Air Pros did a great job replacing our old AC and damaged furnace. All of their reps and techs were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and strangers alike!

Amanda was a great help. She dealt with the situation with our aging furnace with grace and humor. We did realize that a replacement was needed and she helped to really highlight some of the features of the new furnace we are getting.

Had them come out a few years ago for a “free” service. Which they did not do they just gave me a quote. Waisted my time. Illegal marketing scam. Our service technician is Sean Borja. He has been with us from furnace and A/C installation. He is polite, professional, honest and like a friend.

She seemed to be thorough and made sure I understood what she was checking for, and why our numbers looked good.

Sean was super friendly and educational and explained things in a way that I was able to understand. He gave me cold air again!! Also great recommendations for the future. Will definitely go through Air Pros again

Amanda came earlier than expected (which was actually really nice) and was very professional, personable, informative, and truly genuine. She came to check on our central AC unit that started blowing warm air, ran a bunch of tests, and came to the conclusion that it was totally unsafe to keep running. She went above and beyond for us and I could tell she really cared about how we felt regarding the whole situation. She didn’t pressure us into anything and left the decisions totally up to us and gave us her best recommendations. We will most definitely go with this company again! Amanda was so kind and really made our experience with the company so wonderful. Even though we didn’t get good news, she laid everything out for us and was completely straightforward about it. I hired AAA Heating/Air to install a double head mini split unit. From the very beginning, they were extremely professional and courteous. The installation went over without a hitch. Very pleased with the service I received. Will definitely utilize their service again in the future!

These guys are GREAT! So knowledgeable, kind and get the job done in a timely manner. We had them install an AC, seal up our ducts where holes were at & cleaned them as well. They are tidy too! Sean was so knowledgeable and professional when he came in to quote us and to install. The other guy was awesome too. I just found out they do plumbing and other electrical work, we need help with our dish washer install so I will be calling them to get the job done!

These guys do know what they are doing, as they did it right,Not like Harlem heating did, they took my money, didnt pull permits to do the job, the tech. was dirty from Harlem heating, and messed it up ran for a year and then down hill from there.Thank you so much from the Taylors. I always felt they had my best interest and it was never just about the money. They took great care of me and my home. Sean was an exceptional technician and went above and beyond helping me and making sure my home was safe. I can not thank Sean and this company enough for what they did for me.

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, and had to pay $120 before they would put me on the schedule. Then the day before the appointment they cancelled it and said they would return my money “expedited” but they didn’t. After several calls that they kept saying they were going to expedite the return of my money, I contacted my bank a month later and let them deal with it. My bank returned my money.Update: I originally gave them 1 star, but changed it to 3 after Krystal Cunningham from their corporate office reached out to me after reading my review and wanted to correct the situation. Krystal worked to make sure they did a charge back to pay my bank (who had returned my money). She was very nice and hung in there even though at this point I had a bad attitude. Thanks Krystal!

Air Pros got me in 4 days early and sent Amanda out to check out our system. While she was here she pointed out a couple flaws in your HVAC system and was able to provide a quote instantly for repairs needed. She was extremely informative and professional! If I ever have an issue with my HVAC system I’ll be contacting Air pros for service and hope that they send Amanda out again! I’ll also recommend Air pros to anyone who needs HVAC service!

Our AC stopped working a few days ago, just before a 100+ degree heat wave showed up, so obviously really poor timing! Sean diagnosed that our unit froze, most likely due to dirty filters, and showed us some old metal filters we hadn’t known existed, covered in dirt. He took the time to explain how things worked, and how the HVAC is a system of systems. Unfortunately, our HVAC is decades old and badly in need of repair, if not a whole new system altogether, so there’s only so much Sean can do. We really appreciated the education and tips to help baby our system until we can repair or replace it.

Amanda was very informative and professional. I will use this company in the future for any of our needs.

