but I dont have to worry that Im getting roped into spending money on things that dont need to be done. And to top it off the prices are not only competitive but cheaper than the majority of places I researched when I needed more than an oil change. I will never take my car anywhere else!

These guys are great they got my husbands truck back on the road and now its going back in because the transmission is under warranty and Im sure they will do an excellent job.

I had my car worked on there and I was pleasantly surprised by the great staff and excellent work at reasonable prices. And it is a convenience store so you can binge on Mountain Dew or whatever while you wait.

Have used Priors for years and appreciate their timeliness, professionality and reasonable pricing. Have taken multiple vehicles there over time and Priors has bent over backwards to make good the few times things were less than perfect. I trust their judgment and look forward to working with Corey and Wayne in the future.

Changing my own oil and could not get the oil filter off. Went to Priors to schedule an appointment to have them replace the filter and he took it in the bay and fixed it for no charge!Will always refer people to Priors for their auto repair needs!

Ive brought company vehicles in on two occasions from two different outfits. Both times the staff have been nothing but professional and have taken care of any mechanical issues I needed at the time. No complaints here! To the Groupon customers...try not to bust the guys balls on repairs, when your out of pocket expense was $3.00 and change. Seriously! I witnessed a groupy interrogate one of the guys to no end,on services provided the last time I was there.

I do not plan to go back. I have gotten to the point I do not want to do the oil changes myself. I saw a Groupon & a chance to find a new location to get this done. First trip....they charged additional fees that were not covered in the Groupon.. ok no big deal.. get car home & it drips oil all over my garage floor for 2 days. Not OKAY. Well I have paid for another trip, So I suck it up & go back 3 mos later....I do not want oil in my garage so I park in the street for a day & move it to my driveway & then to my garage...giving it time to drip off....now I have oil in 3 places....the car smells like cigarette smoke... less than 7 thousand miles, non-smoker-no kids- no pets.....NOW my new car needs an air-freshener. Where did customer service go? Remember when mechanics kept your car clean....They did not need to turn on the radio & air-conditioner to change the oil. Now I remember why I was doing it myself. I hope I find a place to get my oil changed that can keep my car clean.

Im also a groupon user- I try to cut places a LOT of slack when they offer a groupon because I know they usually end up losing money on the deals (but they did offer it, so Ill use it).First oil change they were not quite rude but not friendly either. Very brusque and short in answers. MIGHT BE COINCIDENCE because I have a 2000 car, but the VERY NEXT DAY my check engine light started coming on. Called the shop to ask about it and they said it wasnt anything theyd done. I brushed it off as odd timing.Was leery about going in for the second oil change but scheduled the appointment. Again the guys werent outright rude, but they were VERY short and didnt want to answer any questions. I mentioned that the check engine light was still coming off and on and asked if they could run the code on it and give me an estimate for repairs.The whole oil change including running the code took less than 15 minutes- when they say oil change thats ALL they do, dont expect any thing like fluid checks, air filter checks, anything you would get anywhere else. After the first oil change when the check engine light came on I checked my air filters and fluids to see if there was anything basic I could fix- took off the air filter cover and it was PACKED full of leaves and dirt- TOTALLY NOT THEIR FAULT, must have come from the dealer that way (thanks C.A.L. for that) but if they had even checked the air filter there was no way they could have missed it. The groupon is (apparently) a bare bones service.After the second oil change (the very next morning) my heater has stopped working- Im not interested in calling the shop to even ask if they bumped something when checking the codes or noticed anything because I know theyll claim no fault but GLADLY offer me another quote for repairs. One weird timing repair I could brush off, the second makes me think theyre just another typical repair shop trying to create job security.Between the attitudes, bare bones service, and questionable repairs Im not interested in going back to this shop EVER.

Service rep. was very unpleasant to deal with. Poor, horrible attitude, rough remarks. Not sure what his problem was, but Never going here again. I had a group on for 2 visits, and will NOT be using the 2nd one. Appears they keep promoting thru group on as Regular customers dont show up after the first visit. Appears Im not the first to comment about Groupons either.. why market thru Groupon if you treat the customers like $#!T?

Not a good place to go all they care about is money. I stopped in and asked them to show me where the transmission dip stick was because I could not find it. He wouldnt tell me unless I paid him money. I would give it no stars if it allowed that. So if you have a question about your car dont bring it here.

What a treat! We stopped in here on our way back from a more than amazing ski trip this weekend to Schweitzer Mountain in Sandpoint Id. Our Suburban we rented for the week had all kinds of lights and whistles come on while driving thru the Spokane Area. We looked on our phones and found this place on Yelp. It said that they were rude and didnt honor Groupons for some reason (classic right always bad reviews for auto shops). Still they were the closest and I kind of have a good time going to a business (even warned) that has some bad reviews just to see how bad it could be. We pulled up and popped the hood (Like we know anything) Suddenly out of nowhere is a big tall gentleman wearing white of all things asking us if he can give us a hand. We told him what was going on and he immediatley asked if we would like his help... Which we then told him it was a rental and we were not going to spend any money anyway. He fired back well give me a couple of minutes with my Scanner and Let you know what is going on no charge. So of course we let him..... About 10 minutes later he emerged covered in road grime on his white shirt and said we were ready to go. We asked hime what the matter was? He replied that the electrical connector to the oil sendsr unit (i think) had come un plugged and we wouldnt have to worry about it again. He pulled the truck out and we were on our way. You just dont run in to people like this everyday. We went back into the lobby and talked with a couple of folks that were in with thier cars too. All goood feedback. We said our goodbyes to Spokane and headed back to home. I am only giving it a very good review because we didnt have work done but WOW what a difference from other places I have been with my car.... Wish you guys were in my town! Thanks again
