They were very professional and personable guys! Always showed up on time when they said they would! I really liked how honest Darrin was and gave us good advice on how to maintain the system well. We just had an old oil tank replaced with a new gas furnace, added some ducts to a couple new bedrooms, added some stubbed gas lines for a dryer, outdoor grill and a oven for later on, and installed an AC unit. My husband and I recently hired Revive Heating & Air Conditioning to install a new furnace and air conditioner. Our system was so old, we were afraid it would go out at an inopportune time this winter. After getting other bids, we chose Revive Heating and are SO glad we did. These guys are super honest. Extremely qualified, have never been more impressed with an HVAC consult. Could have had an easy sell on a condensing unit, referred me to another company for electric AC installation because it will work better for our second story.They also gave me a free consult. I had an outfit look at my leaking furnace 3 days before Christmas and I was told I had a bad heat exchanger and was given a $3000 dollar quote for a brand new furnace. My husband and I dont usually write reviews and we are not getting any kickbacks for writing this one. We have been trying to find locally owned companies and so when we needed a new A/C unit system to replace the 20 year old one that wasnt really working, we decided to check out Revive. The owner of the company, Daren, came in for a consultation, he was very respectful and great at explaining what size of unit would be best for our home based on how much sun hit he house, type of house, size of inside, duct work etc. He recommended a middle of the line unit. We were actually leaning more on a high end kind of unit. He explained SEER ratings to me over the phone, that I could buy a higher rating SEER unit from him but explained what the actual benefits between the different SEER ratings were and how Spokane during the summer really didnt need what you would need in Arizona and Texas. I liked that he left the option for us to purchase a more expensive unit on the table, but explained his reasoning to me of why he recommended a middle SEER rating unit. We went with his recommendation after his explanation. His quote for the unit, labor and parts was fair. I actually found a website messaging board for contractors that listed the manufactures cost of the unit he recommended and compared it to what he was asking. I think his total quote was very reasonable, especially with his level of service. To my surprise Daren came himself to do the installation. He and the man that Darren was teaching were very polite. They arrived on time, were thoughtful and didnt leave our house smelling like cigarettes. While removing the parts to our furnace system he took the time to show us the ins and outs of not just the AC unit but the furnace system and our ductwork. He explained how to properly maintain the system, how to use the AC most efficiently. We are first time homeowners that just recently purchased a fixer upper house and it was very helpful. He went above and beyond by cleaning behind and around our furnace unit, even the old dead mouse he found. All in all it was a great experience. We have had a bunch of contractors for various fix ups of the house and I have to say that Daren was one of the best we had. I would recommend him to my friends and when we eventually look into a new furnace he will be our first call.

One of my heat pumps quit working, so I went online to try and find a reputable repair company knowing they were probably all very busy with this extended hot weather we have been experiencing. I had not heard of Revive Heating and Air Conditioning before, but with straight 5 star ratings, thought I would check them out. I called first thing this morning, left a message, and Daren, the owner, called back a short time later. As expected, he was booked out for 2 weeks, but I made an appointment anyway thinking I would rather wait and have someone with a good track record come to make the repair. To my surprise, a couple of hours later Daren called again, said he had an hour window before his next appointment, and could stop by and diagnose the problem, hoping it was a relatively minor fix. Thankfully, it was just a bad capacitor and he had it up and running in no time. Daren is honest, fair, and a really nice guy. I cant say enough about how appreciative I am. Keeping it Local! We have been planning for family to come up from California for the last couple months. The week before their arrival my Airconditioning decides to go out. We were having a hotspell it was 90° out and practically 90° in my house. I couldnt believe it! I needed my air-conditioning fixed before they came, otherwise everybody would be up in a hotel.