The guys in the field were great. Polite, well mannered and efficient. But the office... hard to reach a live person since the work has been completed. We had to have our electrical panel replaced, $ 24,000. Can not reach anyone in the office now. We have been waiting for an itemized bill, email or snail mail. Nothing. We have questions. The inspector has been here and things need to be fixed for it to pass, we have heard nothing about that either, when will they be here to fix it? Wishing someone would contact us.3/17/21After previous post, we were contacted by office manager and informed that they do NOT have an itemized bill. I find it hard to believe that. Sarah suggested we contact her, I tried. 3/10/21 @ 1:38pm I left a message at her number. Still have not heard from her. Really sloppy management practices. Im beginning to think they padded our bill and dont want to show their prices. Will be checking other companies to see what they charge. I dont like to be so suspicious but they leave me no choice.

A while ago I called AirPros for a quote over the phone. I received a call from Air Pros saying they were going through their contacts and offering free HVAC maintenance. Amanda and Andy came to my house to service my furnace both were kind and courteous. They took a bunch of readings on my furnace and said my furnace was working too hard and needed to be replaced. Well, I called another company for a quote, and it turns out Andy and Amanda never changed the filter on my furnace--which was way past due. The filter was replaces and now my furnace is running fine. Not only does my furnace not need to be replaced, but the quote I was given was about twice as expensive as the quotes I got from 2 other companies. I understand that offering a free maintainence then finding repair work to do is part of this business model, but the way this was conducted felt outright deceptive. I am upset by my experience with AirPros.

Terrible experience with this company. Tech came out for an AC tune up which turned into our furnace not working, elevated carbon monoxide levels and telling us the furnace and AC both needed replacing to the tune of $20k. Do yourself a favor and call ACI instead. Nothing is wrong with our furnace.

Amazing service! We had quite a shock when mid summer we realized our AC unit was shot. The first company who gave us a bid were quick to say that it would be all this work just to find the issue and even then there was no guarantee they would discover the problem. Were as Air Pros immediately saw the problem and not only gave us multiple options but also worked with us to find the best overall solution for the long term rather than a quick cheap fix. We were very impressed with their customer service, and the quality of work, in addition to being very greatful to have a cool house in August.

John came out to my house on a Saturday. He called before he came over and was exactly on time. Now I dont write reviews often but John deserves this and more. Exceptional customer service is an understatement. John explained everything to me thoroughly and then some! Very courteous and trustworthy. John provided me all my options and then made recommendations based on what I needed (which I purchased a new AC unit). He was just remarkable. I felt comfortable and knew that John had my best interest at heart - which you dont see much anymore. I had multiple companies scheduled to come out and provide an estimate - but after I dealt with AAA and specifically, John, I cancelled all of them. I KNEW these were the right folks for the job. I can promise you that Im going to use AAA for all my A/C and heating needs. Prompt, professional, trustworthy and fair are just a few of the characteristics that will lead me back to AAA. Even if youre getting multiple estimates, set yourself up w/ AAA - and you wont be sorry. Specifically, if all their employees are even 1/2 of what John was like, youre going to be very pleased. AAA is absolutely worth the call - and I bet youll experience what I did - customer service the way its supposed to be! I bought the A/C unit and John assured me well have it installed soon - and I take him at his word. One of the BEST experiences Ive ever had w/ a contractor - call them if you need them, you wont regret it!!!!!

Was called and offered a free furnace service and tuneup and when I asked what was involved with that I was given a long list of things that are included including cleaning of the furnace and burners if needed among many other things she touted they did over the phone. I scheduled an appointment for 10-12. I waited around at home noone called or showed up during this time. Finally at 2 pm, when I needed to leave I’m told someone’s coming and I told them sorry my appointment time is over. They rescheduled ans the tech came today and was on time professional and nice. But this was a bait and switch marketing scam. I didn’t receive the services I was told I was going to get free today, they only tested it and changed my air filter (which I can do myself) and then gave me a quote of $350 for cleaning my burners and things? Which was what I thought this “free service tuneup” included or at least was told during my initial call. This bait and switch marketing and lying of what we are taking time out of our day (two days for us) was a waste of our time .

