Experience was good. But the part is not working properly.

Our part arrived 8 days early. Its the correct part. good quality. And it was cheaper than most places. Thier return policy is great giving a year for returns as long as its in the same condition. I will order parts through them again.

Great service, saved me some money.

He services our water heater and told us it is about to die. Anxiously waiting to see when it will be replaced. We appreciated knowing ahead of time versus having to clean up a basement full of water.

The gentleman was over a half hour late after the time frame he quoted me. He was there to perform routine maintenance on a refer on an extended warranty. He did not clean the coils nor did he check the seals. Not impressed with the company Sears contracts out with for this type of service. Took over a week just to set up an appointment. Not customer service friendly.

I wanted a repair part but was routed to an out of state party to aid me. I immediately called my 2nd business and invited down to pick it up and our washer was running that day. Even Amazon would have it in my hand in 2 days. 2 stars for maybe is a lot.

We spent over 10 hours on hold and waited over 30 days for a part. By the time the part arrived I had already purchased one locally and had the dishwasher repaied.

Technician showed up within the window and performed routine maintenance. He was courteous and professional.

They responded, said thet could fix it that day. Changed their mind ans said they didnt have the part (a washing machine pump). Then said it would take 2 days for us to receive the pump. Three days later it arrived. Then had to reschedule the appointment online. So, over a week later, hand another appt to fix a SEARS washer pump for mere $525.00. You decide.

Have not had a job done as of yet! No delivery, no work done as of yet! Had a delivery date but it is past! Not happy!