My only regret is that I didn’t come to AAA Heating and Air, sooner. As a USAF Veteran I could not have asked for better service and quality care. Andy, the owner took exceptional care of me and I cannot be happier with my new Heat pump AC/Furnace system. Andy came by during the installation to inspect and make sure everything was going well and to our satisfaction, and they were done within a day. The benefits of this awesome system has already saved my pocketbook quite a bit of $$$. Thank you so much and for your compassionate customer care.

Im grateful to this awesome company who just installed a gas furnace with a central air conditioner. Id like to say that Tyler helped us map out the system and he is awesome. Call him. I am pleased with everything that was done. The repairman was excellent; however, the repair cost way too much. Parts were for two flame sensors the rest of the work was for labor. If labor is quantified, it works out to be about $300/hour! No way is furnace repair more difficult than auto repair.

I was extremely disappointed in the bid I received to add a new hose bib in our home. I should have known paying $95 to get a bid was a bad idea. Received a bid for $1,232 for 1 1/2 hours labor and under $100 in materials. Skilled labor is valuable to me, but this was outrageous. I called to check for errors and express my concern. On the phone they dropped the charge to $595! While this was much better, it is egregious that their intent was to tap me for and extra $600. I did not not accept that bid, ate the $95 bid fee, and cancelled another job I had scheduled with them. Do NOT consider any work with AAA/Airpros unless you get a no cost bid first! The plumber was courteous and professional, but also does not control the charges.

We recently had a new furnace and AC installed. Andy Ervin, the owner, came to our house twice to fully explain in great details what our options were and the pricing. We had several other companies come give us estimates and Andy and AAA by far went above and beyond any of the other companies in educating us on our home and meeting our needs. When it came time for the install, the installation crew was top notch. Arrived on time, was very professional and clean. All of them had many years of experience, so they knew what they were doing. After the were finished, we couldnt even tell they had been there except for the new equipment. And, they actually did even more work than we expected which was a bonus. The entire experience with AAA was perfect. And, the financing is better than any other company was able to offer.

We called on AAA Air, Heating, and Plumbing twice now to help service/fix our heating and cooling system in the process of selling our home. Both experiences have been absolutely great! The employee Sean has not only helped us with our normal yearly servicing but has educated us in the process. From static air to broken gas valve he was able to help identify and fix the problem immediately! Definitely will continue using this company in the future for our new home!

Our hot water tank went out and AAA was able to come out same day to give an estimate. We had 2 other companies come out and give estimates, all were similar pricing, but AAA warranty was by far the best. I was most impressed with how quick they were to come out for the estimate, Tyler the sales guy answered all my messages promptly through text and email and the plumbers Mark and Adam got the job done within a couple hours and left no mess.

My original furnace decided to go down on a Friday with a cracked heat exchanger and blowing carbon monoxide during the coldest weekend of this year 2018. I called AAA Heating Air & Plumbing and they got me a new Furnace by Monday and had it installed that day. My husband and I purchased an NTI System which has the tankless water heater in it. We are pleased as we finally had heat and no water tank. They were fast, complete and did the job in a very professional manner. We received a small rebate for the furnace, water tank conversion and WIFI thermostat from Avista. This company is one of a kind and I refer them to everyone I know or associate with. Do not hesitate to contact them with your Heating, Air or Plumbing and Electrical issues!!

AAA Heating, Air, and Plumbing was able to send someone to our house the morning after we called expressing concern with our furnace. Sean arrived promptly and, after listening to our concerns, quickly diagnosed the issue we were having. He explained everything he was doing while he was working and ran efficiency tests so that we knew the overall condition of the furnace as well. It was very apparent that the company puts its customers first and ensures that their technicians, like Sean, are very knowledgeable. Thank you!!

We bought a new house this spring and initially planned on waiting until next summer to install central heating and cooling, but then life happened and we needed it to be installed sooner than later. We worked with Tyler to get our quote and Adam was the main guy for the install, but there are definitely more people that were parts of the puzzle. We are super happy with the service we received and the turn out.

Let me preface this review with fact that Air Pros did not win the bid to install a central AC in my home. This is my experience with the inspection for a quote. To be frank, Air Pros felt like a poorly executed craigslist scam. Our first red flag was when we called to get a tech out for a quote and the non-English as a first language woman that answered said this is Air-Tech, how can I help you...not the name of the company, when I confirmed this is Air-Pros? she said yes, sorry, air pros. This feels very much like customer service outsourced to India. Then a few days later the tech came out for an quote, the tech (J.M.) showed up in an old, unmarked personal vehicle with only a polo that said Air Pros on it, no card, literature, clipboard, name tag or anything to otherwise indicate he was the guy we expected other than greeting us with the right name. He was gruff and smelled strongly of cigarettes, not a very professional foot forward, that was red flag two. He went the utility room made like 2 measurements and said yep, no problem, I can do this, and was ready to leave without looking at anything else. From having several other companies through prior to him I knew all the things he SHOULD be looking at, such as the electrical panel on the far side of the house and the site in the yard the heat exchanger should go, he had little to no interest in these points but begrudgingly was convinced to look at them when I prompted. After glancing at them said ok, Ive seen everything I need to see, and so you know Air Pros won’t be the cheapest, but we are the best, I will get you a quote probably Monday, then with no other comment stomped out of the house and drove off. That lack of thoroughness was red flag three. At this point we already had decided Air Pros was a no-go even without their quote, but we awaited it anyway just as a reference point to compare to others. Then the next day, Saturday, I got a call from a different outsourced customer service person from Air Pros asking, how we liked the quote? and if he could set up the install?. I informed them we had not received a quote yet, they then argued with me a bit, then offered to send a different tech instead. We declined and just asked for the tech that came to send us the quote he came out for. The person on the phone then said I will reach out to the Tech and tell him send the quote, Then hung up. This was red flag four, because as a rule reputable contractors dont sales pitch on weekends, similar to reputable car dealerships being closed on Sundays. Then, 30 Seconds later we got an emailed quote. No options, no preamble just AC and 80% gas Furnace combo...$16,000. We had asked for 2 quotes an AC only the tech said would be no problem and an AC+HE Dual Stage Furnace combo as we had not decided if we were just doing AC or replacing the whole system. The quote they send was neither of these requests AND was 2X as expensive as any other company that where all in around $4K for AC only and $8K for a full system (including HE furnace). We laughed long at hard at that quote now cemented in our decision that Air Pros was completely off the table. A few days later I got voicemail and then a text from yet another rep (T.), this time not outsourced, but indicating our our file had just landed on her desk, and she was very sorry we had a poor experience, and was willing to give us a discount if we picked Air Pros for the install, this is red flag five. We hadnt really complained to them, so how did she know we had a bad experience? what is more likely is its a sticker shock sales tactic used by sleazy salesman all around the world, Give them an absurd price, then make a lower price feel like good customer service. It’s a trick that only works if you have done zero research. She reached out one or two times after as well. needless to say we went with a different company for our install.TLDR: Don’t waste your time.

We were very impressed with their service. Offered us lots of options. Answered all of our questions. We love the high end options available. Jared did such a great job!

**Update**Swapped out the dishwasher myself in 90 minutes. Lol. $475 for 90 minutes of work. Like I said before. Shady business. Who do they think they are? Johnnie Cochran? Ha.I was gifted a dishwasher and called about getting it installed. I spoke to someone who charged me $99+tax to have someone come out and look, plus whatever else was needed for the install. I was fine with that. I had several other people, including the place I bought it estimate about $200 for the install. Im expecting the plumber to show up and tell me its an extra $100 on top of what I already paid, or maybe even $200. He says he consulted his pricing book and its going to be $475 to put in a dishwasher. Im not paying someone nearly $500 to put in a dishwasher. Thats absurd. I feel like if the plumber has access to a pricing book then why dont the people scheduling the service have the same access? Instead they make you pay $99+tax to schedule someone to even come out, and then they try to stick it to you when they show-up. What a waste of time and a terrible business practice. Ill never call these crooks again.

CJ came out on a Saturday and serviced my gas fireplace for me after 2 calls to other companies that were too busy. I appreciated their availability and was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism & expertise. Pretty much a family-run business that really seems to care! And who knew they also do plumbing & heating, a one- stop shop I will definitely recommend.😊

The whole staff was remarkable. I initially worked with Tammy. She was helpful, listened to me, and was a truly kind person. When it came to the installation of my AC unit, CJ and Sean were hands down the best. Thus company was timely, efficient, and provided top notch customer service.

I called the number provided on the website, but instead of aaa heating or airpros I was greeted with a/c services I was told I was talking to an after hours answering service but it was indeed the same company. I explained we were looking to replace our ac unit and our furnace. The lady took my info and set an appt for a cost estimate, for the following day between 2-4pm. The appt time came and went with no one coming or calling. I finally called again and had some snooty girl argue with me that it was an answering machine I left my info on, and that does not guarantee an appt, but the girl I spoke with that morning would have- I never spoke to anyone that morning, nor had any missed calls or voice mails. I tried calmly to explain it was not an answering machine but an actual person I spoke with who asked and answered questions. A manager finally took over the call and said that yes I did speak with a person and she set an appt for me, when she should not have knowing that their washington office is booked out for 1.5 months. From start to finish the whole experience was sketchy and disrespectful. They boast on their website friendly service, same day appts, satisfaction guaranteed. The complete opposite of my initial experience with them. At this point I will never do business with them. They clearly do not have any communication in their company, and treat people very poorly over their own mistakes.

Dishonest company. I was charged over $700 to repair an AC unit that should have been replaced. I had another company come look at the unit, after our AC stopped working a month or so after it was repaired. We had the new company replace the AC unit AND the furnace for literally half the price AAA wanted to charge. If you think you are getting a fair estimate, please call around to other companies. AAA charged me $240 for a compacitor- I later found out the same part sells on Amazon for $8. I understand companies need to make money, but that is flat out price gouging. The honest company that replaced our unit charges $80 for the same part. I spent $700+ on parts and repairs to an AC unit that wasnt worth salvaging. The AAA tech also tried to sell me something for another $150; he called it the fix-a-flat for AC units. It was supposed to help IF there was a coolant leak. I spoke with 3 other companies that told me that is a farce. There is no such service. Get a second opinion before letting AAA do any repairs. Or better yet, dont waste your time and money with such a dishonest company.

We had CJ come out for a system tune-up. He was very thorough, and professional. He found a few things that needed to be fixed in the near future, but was very pleasant and not pushy. He also was very knowledgeable and helped suggest ways we could save money on our heating bills in the future. We will definitely be using AAA in the future.

We absolutely loved using AAA Heating and Air, and are now customers for life. My wife and I moved into our house in July and desperately needed A.C. before my parents came to help us with painting and general getting settled in. Vance was able to get us scheduled quickly and was extremely knowledgeable about what our options were with our current setup and budget. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell me on anything and gave it to me completely straight. Furthermore, the cost of an entire all in one system was very fair, especially with our time constraints!We will absolutely be using AAA for our home needs!

Sean was so helpful and did such a great job with our insert install. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating services. Complete furnace replacement with new ACSo lets begin by keeping it real, this was not the job for just any install company.( Believe me, we had other quotes). We are talking about a 57 rancher, with more obstacles than we have time for. Josh and Chris not only showed up on time, with professional attire they never displayed any negativity toward the seemingly impossible task ahead of them. For those who are not aware, a salesman sells the job and the technicians have to deal with the intricate details the salesmen arent aware of. This job I can guarantee used more materials, like 2x the amount than normal or accounted for in the bid, plus infinitely more labor. NOT once was this mentioned. The entire team, Josh and Chris focusing on install, CJ doing the duct cleaning, and Andy and Josh doing the electrical. Teamwork, safety and care for the homeowners property was the focus of the entire job. Important detail- this install happened during the down pour, lighting and flooding of Thursday, I can promise you I am not one to shy away from the Truth as Christ our lord and Savior is my guide, this team delivered it. Andy you are a stern leader, however in an environment that can kill you in multiple ways, details matter. Thank you for your dedication to safety for my family and the employees that work with you and not just for you. AAA heating knows what they are doing. Prices are reasonable and are technician was informational, knowledgeable, and helpful and never made us feel pressured. We will definitely call AAA if we need heating, plumbing, or electrical work done again! They were able to figure out the problem after another company would not honor their workmanship and we already paid hundreds of dollars. Very honest company and we were very pleased! :)

I had been getting estimates on centralA/C units when I had gone to the fair and ran into Tyler H. from AAA and he encouraged me to enter the drawing and set up an appointment to discuss it further. I scheduled him 2 weeks later, at that point I already had 2 estimates and I was waiting on a third. Long story short, AAA was not the least expensive and I was going to go with another company when Jared called to inform that I was the winner of a $500 off. That along with some other discounts put them at the lowest priced, great product, and great warranty. So I chose them. There was a lot of conversations between Jared and the office but we got it squared away. Everyone was extremely nice from the a/c installers to the electricians who went above and beyond and fixed a loose wire in my hallway light with no charge to Sean who came in at the end when they couldnt figure out my old furnace and how to hook it up to the new A/c, and he fixed it rightup. The staff was very respectful of my floors and they cleaned up after themselves.

Wow is all I can say! The team that works at AAA is top notch and their customer service was exceptional. I feel that I got a great product for my money and have had no issues what so ever. AAA was OK, pricing was good and I think ultimately we received a decent furnace for a decent price.The tech that did the install however, miswired the new thermostat (Which they didnt have during the initial install because they didnt order it when they should have). The miswiring caused the thermostat to constantly heat or cool. By the time we got the issue resolved, which was by the thermostat manufacturer (Ecobee) I have had a couple months with $400 power bills, which I attribute to AAA not doing the install correctly.They also have failed to submit the paperwork for the rebate on the thermostat, which they said they would do.

We called AAA Heat and Air to have our furnace serviced, so it would be ready for the cold winter months ahead. CJ was our tech, and he did a super job. Very professional and personable. Will definitely call AAA again for heating and AC needs.

We have worked with AAA on a number of occasions. They have always done great work. They have staff that is friendly and knows what they are doing. We have used them for HVAC work as well as plumbing and have not been disappointed.

So i understand its the busy season for heating. But today Dec 3rd they never showed up to our appointment. We set up an appointment over a week ago, and have tried calling them a few times this afternoon to get no response in return. Terrible customer service and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Update: they apologized for missing the appointment and did come next day. They seemed professional, and besides missing the first appointment reliable. Updated to a 3 star from a 1 star.

We had a broken switch for our gas furnace, and our landlord called these guys in. Our tech, CJ, was super fast, very helpful, and extremely pleasant conversation while he worked. He was in and out in 15 minutes, tops. very personable, very respectful, and very eager to help. Ill definitely be recommending to others in the future.

Kenny was able to respond on the same day I put in the work request. He did a fabulous job identifying and fixing the issue with the air conditioning unit in the office. The customer service rep I spoke with was professional and courteous. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Sean and CJ came out for routine maintenance on our furnace. They were great about sharing knowledge regarding other issues observed around the house not related to the furnace. Were able to answer all questions regarding issues with furnace during cleaning. After the job we asked them to look at my air conditioner they were able to find the problem and fix it in just a matter of minutes. Provided knowledge regarding air conditioner and common problems that occur. Prompt service, reasonably priced, would recommend.

Fantastic. The rep, Sean, was just great. On time, called first, superb. It was a very small problem with our AC and he was so honest when he could have ripped us off and wed never have known. Ive got to say im very very impressed with this company and the people working for them. I met with Tyler Winkleman today who took me through what I was looking at getting for ac in my old 1900 house. Not only did I get a great deal but they are getting installed on Monday... WOW!!! Now thats customers service and someone who wants to really earn my business..Tell you what.. they earn my business and then some.. Sean came out and fixed our heating problem in about 5 minutes! He was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I understood what I needed to do to take better care of my heating system! We are finally warm and so thankful!
